Helen, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable, helping us select the best product and finish for each location. We selected a mix of quartz, polished granite, honed granite and leathered granite. we even got to hand select the slab! Installation was coordinated through the builder, but Worldstone kept us informed and we loved the end product! We are using them for our outdoor kitchen too! Just the planning for this project has been great. We got a quick appointment and she already had several pieces positioned for our appointment based on our phone conversation pictures of the house exterior.

Jamie got back to me really quickly, and I could not believe how affordable it was. We were moving soon, and wanted to update the kitchen counters before we listed the home, and wish we did it sooner because it was so nice! We had laminate countertops for several years, and had we known how efficient and affordable it was going to be, we would've done it sooner. They use a laser measure so it's precise, and the timeline from start to finish was efficient and professional. The seam on the counter was seamless, and we were surprised at how much you couldn't see it. We also used a remnant piece for the master bath, and it was absolutely beautiful. In all, it's definitely worth getting a quote! I have referred so many friends to World Stone, and they have all had a positive experience!

Trust me... I'm saving you so much anger and frustration by saying stay away. I hired Lowe's Home…read moreImprovement in Sanford for a full kitchen remodel from the ceiling to the floor, doors, windows - everything. They subcontracted to Chuck and company. The preliminary meetings, I had 5-star confidence. Great discussions, great vision. The demolition came, and all was going great for two days. Then everything slowed to nearly a halt. Got stood up. Then one person would come and do a little bit and leave. The next day someone would come in the afternoon. This went on and on and on. I got promises over and over. Got apologies over and over. Got stood up more than they actually showed up. A 4-week job took way longer than ever expected. FIVE MONTHS later, the job is finally wrapping up. Now I will say that the entire 5 months' delay was not this company's fault - some items had to be reordered since they were damaged. But the way things are scheduled is idiotic and unprofessional. I paid in full (to Lowes) upfront. Had they scheduled me from start to completion (as complete as possible) for that 4-week window, we would have finished way before Christmas. They should have known how to shift puzzle pieces if they ran into a glitch. But if one piece of the puzzle was missing, they would just STOP and not do the other pieces. But what I really didn't understand is when my house was still torn apart, why his workers were at someone else's house doing THEIR job. MY house started first. Why the heck aren't the men here finishing up? At the final crunch, he sent as many men to my house to finish the job on the final day (the last broken-promised deadline). They did such a lousy job that I took pencil and started writing all over the door trim that it was crap and sent him a picture when I got home. They had to redo it (which is really stupid that they wouldn't do it right the first time). Because I work, my 89-year old father would drive down on a Sunday and stay the week so they could have access to the house. My dad sat in the house so many times waiting for someone to NOT show up. He wouldn't get something to eat because he was afraid that even though they said they'd be here in the morning, if he left to get a bite for lunch, he'd miss them. Over and over and over again. He was always available whenever this company was ready, but they continued to stand us up. They disrespected my father by lying repetitively about when someone would come (if they wound up coming). The final straw, however, was when they had the sheer gall to put the blame on my dad when their back was up against the wall with Lowes. Are you freakin kidding me? That man has bent over backwards to be here, continually available for the time it was supposed to take for you to finish the job, Chuck. There was only one week I told him not to come because I wanted you all to see what it was like to have your hands slapped. How dare you try to say your incompetence and inability to schedule your men was my father's fault. You have some talented people there. What you lack tremendously is the ability to manage your project properly. And the lies. The perpetual lies... I gave you a chance time and time again, but you continued to lie.

From the very start, my sales rep, Lee, was absolutely wonderful to work with, guiding me in my purchase and helping me all along the way during my selection process and advising me on getting the space ready for the delivery. The removal of the old refrigerator plus the delivery and installation went great. Michael, Chris -- all the guys -- were wonderful, but RON, the amazing Ron, went above and beyond in the installation process and took extra steps on his own that ended up saving me money or an extra call to a plumber. It's always nice when someone saves me time and money! Everyone was so professional and pleasant, plus -- and this is something that makes certain service industry people stand out from the crowd -- they arrived ON TIME. I am thrilled. Lee and Ron also helped me with my JennAir downdraft cooktop last fall. Expert advice, professionalism, promptness -- you cannot ask for more. I love these people! I will certainly return to Kitchen and Bath for my future appliance needs.

I was looking for a combination of simple, modern clean lines combined with a little drama, with a blue and grey theme. From the beginning of the project, both Dmytro and Liu gave valuable input on some of my choices to help bring the vision I had for the bathroom to life. All of the team were incredibly courteous, prompt, and hard-working with major attention to detail and a true sense of pride in their work. A special shout out to Vitaly for doing the meticulous tile work and majority of painting/plumbing. During the project, we hit some small glitches that happen with every renovation, and Dmytro and Liu worked closely with me to navigate smoothly through all aspects of the project to get the desired outcome. I love my new bathroom! On top of everything, at the end of the project, there was an unexpected plumbing problem outside of the bathroom not at all related to the project that Dmytro fixed. That level of dedication to the customer went above and beyond and was reflective of the incredible service and care that this company provides. DT renovation is the real deal, they can expertly handle all aspects of a big project, such as intricate rewiring, plumbing, painting, etc. if you want a project done right with spectacular results, I highly recommend Dmytro and his team!
