White mocha w peppermint

I thought the ladies here were so kind and friendly. They went out of their way to explain the different coffee beans, let us sample a couple drip flavors (the flavors popped and were distinctive and the coffee tasted so smooth! I loved it!) and there was a black friday sale so we got 25% off beans that day. I got the peppermint white mocha drink they had on special and I also loved this! Flavors were nice and it was an amazing surprise that it was not super sweet nor heavy. Would definitely recommend and return again!

A very straightforward and well prepared coffee place. The espresso shots are well pulled. The proportion on the macchiato was on point. This is in the "coffee belt" of Gastown and definitely a must try if you love coffee.

Cool spot in strathcona for coffee and baked goods. There were a few menu items: bacon and egg wrap and waffle sticks. Pros: - way easy to find free res parking - quiet area in the neighborhood - big windows for natural light - good coffee - barista let us park our bikes inside! Cons: - seating can be limited and it's foam pads on platforms (like the ones you'd see at indoor playgrounds) - only one person working. There was a hiccup of people and I noticed a wait had built up for peoples drinks, but no one was in a rush themselves. So wasn't a biggie.

I was happy to stumble upon this coffee shop on the east side. It has great coffee and a pleasant environment. All the seats are near the front window, and they do not include table or bar seating; if you're not interested in being too communal, you won't appreciate it. However, if you're with a few people you know, it could be enjoyable. It's bleacher-style seating, something I haven't seen before. The service is friendly, and if you want some quality coffee, I recommend stopping by here.

Tried the new waffle sticks today. You need to be patient as it takes about 10-15 minutes to reheat. It's nice and crunchy on the outside and soft inside. It's served with your choice of one dipping sauce ( lemon, espresso, and pbj). Extra ones are 50 cents each. I highly recommend ordering an extra sauce or two as one is not enough. The espresso sauce is very light in flavour and I would have preferred a berry option instead of the lemon. I also tried their pbj because they gave me the wrong one. I almost prefer that one over the espresso sauce.

If you were to have a drink it'd be chilln on the bench with you.

Great service. Prompt preparation. 5/5 cleanliness. No customer parking so it is slightly hard considering the housing and local businesses surrounding the cafe. Extremely minimal seating, essentially just for get togethers or reading a book (studying not advised). Great interior design. Most importantly good coffee.
