Went here to get my watch re-sized. There were a few customers and two people working there and I was helped right away. I asked the guy if I could get my watch re-sized to fit my wrist and he says ya, it'll be $9 dollars. Goes to the back room and then comes back out in a few minutes, watch was a little tight so he fixed it again. So a few minutes in and out, not bad, but could have been priced lower. I don't have the tools to size my watch though. They have lots of nice watches for sale. read more

Just bought a watch and it's a bit large for my wrist, so come here to have it re-sized. The mechanics quickly took a look at my watch, told me what's he gonna do and how much he's gonna charge. Then he took my watch and went into the back room. In the mean time, I chatted with his assistant, who is very friendly. My watch fitted my wrist perfectly after a couple tries, and I was in and out of the store in about 10 mins. I just purchased a watch that was too big and so I came here to get it resized. Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately even with two other customers there. The mechanic took my watch and sized it against my wrist and then took it to the back. I walked around the shop a bit and 5 minutes later the watch was ready. My coworkers recomended this place to get a new battery on my watch. They were quick and efficient. Had to return the next day since the watch was still actin- up. They replace the battery again but took it a step futher and oiled up the interior working partsn and they notices my other watch was fiting tight on my wrist so they did a quick enlargment on it, all this extra service at NO Charge- they are awesome, nice, and very customer service oriented. I come here all the time to get my watch batteries or make changes to my watches. They are very friendly and helpful. It's convenient from the places I frequent even though I don't live in the area. They are reasonably priced and easy to get into and out of. I don't like going to the malls because you have to park, walk into the mall and find the kiosk. At least this store is in a small strip mall and I can go in and out in a few minutes. I have never found problems parking even though it's a in small shopping center. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a new Seiko. I asked the woman there if I could see the watch. Due to the inconsistent QC issues surrounding the other models I'd inspected elsewhere I wanted to be sure the dive bezel lined up correctly as well as the day/date wheel. The moment I began to check these features, the woman grabbed the watch from me and said, "No!! You cannot turn those!!" I stared at her and inquired as to why I would not be allowed to test these simple functions and she proceeded with, "NO... people come in and check these and then go buy online.. You not turn these and play with it!"... I was so astonished by her ridiculous reasoning. I told her that before spending almost $400 on a watch I would prefer to verify that the issues I'd seen elsewhere were not present on this particular one. I asked for the older gentleman in the back to come out and explained to him what the situation was and she began talking over me to him in what I'm assuming was Vietnamese. He reluctantly handed me back the watch to partially inspect which is when I'd had enough of the BS and left. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO "TIME ZONE" IN COSTA MESA!!! They are MUCH more pleasant to deal with and have a wonderful staff. Do NOT shop here. I wouldn't even trust them for a repair if they think rotating a bezel on a dive watch is forbidden. read more
