Once the repair was completed they told me the bill was $109 for replacing the lines and would require another $81 for carb repair. They told me the $35 I was quoted was for diagnostic. This shop is dishonest and the manager said that I didn't remember the conversation I had with the front desk employee, which he wasn't present for. Bring your business elsewhere.

I brought two set from Toro online 80.80 with shipping. I call Toro the blades are the same, they could explain why Carthage Saw & Mower was charging so much. For repair I brought in my troy-bilt, they gave a big spill it can't be fixed for under $2500.00, gave it to a customer for parts, he call me back the three days later and offer to return it to me, it had a loose wire and PTO switch and tractor run fine. I'll never set foot in that store again and advise all to stay far far away from it.

Today, was my FINAL shopping experience at Burney. I had purchased a few screws for a project a week or so ago and didn't need them. Today, I tried to return them and buy some more items. I thought I had the receipt in the bag but I did not seem to have it with me. I asked if I could return them without the receipt. The total for the four screws was a whopping .82. I was told that they couldn't return them without the receipt as they have hundreds of SKU numbers and they wouldn't know which one I was returning. This made logical sense until I looked at my bag a little further. The gentleman that helped me pick out the screws didn't seem to write down the SKU number on my bag! How was it rung up when I purchased it? I assume by some generic key that charged me the .82, the same generic key that could have refunded my .82! Sorry Burney you lost me for good over this one, shame on your staff!
