Less than 12 hours of my initial call to the company Tony had an expert roofer meet me at my home after I gut off work to do an inspection. The expert then explained to me what needed to be done and how they planned to do it if hired. All this before I even gave a dime or agreed to hire them. Tony set up an appointment with me at his office. He didn't sit me down with anyone he sat down with me himself. He offered a very fair and reasonable price. Afterwards the roof doctors showed up on the scheduled date and were clean predicting and EXTREMELY fast due to their system and economy of work. He didn't 100% complete any singular task. The most recent draw accompanied zero additional work completed. He received that draw and ended up on a vacation that "went a little over," so he couldn't show up until the following week. We voiced concerns numerous times which he would defend with threatening language and responses.
