I emailed and they corrected it and said the next month it would be the higher amount. Today, it was an even higher amount that originally quoted in the email. I asked to cancel and get a full refund and they refused because "credit surcharges are a common practice across many industries today, as they help cover the costs associated with payment processing and other operational expenses. As such, these surcharges are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding." Nowhere in any paperwork or email was I told about a surcharge for a credit card. In my initial charge, there was not a surcharge for a credit card. I am not frustrated about the price. I am frustrated that TWICE I was charged more than I was supposed to be charged. This is NOT a good business practice.

They left the floor mats wet, but offered her a towel if she wanted to dry them herself, and didn't vacuum the rear cargo section of her SUV. Even the windshield was still dirty after the wash. She went inside to see exactly what she paid for and the lady clerk said they didn't do all those things listed above and that they didn't have anything else to discuss and walked off. I have noticed less cars getting washes there and now I know why. Guess there will be a new empty building for sale on US165 before long. So long Rocket Lube.

My 2023 VW Atlas is quite low to the ground and that's probably why I didn't notice it sooner. After putting it on a lift, I realized that only 3 fasteners were left of the 14 originally. I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles.
