people friendly and the cookie I ordered was absoluting amazing ! So many to choose from!

As vegetarians this is not our typical restaurant. We found that they had a vegetarian burger and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, the flavor of this burger is rather odd and also was not cooked very hot and was kind of lukewarm. We would not order that again. The fries and onion rings were pretty standard and tasted fine. The staff was extremely friendly and made the experience welcoming. The restaurant was clean and they even had fresh carnations on the table. This was a nice addition. We probably would not return as there's not much here for us to eat. read more

So, I've been craving an olive burger. I thought I saw on the sign a while back that the Fort Gratiot store had them but I couldn't find them on the app or website. So, I called. My new #BFF Abbi was a gem! I asked her if they mixed the mayo & olives (the way I'm used to it). She said NO but that she'd let the kitchen know what to do. Also, I asked for no bun. No worries, she said. So, I had an appt. but told her I'd be back w/in the hour. When I returned, I placed the order at the drive thru and they had everything all set! Course, I had to get a cup of the FOTD , too. I had so many errands to run I didn't get to the burger for hours, but even 'nuked it was terrific! They included a generous helping of olive mayo and it was neatly packaged without the bun! The doubled salted caramel pecan was incredible! When I got up to the window to pay, Abbi was there. Fast food? Sure but a cut above. Culver's has an extensive menu with very efficient service at this location. I'm from indiana so it's nice to have somewhere you can get a breaded pork tenderloin. Easily the best fast food place my growing age and experience can handle! read more

Worst service ever the girl running the drive through so rude to me .. I have never been more disappointed she doesn't need a job working customer service. The food selection is great, whether you want a dinner lunch or snack. The service is top notch and counter people & servers are the best. They are very caring of the customer. They employ many young people & semi retired people who want to work. The owner wants his customers to be happy with their dining experience. The restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere about it. Didn't get my drinks given to me at the window then after sitting there I move forward to be given an attitude as if it's my fault

I went back just for a concrete mixer with my wife last weekend. After about a 6 minute wait, we got our treats. By the way, Riley S. did a good job in the window. When I received my order (small Reese's concrete mixer with extra PB Cup, it had only custard in it. I went inside and waited about 15 minutes to get to the line to ask it be corrected. Communication was a struggle in that place. Leadership was lacking. It was corrected but it sat for a minute before someone figured out it was done. The young man at the register was pleasant as well. The dessert was fine, the customer service people were nice and the place looked clean. Speed of service, disorganization and order accuracy were my issue. I won't go as much if it continues this way. read more

We will not return to this Culver's because of the crappy service we received today. It's a shame because the food is usually very good. We went to the second drive thru line for credit only. A young man was taking orders and repeating them into his headset. I ordered a chicken garden salad and a chili supreme and a diet root beer with ice. He repeated it all into his headset. My husband ordered a single butter burger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and onion. He had to repeat the toppings 2 or 3 times and I heard the worker repeat it correctly into the headset. Ordered it as a basket with fries and Diet Pepsi and also an extra side of chili, and a chicken tender kids meal. Everything was repeated. We paid, did not receive a receipt to check our order, and were told to go park and wait. It took over 15 minutes to get our food, we were missing the diet root beer and the extra chili. The lady who brought out our order looked at our receipt and said they never charged us for those two items. I explained that we ordered them, and I heard him say it into his headset. She said yeah sometimes it's hard to hear when they're doing that. She said there is nothing she can do about it since they didn't charge us for the two items. I said this is crap! We have waited a long time for our food and parts are missing! She again explained since we didn't pay for them she can't do anything, but can have her manager come speak to us. I said yes. Manager comes out with the chili and an attitude, tells us look he is giving us the chili THIS time but since we didn't pay for it in the future he won't do this again, I said we are still missing our diet root beer and he tries saying well we didn't pay for it. I said I heard him say it into the headset and maybe they shouldn't be doing two lines if they have issues like this! He said they haven't had an issue all day (insinuating that we are the problem). He said he will bring me my drink but this won't happen again, that we should have to go through the drive thru all over again. The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. He never apologized for the mix up, pretty much accused us of trying to just get free stuff, you guys lost our business for good. Oh, and the icing on the cake, my husband's burger that he ordered with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and onion, came with onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard. Screw this place. read more

Very disappointing. I waited 20 minutes for a Sundae. At first I was understanding because it was busy and then as I noticed people in front of me and behind me were getting meals and drinks and All I ordered was a Sundae, I was pissed. I ended up having to say something to a worker and when it was brought out to me the order was wrong. read more

i gave this place another try,burgers were not freshed cooked like they claim,the burgers i got on nov 2nd at 115pm, 2020 were dry and very well cooked ,anything that comes to port huron,its good for the first month now they run it like all other fast foods ,cooked ahead of time ,this was my third time there last to times and this will be my last time ,first time burger was juicy and fresh last two time just nasty,not worh the money sorry but i will not be going back read more
