I am not a huge fan of Tim Horton's generally, so take this review with a grain of salt. Went through the drive through this morning. The staff was very nice and efficient, but the store does not carry lemon or honey for their hot tea. The lemon I could forgive, but honey seems like a necessity if you are offering tea. Also, I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin and the muffin wasn't toasted. This meant the cheese wasn't melted and made the overall Sandwhich cold and dry. If I could rank this a 0 I would... My Fiancé has been sexually harassed at this location multiple times. Not just twice or 3 times but more than a handful. The person who was sexually harassing my fiancé was named Dean. The management reassured my fiancé that they will take care of the issue but this has been going on. The local manager for this district seems to just not care or simply does not know how to do her job. Nothing has been done so I have filed a MDCR and an EEOC. I will be speaking with cooperate over this "dean" guy as well as the manager at this location to be fired. It's beyond horrible to think that I have to make sure my fiancé is safe every time she comes here. The coffee is pretty good, but this is no laughing matter. What exactly is not to like about Tim Hortons? I super love their coffee - it's always hard to choose between iced or hot either way you know it's going to be fresh. The drive thru moves quickly. The staff does turn over a lot so I'm not sure what that is all about. That are open 24 hours and have free wifi which is a huge bonus. The facility is always clean and neat. They have electrical outlets for computers and good lighting. If you download the Timmy app you can pay with your device and avoid losing your . The app also features a nutrition info thing which can be a good or bad thing depending on if you really want to know how many calories are in those delicious donuts. You can also find locations quickly if your Jones'ing for some java while on a road trip. Update: 3/9/2018 What happened - the past 2 months they cannot get an order correct! This Location is going downhill. They were out of Diet Coke, Chili, Soup, Soup spoons. Ok I get it you run out. But every staff member today was on full attitude. Lead by the manager, the staff not only made the wrong sandwiches but gave us cheese after we had a five minute conversation about no cheese. When I found out the did not have spoons and other customers were drinking out of soup cups. We asked for a refund. Wow now the "B" Force we in full effect. We live 30 minutes from our nearest Tim Horton's, tonight we stopped and I took a drink of my 5x5 coffee. It tasted strange thought it was just lacking sugar, his was hot but he took a sip of his double double. My 2nd drink was horrible and I started gagging, by the time we pulled in our driveway I was puking. Neither of us couldn't drink our coffee do to it being soured. WOW!!! I started my order with one of their feature breakfast sandwich. Nope they don't have it. Moved on to a bagel sandwich, nope they don't have that in the store. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. Only live 1.5 miles away. This stuff was garbage, ice cold sandwich. Hash browns weren't even cooked still hard potatoes. I usually really like their breakfast bagel sandwiches and a coffee, but the sandwiches I've been getting( the past three in a row) have been cold, like ice cold. I know, they throw them in a microwave or easy bake oven and make them 'warm'. You guys need to make sure food is getting hot if it's supposed to be hot. Food poisoning isn't a joke, neither are the guidelines you are supposed to be holding your chains to. Tables need to be sanitized, floors need to be clean and food procedures need to be up to code. I hate being harsh, but I worked in food for a number of years and spotty service and cold food doesn't make people want to come back. I'm not that crazy about their coffee, but some people are, so if you haven't had Timmy Ho's coffee try it and decide for yourself. I'll drink it in a pinch but I don't relish it like some. I have a serious Ice Capp problem, in the summertime you'll see me here catching my caffeine cooler and blimping out cause those things are FATTENING. In the winter I do better about steering clear from the Ice Capps. In a rush in the morning, I frequently get the breakfast sandwich on an English Muffin, a nice alternative to those other guys muffin thing. read more

We came here around 7:10 pm because we wanted some soup and a sandwich. Ordered the soups no problem, ordered a sandwich and oh no we can't make any sandwiches right now as we are cleaning our broiler . Ummm it 7, you don't even close for a few more hours. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 30 years, you never clean anything like that until right before you close. So we get our soups, and a doughnut. Get home, the doughnut and the bread they give you for the soups smell like a cleaning product! So clearly whatever they're using to clean their broiler is in the air and all over other products. Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons they are always out of whatever they are selling! yesterday it was there hash brown! How are you going to have a promotion then not have the product! Just got done camping for a long weekend in Lexington. Looking for some good, quick breakfast before getting on the freeway. Just going to say I wish I went somewhere different. They were rude in line, said they had a milk substitute but then said they were out at the window after ordering. I am not sure what has happened to this place but I stop at this location every Friday and Saturday morning about 5:15am. I always get a Cappuccino always hot and delicious. However if you want a sandwich well save your money, the eggs are cold, the muffin or biscuit are not toasted or burned or just flat out from the fridge. I thought it was just a one time thing but everyday for the last month.... if not more. I told myself today will be the last time. And sure enough an untoasted English muffin with cold eggs. The cheese doesn't melt the bacon is "wet". I'm so over this place. Way to many errors to keep coming back. If you can't warm your food don't sell it, just stick with coffee! read more
