I saw the listing for a vehicle that matched my stringent criteria and made an inquiry. It was at Planet Honda. The whole experience was first rate. The usual auto responses arrived in my inbox and then I was contacted by a real person. Oty was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She sent me a video tour of the car. I immediately scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was allowed to take photos of the vehicle and test drove it. Upon my decision to purchase it, with details of my bank auto loan in hand, the steps to come were easy and forthcoming. Oty is an excellent and kindly Sales Consultant. I got cookies and bottled H2o while I waited for the paperwork and final detailing. The whole process took a total of about three hours. I drove off the lot with an extended 48 month premium warranty to boot, and it all fell within my budget. There was no pressure at any time. Mr. Dobrosi, the Business Director, was kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and even commented on my wicked cool style. Service with a personal touch. The dealership was clean and the staff were all friendly. I highly recommend Planet Honda in Golden, Colorado for all your car needs. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.

After many yrs taking our car there, with impeccable service records, they offered a fraction of the value of the car and refused to budge (even after being serviced). We took it to where we purchased the vehicle (much further away) and they bought it for 4x what Planet Honda offered. Photo below shows how they returned our vehicle knowing it was our last visit before selling. They only care about $$, not their customers or doing good, honest business. Won't return.

Took it in numerous times (over 10 times) to this AutoNation I bought it from as well as other Subaru AutoNations. Also have bumper yo bumper warranty on it and they won't repair it. Claim they can't find the cause of the issue. Even though they see there is an issue. I have numerous photos and videos and yet they won't figure out the exact issue and repair it. Looked into a third car for trade in and used this time. Took it to another mechanic to have inspected and it has a seeping issues and the sales manager said that's not an issue to be concerned about that all used cars on their lot have seeping issues. This is not normal. Decided not to move forward with the car and the demeanor of the sales rep changed. Nothing but issues! Do not buy or have service done here!

This last experience was the worst experience I've ever had with an automotive service center in my life. Dropped off on a Wednesday for recall work, and diagnostic on a problem with the AC system. No word until Friday, no discussion, just an emailed automated diagnosis and approval system. They identified the problem with the AC system, and the estimate was pretty high for such a minor repair. They said the parts were in stock, and I assumed the work would be done before close of business. I approved it. Come 4:30 I hadn't received word, and decided to reach out to see if they could give me a timeframe. The part was not actually in stock, and they couldn't get the work done until Monday. I needed it for pre-arranged plans for Saturday and was able to arrange to pick it up and would return the following week to finish. In the meantime, I researched the parts needed and found I could do the work for much less elsewhere. After no notification the next week, and nothing the following week, I assumed they really weren't hurting for my business. The Service Rep finally called this morning (two weeks later) to schedule the work, and I informed him that I had decided to have another shop do the repairs. Apparently this was not news he was excited to hear, and decided to make that very well known to me in a very disrespectful and discourteous manner. Telling me that he just wasted his time, and was very dismissive. I wasted HIS time? What about my time when I drop off on a Wednesday with the expectation of the work being done by COB on Thursday and not hearing a single word for two whole days? Absolutely uncalled for behavior and atrocious customer service. I will not be returning to this service department, and I will make it very clear to anyone I know that they should avoid this dealership as well. I guess being a long-time, loyal customer means nothing anymore. Horrible customer service, would not recommend. Too bad they didn't send out the FCA survey, as I would have put all very low marks on that, too. Edit: After conversing with the Service Manager, Jason, the conversation was surprisingly pleasant and I was informed that the treatment I had received was unacceptable and he wanted to rectify the situation. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completed in a timely, and efficient manner, and even provided a rental car for me so that I wasn't too inconvenienced by the vehicle being in their service department. The work was completed that day, to my satisfaction, and there was open and timely communication which met my original expectations. Moving forward, due to Jason's sincere regret and willingness to correct the situation, I will be giving them another chance.

It was apparent that the service dept went through the vehicle pretty thoroughly. They had replaced brakes, machined rotors, replaced a bad window regulator and did an oil change and full inspection. In my experience, most car dealers will take in a vehicle, change the oil and put it on the lot. The only reason for a one star deduct was because the car did have some mild hail damage that was not disclosed on the ad and I had to point it out to Tim. Damage was very mild and only noticeable on the hood. I had a mobile paintless dent repair guy take out the light damage for $50. Would buy here again without reservation. Steve Gilbert

I left my pickup with them all day and they failed to diagnose and fix a problem with the button that allows the transmission to shifted into higher/lower gears. They told me to bring it again and leave it for 3 days to allow them to diagnose the problem. I asked them how long will it take to diagnose the problem, as was told "about 3 hours". Then I asked why do they need if for 3 days, and was told that's just the way it is for these kind of issues. Then they said I would probably have to bring the truck again after they order and receive the parts, and it would probably take another 2 days. What a horrible service department- STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Upon…read morefurther research and reading the engine code, I came across a warranty service bulletin to replace the water pump. I took my vehicle in for service and was very pleased with the help from Jovan Sisneros. Unfortunately, the problem I was experiencing turned out to be a punctured radiator behind an area of the bottom front grill which was completely unshielded and exposed. I was informed that my problem was due to a road hazard (not a poorly designed grill) and the work would not be covered under warranty. I expressed my concern about this and also highlighted some price discrepancies in the invoice that was sent to me. I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Ryan Melnick, and he was completely unsympathetic and would not provide any sort of discount or explanation for this repair. He even stated that he had seen this problem before in other GV70s but said that all vehicles (like his BMW) have design flaws that are unaddressed. In the end, I was billed almost $3000 for an oil change, new water pump and new radiator for a car with 20,000 miles and which is less than 3 years old! I think that Genesis should address the design flaw and that this dealership should be more understanding of the huge out of pocket expense that customers are being subject to. Ryan was especially unhelpful in this situation and so I am sorry to have to write this poor review. I love this car but this issue has made me have second thoughts about keeping it.

Chance identified a miscommunication from Toyota Corporate Communications, sent incorrectly, to my house, while I handled my dad's estate, which informed me of an alleged paint chip recall. However, this was sent to me well after my dad died in 2021, so obviously I assumed it was for my dad's, now my, Corolla, which my dad got in spring 2021, after - per USAA General Counsel - his Prius, was totaled in a November 2020 5-car pile-up, caused by a woman in a Geico Jeep Liberty. Not so. The communication was for the Prius! Chance figured this out, after the location near my house pawned me off, saying they don't do body shop work, and to come to this location. I wasted an entire vacation day, listening to the other location, wasting my valuable/limited time, only to be told that this location also doesn't do body shop work, and furthermore, Chance identified - using the VIN number - that the communication, which failed to list make/model of said vehicle, was regarding a paint chip recall for the Prius! Unbelievable & so annoying / inefficient / disrespectful, proving the importance of proof-reading corporate communications to allegedly valued and allegedly respected customers, such as myself. 2. The location near my house failed to do a proper alignment on my Corolla, when installing snow tires in December 2025, so I brought my Corolla to Chance, for a second opinion, and he solved everything. Highly recommend!

Then you have the audacity to try to charge my wife $60.99 for an engine air filter when you're very own parts counter sells them for $16.50. I've been trying for a while to get her to take her car somewhere else and you have finally helped me. Thank you for your consistent carelessness of customers time!
