It's got to be Roger who first pulled a massive cedar off my house-- and two years later, took down another cedar that was leaning precariously over my neighbor's house shortly before she was going to have her second baby. Roger has saved my bacon twice now. He does what he says he will when he says he will, he cleans up before he leaves and dispenses cheery tree advice all along the way. He is honest and will tell you what you should do not what will benefit him. And he is very sweet and entertaining, which is a very helpful when a tree has fallen on your house. I just can't say enough good things about Roger and while I hope I have no more tree drama, if I do, I have him on speed dial and you should too.
