Tony and his son Tony Jr. are by far the best in the business that I have experienced. First off the response time to my need for a new roof during peak season was incredible. Less than 12 hours of my initial call to the company Tony had an expert roofer meet me at my home after I gut off work to do an inspection. The expert then explained to me what needed to be done and how they planned to do it if hired. All this before I even gave a dime or agreed to hire them. Tony set up an appointment with me at his office. He didn't sit me down with anyone he sat down with me himself. He offered a very fair and reasonable price. Afterwards the roof doctors showed up on the scheduled date and were clean predicting and EXTREMELY fast due to their system and economy of work. My plants and yard were not harmed in the process and they even CLEANED MY GUTTERS which was not in the scope of work just did it as a courtesy. Another great thing I liked about them is they are HOA friendly. In and out of the neighborhood in less than 6 hours!!! My roof looks amazing and I am completely satisfied customer. I had friends tell me about them and others who asked who I was going with and when I told them, it was always we have heard good things about them. They use superior materials and arrived as scheduled. They placed sheets of plywood to cover the windows and my EZ-breeze panels in our sunroom. Large tarps were placed over the plants near the house and driveway. It was a windy day and started off very cold, but they pushed forward and completed the job, which also included a new skylight. Phenomenal customer service, professional work and great follow up. Our preliminary consultation with Tony Sr. was thorough and painless. With our entire roof being replaced, we were impressed by the speed of the crew working on our house. We did run into a small problem with our vinyl siding not being put back correctly after the job was done. We addressed this in an email and we heard back from them the next business day. We just had our roof replaced by Elite and I have never seen such a well oiled operation. In one day they came, tore off and replaced. It is no wonder that so many contractors and neighbors said that Elite is the only company that they would use or recommend. But more than the army of professional, hard working and courteous workers unleashed on our home, I was looking at copying a local business' paint scheme and Elite's owner and their staff called their friends to ask paint colors, shingle brand and color. They went way above and beyond what I ever could have expected. It was at that moment that I knew if you want the best, you have to wait. Elite was upfront about the time frame and explained what caused the delay. Elite roofing replaced our roof yesterday (June 4 2019). Between new home construction and repair of various storm damages we had to wait almost 6 months. When the crew arrived they got right down to business, no smoking or joking. Most of the crew arrive a bit before the crew boss arrived. Every man knew his job and got started doing it. I was impressed that there was little discernible direction being given. We have a fairly large roof and they worked from around 8 am until after 6 pm and I mean worked! They did a very thorough police of the work site once the roof was completed. They put everything back where it belonged. Having said all of that the real proof will be during the next rain storm. Assuming they live up to their reputation I would heartily recommend Elite. By the way the new roof looks great! read more

I used Creed and Garner to install my brand new roof. 2 months later, it started leaking, and they refuse to fix it- even though they promise their work. I called Tony Jr with Elite and just asked for advice. He sent an inspector over to take pics of the top of my roof so I could see what happened. Tony said, I'll do this for free because people should be treated right. He sent his son over and they took pics of the faulty workmanship then explained, in detail, why the roof leaked. They didn't charge me one dime. Should have used them instead. read more

We just had our roof replaced by Elite yesterday July 30, 2019. Elite personnel are very professional, and does a fantastic job. In one day they tore off and replaced the entire roof. I've never seen a crew work so well together, everyone knew their jobs, and worked in very warm conditions. All questions were handled in the most professional manner. Poor costumer service, I had called for a roof repair on my barn in April and never heard back regarding my quote. I have proceeded to contact the company several times a week and always get the same answer that they'd call me back because they couldn't find my order. I received a call back finally and was told they'd contact me again because they had misplaced it. Now into July and still have not heard a thing after multiple times contacting them again and still have a damaged barn roof. read more
