The crew was "Team 3" which did such great work. Less than one day to complete with attention to every detail and excellent clean up. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of pruning, trimming and tree shaping they performed. I wish I knew about this company years ago.

They also pruned the neighbors apple tree that was dropping a 5 gallon bucket daily of split apples in my yard. I have not had one apple end up in my yard since their great efforts. They also trimmed the canopy of a maple in my front yard that delivery trucks kept hitting. Everything was professional from the estimate to their workers arriving on time. I had another estimate that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but decided these guys were going to use more modern methods of using a lift to get to the high branches. Their clean up job was complete I found a few leaves and small twigs in the yard but for taking an entire tree down they did an amazing job with the haul away and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have need of more tree work.

I got a referral to Honyl from Linda Rossi, an experienced Realtor in Portland, Oregon, who told me that she had successfully used Honl's services many times in her business. Chad Honl himself came out promptly to size the situation up. I found him professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with--and so I hired him on the spot. For me, competence is the most important consideration in taking down part or all of a tree. His crew came out a few days later with a wood chipper. They quickly cut back my tree and saved it, at least for a few more years. The 3 person crew was pleasant to deal with, worked quickly, and did a fast clean-up. After this excellent experience, I will be calling Honl Tree Care in the future if I need tree service.

We hired this company and had a signed contract to cut down 5 large trees and remove all wood and debris from our property. The company did cut down the trees but did not clear off any of the wood. They begged to be paid in full and promised to complete the wood removal just after the xmas holiday. We kept setting up a scheduled time for their crew and they would not show and reschedule then again did not show up. This happened 3 times through January and then they stopped responding to us. The wood removal cost is $2,000 or the $4,800 job we already paid for. Called Angi and they said we didn't qualify for their Happiness Guaranty since End Time was new. The customer service rep, Monique, could not say why or even what the qualifications were. She refused to escalate to a supervisor. She said we were out of luck since End Time Tree Expert was no longer an Angi / Home Advisor company and they would not respond to them. I told Monique we just wanted the wood removal completed or a $2,000 compensation to hire it done by another contractor. She hung up. Noticed that End Time Tree Expert LLC has now jumped to other referral sources but they do not complete jobs or do what they have clearly contracted to do and then they stop responding. I did not obtain a written bid, receipts for product or a final bill. Kaio and Lisa have done extensive work for my family and trusted them to do right. Upon expressing my grief at this robbery Kaio agreed to pay back a portion of my money mid-Nov last year. I reached out Feb.2026 and have not heard back. Reported to BBB. BBB rcvd no response.
