It's a Timmy Horton's. i'm really surprised at all the bad reviews. On my visit there were 15ish people inside, and the Drive Thru had 10 or more cars, just saying people are coming here. Oh how I adore you Tim! We visit from the states a few times a year and love their breakfast. It's the only fast food breakfast I crave. The bacon egg and hashbrown wrap (farmers wrap) is the kiddos favorite. My biscuit egg and steak was so good. The bread is flaky and soft, the egg tastes like a real egg, and the steak very tender, sliced thin and flavorful. The hashbrown was just ok, but the absolute best part of my visit is Tim Bits! The donut holes that make me smile every time I see them. I could skip the buttermilk flavor which reminds me of krispy Crème. If you're a fan of theirs, you'd likely enjoy these. Otherwise the cake style holes are yummy ...birthday cake, chocolate, glazed, and often they have seasonal flavors too. Cons: this particular location is usually understaffed and very busy for this small community. The customer service could be better. I grew up eating Tim Horton's and have nothing but fond memories. This location... not a great example of Timmy's. Yeesh! I get it, there's not a ton around Hope so clearly this is an easy pit stop for most people and it shows! The place was packed, they had a lot of staff, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and like they had not idea what to do. So many of the staff seemed to be aimlessly walking around not necessarily picking a particular order, but maybe doing one task for one order and another task for another order. They were bumping into each other and the restaurant was dirty, garbages were all full and the bathrooms stunk like cows had walked through and done their business in there. (Maybe they had? Are there cows in the area?!) We got a sandwich/soup combo, a few donuts, and a couple of drinks and a cheese scone. The sandwich was not good. The scone was even worse. The donuts were good and my wife enjoyed her coffee drink. I'd skip this location the next time. I'm in Hope though I don't know if that will even happen again, but the off chance I do a road trip through British Columbia... then yeah, I'll go somewhere else. One of the workers, Dorothy, she made my iced capp (vanilla iced capp) i noticed it didn't have whip cream and mentioned to her it should have it and asked for her to put it on. She said it wasn't apart of the vanilla iced capp and that she didn't care. i brought up the tim hortons app and showed her it was supposed to have whip cream. I am writing here today to report the most aweful, racist customer service I have ever experienced. When I came to Tim Hortons today, I purchased a Belgien Waffle Breakfast Sandwich. I have already paid, and waited a long time, then the sandwich maker told me they don't have Belgien Waffles anymore and told me to "get something else instead." A silly mistake like this is common, so this is not what triggered my frustration. In a situation like this, a normal food company would either offer a refund or an upgrade for their mistake. In this case, I suggested to get a Burger instead, and the Employee told me he could only get me something equal value or less. He then suggested to get me the English Muffin breakfast sandwich instead. I tried to explain to him nicely that the English Muffin breakfast sandwich is 2 for $5, and I paid $4.19 for my sandwich, and if a down grade is all they can offer, then I would rather get a refund. What got me angry was what Dorothy, the team leader at the time said to the cashier. Dorothy told the cashier "Just give him the biscut sandwich and ignore him." I really liked Tim Hortons. We live right above a Tim Hortons and we purchase coffee and breakfast there everyday. Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad, racist customer service. I may be Asian but you don't have to tell your cashier to ignore a customer who only wishes to get a refund due to your store mistake. We demand a full apology and compensation because this is not the correct way to treat your customers. The restaurant was clean, and the service was good, but the food is the absolute worst I've ever had at any timmies, and that's not saying much to begin with. This used to be my go to place for an early morning breakfast on the way up to the Okanogan for work, looks like I will have to find a different venue. The hashbrowns tasted like they had been cooked two days earlier, then nuked for about five seconds. The muffin was not toasted at all, barely warm. I asked about toasted English muffins, the response was "they are lightly toasted". This was not toasted at all. Give this place a pass, it's terrible, unless you're just getting coffee, pretty hard to screw that up. Oh, and A fly just landed on my breakfast, that pretty much seals the deal. read more

There is even a line-up to use the men's washroom where you will find no paper towels and the blower broken. We stood in line for 20 minutes with 4 people ahead of us, ladies room was clogged with a diarrhea explosion so I had to use the men's room, baked goods were stale and the stand was barren, coffee was too weak and tasted old, there were about 6-7 visible workers and obviously they need to have a crew running the drive through but there were people just standing around, looking for something to do and avoiding eye contact with the customers. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I like to take a leisurely drive out to Hope every once in a while, so I have stopped at this Tim Hortons a few times. I don't know why. I'm going to stop coming here. The last two times the lineup was out the door and wasn't moving. Today I stood in the line for 10 minutes and it didn't move at all. this tim hortons is very busy but the closest next one is about 20kms away. its typical tim horton service and quality. i have given up on all food items as i ordered chilli once and was up all night with gut pains. Ordered toasted bagel and received a bagel burnt on the edges and soggy on the inside. Their new bbq steak wrap is awful as well. Ordered iced coffee and it was far too sweet. their are other options for coffee in town definately do your research read more
