Thank you Waves for having a variety of dairy and non dairy options to choose from! Came here after attempting to try a new coffee shop up the road. Apparently that place thought it was trendy to only serve Oak milk and Whole milk. Both of which I cannot have. So I left there and came to Waves. I sadly had a poor experience at waves, due to the customer service. I had stopped in with a friend to grab a drink and snack on a hot day. We went in and when I ordered I had a question regarding the food because I do have allergies to nuts and some dairy. And when I had asked the barista what was on the top layer of the sticky toffee pudding they said she didn't know and proceeded to ask me if I wanted it. And when I said sorry I need to know, they didn't hear me. This could be due to them having headphones in. I asked them again what was on it, and they said it might be custard, but that she didn't know. And I asked her if if was vegetarian because it said "veg" on the card. They came around and said it did not, and I said it's right there, and they proceeded to tell me they didn't know. Sadly I didn't get the item because I was too afraid to eat it, as my food allergies are significant. I was hoping that I would have gotten some advice as to what I could eat, but I had no luck. I would hope that the staff is able to tell people what is in the foods for their ease of mind when it comes to allergies. read more

So I looked up the hours online and it said that they are open till 9pm every night, so I set up a my Meetups group for 7-9pm, only to be kicked out @ 8pm. I asked them about it and they told us to go to Starbucks across the street. Like I'm made of money? I just spend $5 @ waves for a coffee, and they expect me to go across the street, (pack up 6 people) and all of us buy another coffee? How ridiculous! Change ur hours online. I would never have made my meetups group there if I had know. Three of us drove from Abbotsford (30mins each way) for one hour @ waves? A complete waste of my time, but don't worry all that business I just brought to that shop will be brought to somewhere else that doesn't have terrible customer service and false information online. read more

Service is good the drinks take a hit on quality. The price is too high for sour coffee.

Consistently disappointed in the lack of time and attention that the young baristas spend in making the coffees at this particular waves. (Garrison Crossing - Chilliwack) It seems as tho they are always rushing to slam the coffee in front of you asap and forgetting to put it together the way you would expect a 5-6$ latte to be. If we wanted a slightly warm coffee flavored steam milk in 30 seconds with absolutely no foam at all & overflowing the cup we could probably do it at home for nearly free. I would suggest a refresher for the employees on the art of making a consistently great espresso drink worth the money the Customer is paying for it. Just my two cents.. (I mean 5$) read more

My wife and I went there this past Sunday evening for a quiet coffee and a small desert. It was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and informative as it was our first time there and the coffee was great! Very comfortable inside with a calm decor. I had the Breakfast Wrap and it was amazing! Very happy with our choice of trying this place out. We will definitely be back again soon. read more

Had good service, and they were friendly. The rooibos latte did not have much flavor. The Americano was good. Also when the lady yelled out the drink order it was not the same as what was on the menu... The rooibos latte was called "red latte" and the Americano was called "Canadiano" by the lady. So I was a bit confusing since it was really busy. read more

Waves has the best patio for coffee drinking in Chilliwack by far. Staff are always friendly and quick, great spot.
