A really standard Starbucks but with really nice staff. I noticed there was a "place where everyone knows your name" with regulars in line with me They handled my extensive order with speed and confidence. Starbucks isn't always my vibe but this one makes me reconsider that. Only downside is the non-optimal parking lot. But I enjoyed my visit and purchase! While I drink coffee everyday, I tend to save my Starbucks visits to special occasions or a treat. This location has lots of parking in the front and back of the building and even when there's a line in the drive thru, you can easily maneuver your way around the parking lot. I always mobile order and pick up inside. My drink is always made accurately and in a timely manner. Friendly barista and very clean. Besides Target and Meijer, this is the only stand alone Starbucks in the area. read more

Port Huron finally has a Starbucks which is nice for those of us who live where they are on every other corner (meaning I have a slight addiction and did a happy dance when I heard the news). It was Friday 2/14/14 @ about 3:30 and the place was pretty empty. The male employee was friendly. We ordered 2 tall Pikes, 1 grande Pike, a banana walnut bread to go and one for my boyfriend's mom to enjoy. She said it was good and that it went well with her decaffeinated Pike. I would return if I was at the north end and wanting/needing a jolt of caffeinated bliss. As a side note- a coffeehouse is no place for a bratty kid to be running around screaming at the top of his lungs. People need to get a handle on their kid(s) and remove them from an establishment if they are incapable of acting appropriately- it's called having common sense. read more

I'm a Starbucks addict so I've been to many different locations. Surprisingly, this Starbucks has continued to impress me! Very well stocked with food options and never seem to be "out" of items I've tried to order. My drink has always been ready at the drive-thru window - even with no cars in front of me, which is super rare. My drink orders have also been spot on every time. Bravo to this location - keep it up!! read more

Yeah sometimes the order is wrong and that bugs me; but I am so glad they are near me and I can treat myself now and again with a pumpkin muffin and my favorite coffee blend, that I will forgive and forget till the next time. This review is not only for this specific store but for the entire business generally. Seems like no matter what they always either exclude something or get something entirely wrong. Example today I ordered two cappuccinos each with three raw sugars. Amazingly what I get has no sugar in either. Of course I discover this after leaving the store. I'm so sick of paying them five dollars per drink each time and not getting what I ordered. What is really sad is I've done their surveys and nothing comes of it. This Starbucks is great! Always make the best drinks, don't hesitate to suggest new drinks which is out of something. (Which tbh is seldom) The workers are friendly and it is super clean. Sorry guys, I've never gotten the passion people have for this chain - and I consider myself a coffee fiend. Why would I pay a ridiculous price for coffee that I can get at a locally owned small business (usually it's better), particularly at this location, where the fricking baristas have an air of implied arrogance that says "let me tell you how horrible this town is because I can't find employment with my Fine Arts degree." ok so it's not just this location it's all of the starbucks!! i always get a black iced coffee. i hate the way their sweetener syrup tastes and i just like black coffee. for some reason, their default on iced coffee is put sweetener in it. so every time i go to get a coffee, i specify that i want it black with no sweetener but they always put the sweetener in anyway. it's really annoying because if i'm going to pay $4 for a coffee i want to enjoy it and im also very non- confrontational and i hate sending food back so i never give it back to them and ask for a new one. overall very frustrating read more

Walked in Mid-afternoon. Stood at the counter for 2 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. 2 cars at the drive-thru, 4 people sitting at the tables. Not really busy. I love Fort Gratiot Starbucks, they all know my name, the teas and espresso drinks I love, we get each other food, and more. And overall they are friendly. Even though I work at BIGGBY (which I love my job), but can't share enough how much I appreciate the staff at Starbucks. They're the definition of a business I would want to own. read more

Nice Starbucks. Although it has only been open a month, everything appeared to be running smoothly. The Spinach, Egg White and Feta wrap was nice and crisp and served on a real plate. Some Starbucks tend to serve them soggy. Very friendly staff with lots of great places to sit and work. read more

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA!! The employees are so helpful and friendly, especially TYLER! He always helps us make decisions on what to get and what he thinks is best. We are so thankful to have him there to get us our coffee drink every day! Thank you Tyler!! All the employees there are great.. Well besides one (Danny) but I don't think it's her fault, I'm pretty sure she is just allergic to smiling and saying have a nice day and using her manors, and eye contact, and being friendly at all really.
