This was my first time visiting a Tim Hortons, as I live in the south and I've never seen one in Alabama. I ordered the Irish cream cold brew and it was so delicious I went back the next day and ordered another! The second day I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel. It was so yummy! My kids enjoyed their food, too, although I took off a star because we had to go back and get a sandwich that they didn't put in the bag. The lady at the window seemed annoyed that we had returned. The coffee was mediocre at best (his black as well as my latte). We both got chicken paninis - too much cheese and barely any chicken. I spent almost $40 on food and 2 coffees. I ordered 2 cookie butter cold foams , 1 was made correctly, the other had zero foam , zero cookies . I also went into the store to see if they could make it correctly and they refused . Both hash browns were so soggy that the bottom of the bag was falling apart , both loaded wraps tasted burnt. I would not go back to this Tim Hortons if you paid me. Thankfully, there are plenty in the area so I don't have to! They are SOOOOOOO disorganized here! Tim Horton's has a very limited menu, and most of it is pre-cooked, so I'm not sure how this level of disorganization is possible... But from what I observed it seems to start at the top. Strike one: I watched them run out of 2 staples: hashbrowns and turkey sausage. I know this because the manager announced it loud enough to her staff that the entire restaurant heard. But instead of saying there would be a wait on both to be cooked she told her staff not to let anyone order either. Both became available again while we were waiting for our food to be made, but by then we had already changed our orders per her instructions. Strike two: I had to repeat myself to the cashier 3 times and he STILL got my order wrong. Strike three: Same manager walked up to another customer (who I guess had the same ordering issue I did and was calmly explaining his order again) and loudly shows the cashier how to punch in the correct order (no problem there) and then (BIG problem here) loudly tells the customer that her employee "is only there once a week, so he's doing the best he can" in the most demeaning manor possible. Said employee turned bright red, as did the customer. I felt terrible for both of them! Strike four: It's fast food...but somehow it still took 20 minutes to actually get our food. This location is a little slow, but they seem to get your food order right. I don't normally go to Tim Horton's so I'm not sure if this is their typical practice, but their iced coffee is absolutely terrible. They clearly pour hot coffee over a half-cup full of ice. By the time they give you your coffee, there's 2-3 ice cubes remaining and you're left with lukewarm coffee. Also, they don't know how to make iced cappuccinos here. They've never messed my food order up before though. Food is always hot and made-to-order. read more

The WORST Tim Hortons EVER! Terrible, rude, inaccurate service. Slow drive through, limited menu and poorly prepared! They had no soup or steak at 5PM on a chilly night. I patronized went through the West Henrietta, NY location today and it was a very disappointing experience. The car in front of me was smoking marijuana and the volume of smoke and smell that was ecoming from their car would embarrass Snoop Dog. I mentioned to the rep when they asked me for my order that they could help by calling the local Police department because I was concerned with the drug use of the car in front of me. The rep managing the window stated that smoking pot was legal in NYS. I was speechless and thought we have severely digressed as a country. While I understand there are individual (Spicoli) types that enjoy doing drugs, it is ILLEGAL TO SMOKE MARIJUANA AND DRIVE IN NYS!!! What shocked me the most is when the rep at the window said that they "smoke weed all the time". I was shocked, especially since I had young children in the car. Needless to say, after being a dedicated customer of Tim Hortons for over 20 years, I will NEVER buy anything from Tim Hortons again. This review is for this location only. I recently stopped here for a coffee/donut fix before driving back to Buffalo. While walking back to my car, I fell on black ice and hurt my head and my neck. My son went into the store to tell them I had fallen and was asking for a manager to come out and salt since we were parked next to the handicapped spot. No one came out. Not even after my son (age 17) repeatedly asked for either a manager, an accident report, or even a phone number to report the accident. We sat in the parking lot for over 40 minutes while I tried to figure out if I could make the drive back to Buffalo or if I needed immediate medical attention. No one came out to check on me the entire time I was there. I filed a complaint with corporate, and the franchise owner called me, heard what happened, and told me that the mistake the employees made was not to get my name and number before I left. Really? OK, first off, I hate Tim Horton's coffee. It is awful. I come here somewhat often due to the fact that it is very convenient to where I work and being that I work early morning hours, it is always open. When I need to grab donuts or bagels for work, this is the place I go, simply out of sheer convenience. In fact, I am convinced that convenience is the Tim Horton's business model. They seem to put new one up on corners and in places that are easy to get in and out of and are along main commute routes. Well, the donuts are adequate, nothing special. The bagels aren't all that great, the one clear standout is the Cheddar Jalapeno bagel. I have to say it is pretty decent. Nice amount of heat with a crispy layer of cheddar on top. The service at this particular Tim Horton's is pretty laughable. From screwed up orders to employees complaining that when I order two dozen donuts and a jug of coffee that I am "cleaning them out". Hey knucklehead, you are a donut and coffee shop...people buying donuts and coffee are why you have a job. My advice would be to steer away from Tim Horton's in general, and I am not a hater simply because they are a chain - I am a huge Starbucks fan. Ugh. I live around the corner from this particular Tim Hortons, so I've been there a number of times. By far, this is the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I work in retail, so I know that customer feedback should be taken very seriously, and I am aware that a bad review can be real bad news. That being said, I've given the staff at this location multiple opportunities to change my mind about the service they provide and today they disappointed me for the last time. Of all the times I've been to this Tim Hortons, my order is hardly ever 100% correct. If I'm being generous, I would estimate 3/10. It's usually little things: the wrong donut, the wrong cream cheese, etc. Nothing, necessarily, to write home about. Except that it happens. Every. Time. I literally EXPECT to have to correct them. And I have. Now, I've been nice and given them the benefit of the doubt. "It's really busy," "They look understaffed," etc. That's all just noise, honestly, because I've been the only customer there and still received an incorrect order. Today was especially frustrating because, for the first time, I went INSIDE. Apparently, that doesn't affect anything. Granted, I wasn't vigilant about making sure I got the right order. Not that I should have to be. I ordered 2 bagels, both toasted, one with plain cream cheese and the other with onion and chive; I also ordered a 10 pack of Timbits, 5 birthday cake, 5 cinnamon. I should have checked the donuts as soon as they were given to me, and I was standing right next to the case and should have watched the employee grab them. But. I didn't realize I got 10 assorted (NOT WHAT I ORDERED) until I got home. Which is also where my boyfriend and I couldn't figure out which bagel was which because they both had plain cream cheese. I wanted to fill out an official Tim Hortons survey, but I also didn't receive my receipt and apparently you can't fill out the official survey without the code at the bottom from your order. This location prompted me to make a Yelp account. I have been in here a handful of times in the past 6 months, and 3 times in the past week (won a gift card in a raffle, and they're on my way to work). The service is horrendous. Every time I go through the drive thru it's a combination of messing up half of my order, coupled with them completely ignoring that a customer is at the window while complaining/ranting about something I'd be embarrassed to talk about it public. Really... 4 employees standing around the drive thru window and you can't get 3 items correct? With no line of cars and no line inside? This tim Horton's is absolutely disgusting. Every time we go here, the employees are obnoxious and rude, and they ALWAYS mess something up. They don't listen, they fight with you, and when you call they NEVER answer the phone. The store owner was no better, it took him a week to call me back. Today really made me angry, the woman on the speaker (a supervisor) was being nasty, and was not even listening to what we were saying. This store should get no stars, and should be closed down or sold to an owner that will care about the customers, hire some people who are intelligent, and employees that don't talk/act ghetto. This Tim Horton's can't seem to keep their cappuccino machine working. Over the past 6-8 months I've gone for cappuccinos at least 8-10x and every single time, except once, was given hot water. Their cappuccinos are nothing more than hot water with a teaspoon or less of powdered flavoring added. I keep hoping to get lucky because the location is so convenient. Not so. I never leave reviews but my experience with this Tim Hortons was terrible. There were more employees than customers and yet they were still struggling to get everything made. They got our order wrong the first time so had to remake it. The staff spent the entire time we were there full on shouting at each other and answering their cell phones. One employee answered a call from one of her kids and was shouting at them in front of everyone. Thankfully me and my boyfriend were the only people sitting down to eat at the time but it was very disrespectful. We couldn't even hear each other talk over the sounds of the bickering staff. Then as we were about ready to leave all the employees disappeared into the back room. I know from working in bars and other service industry positions, at least one person needs to stay out on the floor in case someone walks in or at least to make sure nothing gets stolen. I was at the Port Colborne Main street location yesterday, the manager Yvonne Passmore was a total B***** to this other employee I was about to suggest they take Bill 168 training. The emplyee to me had not done anything that was demanging of the treatment in front of customers. I did tip the young lady as I thought she did a great job and kept her composure to the customers. I really hope that other locations have trained the managers to be more descrete. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable at the counter. I know I should have filled out the comment card (didnt look for them) but feel they really dont get looked at. I stopped here twice in 2 days since I was staying at a hotel next door. Both times the service took forever. I do not like the way the person taking your order has to run all over the place filling the drink orders and bumping into and talking with other employees while they do this. They should rethink how they work their employees - the floorplan is a poor layout and time waster. The panini was soggy and the soup was cold and tasted like it came out of a can. I usually like this chain but this one is making me wonder how they could get it all so wrong. read more

WE stop at this Tim Hortons everyday before work to grab a cup of coffee. One XL hot coffee 3x3, and one XL hot coffee 3x3 with splenda. EVERY time we go they give us bad coffee. They almost always label them wrong, and they taste awful. They make coffee for a living, and it is so super simple to do! What I do not understand, is how the last 2 years, they haven't been able to hire someone who listens or does their job correctly. The manager is no better. Leslie likes to tell you not to be upset when clearly you have every right to be because they don't get anything right! The drive through always takes at least 15-20 mins, so prepare for that ahead of time; and do not plan on getting your order correct anyway. Today, the boy at the speaker asked is there anything else, one item in, and before being able to respond to him, gave the total. This is okay, because then we could just finish, but when we got to the window, there were two orders to be cashed out. I assume that there was an over charge, because the order was read back as one, with a different total. We will see tomorrow, and if needed, we will be speaking with Leslie and the store owner, because I am overly sick of the despicable service received here everyday.Sometimes it is not even just the day team, its all hours these people are open.
