From the moment we contacted them through receiving our Inspection Report, our experience was seamless. Within a two-week period, we had set up our inspection date and time, had our inspection, and received our report. On inspection day, the team showed up promptly, even arriving before us! They were extremely independent, thorough, and efficient. Throughout our time, they would pause along the way to take us through some of their findings and the significance - whether minimal or dire. Once completed, we had a meeting in the kitchen so they could summarize their evaluation and review next steps. Their final report was sent within two days (maybe less!) and was extremely detailed - no stone left unturned! We are beyond confident in moving forward with our buying process having had the All County Inspections team on our team! Thank you, guys!

The owner, David, sits in his truck while his "workers" make it seem like they're doing work while in reality, they're making all of your problems worse. This company loves taking on jobs where the homeowner won't be around so that they can be questioned and can continue putting lipstick on a pig, get their check, and disappear before all of their "work" starts to fall apart. Oh, and don't dare even question any of their "work" since all you'll get is a bunch of crying and complaining before all work on your project slams to a halt under their feelings aren't hurt anymore. The new roof that David supposed has a roofing company come and replace had no warranty (any legitimate roofing company will have a warranty on a new roof) and now only a year later, the entire roof needs to be replaced. Not only that, but the shotty work that was done on the roof wasn't even close to being up to code and every company that has come to give an estimate to redo his work has been amazed that he is trying to pass it off as legitimate work. Please for the sake of your sanity, safety, and wallet, NEVER EVER EVER call this company for ANY work whatsoever. You can thank me later

He never used ladder to check our roof and a lot of things like in his video not sure if he checked roof. I told him next morning we were not satisfied with service want a second opinion he said, its ridiculous but just pay me for radon test never mentioned price I looked up price for Radon was $49.95 then i texted him I have a $100 for you he texted me address to his house handed him $100 He was hanging in drivers side window demanding $50 more and threatening to put a lean on house I told him let me go to the ATM to get $50 but I will need a detailed receipt of it. He got upset refused to get off my car door and was threatening me, I had to call the police I was scared for my life. He took advantage because we were first time home buyers and I went to meet him by myself. He could of got the 50 bucks but because he threatened me and upset me cops settled it with $100. He never went over everything with us told us we will get a report. I'm going to report him to BBB and it's a damn shame that a black man was out to bring a black family down. He condemned the house we didn't even buy yet. Were seeking another inspector Unfortunately!! Members we shouldn't get the damn house...I would recommend him for a dog house!! I'm very disturbed by the way he treated me.
