The interaction started poorly; before even having my information or running a credit check, Shad began making critical, judgmental assumptions about my credit score and openly talking down about my nephew's credit. When I stopped him to question his tone, he immediately got defensive and claimed he "didn't mean to offend me." It wasn't about being offended--it was about a basic lack of customer respect. Things grew worse when I noted the vehicle was priced significantly higher than its actual market value. When I asked why it was priced so high, Shad completely ignored the question. Instead, he used aggressive, cliché car salesman tactics, claiming he had "another appointment later for the same car" and telling me the vehicle had been "getting a lot of attention" to force a high-pressure situation. Later, when I directly asked him if his behavior was standard for him, his reaction was completely unhinged. He threw a pen onto the counter and defensively snapped that none of his coworkers thought he was disrespectful and that he has plenty of positive reviews. When I asked if he thought throwing a pen and reacting emotionally was professional, he literally said "yes," and that he "wasn't just going to take it." An experienced professional accepts critical feedback with grace. Shad reacted with a volatile, emotional outburst. If I were buying a car for myself, I would have walked out immediately. I will never return to this dealership and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. I would never buy a vehicle from Shad or recommend this dealership to anyone.

When he had one he contacted me first and it was super convenient to go over test drive. I'm super happy with my Toyota and it's been great in the Denver weather. And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.

We were referred to Joe by an elderly woman who was a dear friend of our family. She was French, and was a child during World War Two. Her father was arrested by the Nazis, and she and her mother had to live on the streets as refugees. It was a terrible experience. Years passed, she married a young American soldier and came to the USA. I'm not sure how she found Joe, but she trusted him. When a woman who has been through so much trusts somebody, you trust them, too. We trust Joe, and our trust has been repaid many times over by his helpful attitude, his support, and his knowledge of cars, and loans, and all the business related to choosing and buying an automobile. He's so friendly, but he's so very smart, too. It's a great combination, and that has been a tremendous benefit to us. We've bought two cars with Joe's assistance, and both times the experience was pleasant - even fun! Most of all, both cars were wonderful.
