Nic and his team are awesome. If you need any work done I highly recommend them (and I have).

Tony, Tony Jr, Mike, and the crew that installed the roof on my house are the best in the business. Tony offered me a contract price that was extremely fair for which I am most grateful. Elite Roofing is there for me before, during, and after installation of my roof. I highly recommend Elite Roofing to those that need a new roof.

Tony and his son Tony Jr. are by far the best in the business that I have experienced. First off…read morethe response time to my need for a new roof during peak season was incredible. Less than 12 hours of my initial call to the company Tony had an expert roofer meet me at my home after I gut off work to do an inspection. The expert then explained to me what needed to be done and how they planned to do it if hired. All this before I even gave a dime or agreed to hire them. Tony set up an appointment with me at his office. He didn't sit me down with anyone he sat down with me himself. He offered a very fair and reasonable price. Afterwards the roof doctors showed up on the scheduled date and were clean predicting and EXTREMELY fast due to their system and economy of work. My plants and yard were not harmed in the process and they even CLEANED MY GUTTERS which was not in the scope of work just did it as a courtesy. Another great thing I liked about them is they are HOA friendly. In and out of the neighborhood in less than 6 hours!!! My roof looks amazing and I am completely satisfied customer. Don't go to anyone else. Go Elite!!!

I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. Doesn't bode well for work ethic or project management. If you can't manage your calendar and keep in contact with customers at this stage, there is zero trust that you would do so for an actual project. Shameful. Edit: am attaching photos of the series of text messages the owner sent me 10 minutes after I posted this review. Completely unprofessional.

As the project progressed, so did changes and modifications. He seemed eager and more than willing to accept the changes. Time went on, money flowed but the work diminished drastically. He didn't 100% complete any singular task. The most recent draw accompanied zero additional work completed. He received that draw and ended up on a vacation that "went a little over," so he couldn't show up until the following week. We voiced concerns numerous times which he would defend with threatening language and responses. After realizing that he was not going to meet the timeline with the diminishing days on site, we had a meeting where he walked off the project.
