Meh I go here all the time but I only get a vanilla donut so I don't know for sure but in my opinion the donut is pretty good

There's a reason why this Tim Hortons barely has one star. I have resorted to barely ever going here because there's always something wrong with my order. Usually it's because I'll order a drink or donut and pay and then I'll be told they don't have the items but won't refund me unless I call cooperate. Today I am having a bad day so I wanted an iced capp and 10ct timbits. I mobile ordered and everything was good to go. I get to the window and the guy hands me a small caramel iced. That's it. I ordered a large cookie butter iced capp and 10ct timbits. I told him that wasn't my order. He did find my order in the computer system but all the employees were screaming at each other and asking why orders weren't made. It was chaotic. I was short timbits but I didn't even care at that point. I definitely held up the line with an order that had to be remade and two employees kept asking others why the drive thru line wasn't moving. This Tim Horton's is open 24/7 in Marysville. In addition to hot coffee and hot chocolate and teas, they carry a good assortment of donuts, cookies, muffins, bagels and such. They also offer free wi-fi! I logged in to their wi-fi and was invited to take a survey. I got as far as the questions about order accuracy, and the radio buttons on the screen went dead. Also, I tried uploading a couple photos, but apparently the wi-fi isn't capable. So I went back to my cellphone carrier and uploaded the photos. Most certainly a welcome sight on a cold and wintery morning. read more

A rip-off, I've read all the bad reviews but we had a gift card... Unbelievable how much is charged for so little and on top of that, just really unsubstantial poorly made food. I know people love the coffee but the donuts are very overrated, I honestly can't think of any that are worse, and the food could not be more disappointing or overpriced. I can say that even with a gift card I doubt I'd ever go back. read more

Every time I come here I just leave angry. The coffee is decent, it's a little expensive for what you get but not awful. They never have doughnuts stocked which is what my kids always talk me into even tho they know they will never get what they want they still settle. It's the workers they have. No one is ever happy. They are rude and unfriendly. If you hate your job then please quit. I realize that at 16-18 you don't really want to be up at 5am to make people hate their mornings a little less but let's be real when I say you aren't making millions of dollars at this place you can quit. I live in marysville so I frequent this establishment often, I have to say over the last few years I have been really disappointed. My last three trips they have made mistakes ranging from ordering a half dozen doughnuts and only getting 5 in the box to ordering three of the same type breakfast sandwiches and getting three random sandwiches. I really hate to say this but I will probably start driving to the St Clair location. My best advice is if you go here check your order before you leave or you might get a surprise. 5/27/16 Decided to try them again ordered a coffee, hot chocolate, blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese and a blueberry bagel toasted with butter and I emphasized the difference between the two bagels. When I got to work I opened my bag and both had cream cheese..... Second strike.... 5/28/2016 Driving by decided to get a couple of their Italiano grilled bagels for those of you who haven't tried them you should there pretty incredible for a fast food chain. I ordered two and a half dozen doughnuts. They informed me that they were cleaning their grill and I would have to choose something else. Now I don't know about anyone else but 7:30 pm is kinda early still to be cleaning and taking things out of commission. So I preceded to drive off angry but Burger King had no problem filling my order at 7:40 pm. In all the years I have been to this location it is great! However, today was a day of firsts.... The general manager who clearly is very young and on a power trip, was EXTREMELY rude! Kaylee was her name. Being that I have been in customer service for many years; Kaylee needs to attend a seminar on women in power to learn how to actually treat a customer. Slamming the little window on a customer over cold foam that was already paid for is a little dramatic. Speaks volumes about her maturity level and leaves us asking if she is capable of holding a management position at all. Kaylee, do us all a favor and find a job that human beings are not involved. This is possibly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to I will not order food on purpose here ever again and probably will not be taking my business here anymore actually in the future. The food is slept together and thrown at you and ends up just being a horrific mess that no one wants to eat it's on appetizing and disgusting when you order a sandwich that you're trying to eat in the car and it just completely falling apart and oozing sauce all over because the people who work there don't take the time to make it nice and neat. Today I ended up not getting oatmeal because they told me they didn't have any so then I tried to switch to a turkey sausage egg white cheese and spinach English muffin to count my calories because I am a personal trainer and fitness coach and they decided to charge me and then make me a regular English muffin breakfast sandwich with regular sausage regular egg and no spinach and disgusting fake cheese.... and then proceeded to tell me while we don't have turkey sausage so this is what you get is that okay? No I'm not one to to waste food if I can help it so I just took the slop together English muffin sandwich and I picked at it and the parts that I wanted and threw the rest away so not only am I missing out on what I wanted to order but it's also costing make out valuable calories on my strict Health diet as well as costing me money because I ended up throwing most of it out. Talk about leaving a sour taste in my mouth I've actually only ordered from here twice which contained food and both times two strikes out and my friend who also goes there and makes me regularly at this location so she will not be taking her business here to this site for the same reasons I had. First of all, I love tim Horton coffee! The workers need to make tim Horton like tim Horton and not like water down Starbucks coffee. I come here often because I work by this tim Horton. My experience here is on and off. Normally a tim Horton is pack, this place is never pack. I get a wrong bagel in the morning. My coffee is never hot. My coffee is never right. I don't know how hard it is to make coffee but this is getting out of hand. They need to get it together or else this location will be shutting down real soon. read more

Absolutely terrible service. 5am and your backed up in the drive thru. 3 people inside, one working the window, one smoking outside and the other not helping the window server. This was once fast and reliable service, but has recently gone down hill. I will not use the Marysville Tim Hortons until I see improvement in their customer service. read more

as somebody who's worked in the service industry for years, i TOTALLY understand how hard it is to keep up with busy weeekends and mornings. however, this tim's is on a completely different level of service than anything i've ever seen before. they're slow, rude, and never get orders right. i hardly bother to come here, and when i do i'm typically in a rush, and usually find myself turning around because i've got the wrong item or something or other. it happened to me this morning and it's got to be the fourth time at least. on top of that, the stuff is just plain out rude. they talk to you like you're just a waste of their time. it might just be resting bitch face, but they're always giving everyone nasty looks. do NOT waste your time here read more

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. This location is terrible. We go a couple times per week, hoping that just one time, they'd be fast and efficient. Yet time and time again, it takes 15 minutes to get a small order which is usually not correct. Today I ordered a latte that I sampled before I left the counter. It tasted terrible, so I asked them to remake it. The second tasted just as bad so I determined that they have never been properly trained on how to make a latte. I took the second latte because we were in a hurry, but regretted it after we left. As I attempted to drink it throughout the morning, I grew angry about having paid for something that was so un-satisfying. Other TH restaurants seem like completely different establishments compared to this one. Don't think for a second that you'll just swing into this location for a quick coffee or bite to eat. I remain hopeful that they'll get their service issues under control. read more
