At 9:00 a.m. that day, I received an appointment confirmation email that asked me to confirm, which I did. David never appeared. No one emailed or called me - they just left me waiting for nothing. Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. Once awarded the contract, Chris met with us before digging and pouring the footings and again before building the foundation walls. Upon request, Chris went out of his way and contacted the Building Inspector to resolve an inspector's misunderstanding. Both times we were extremely pleased with Dionicio's estimates in terms of what we received for our money and the quality of the work that was done at our property. He also installed lighting for both projects. He is a good communicator, he has a creative vision for projects, and he stands by his work. We had a couple of pavers loosen a couple of years after the project ended in an area that had to be lifted and re-done during the initial installation (not due to their fault but the pool installers), and Dionicio had his crew come out and fix them at no charge as they were under warranty.
