I love Tims and most locations are great, but this one left something to be desired. First, the exterior needs to be better maintained. It almost looked like it wasn't opened or abandoned because of overgrowth of plants/landscaping and the parking lot was in need of some TLC. The drive through menu board was difficult to read (It looked faded and there was some condensation on it) and it was a bit difficult to hear/understand the employee. The employee was friendly, but didn't seem to know about basic things (like they told me I couldn't order an ice capp without whipped cream). They were also out of a lot of things despite being open for another five or so hours. My ice capp was basically just liquid. Not sure if there was an issue with their machine or what, but it didn't have the right frozen texture to it. The employee just said "that is the way they are" (no it isn't...). Overall, this location needs some TLC and staff training to bring it up to a higher level. read more

Only visited a few times. Service is friendly and food is tasty. But, folks, this is a coffee shop.....that means we come for the wonderful rich coffee you advertise. Things are different from a year ago, when I last visited. The coffee is weak now. Been there twice in the past two weeks. Too much water and too little coffee. Inexcusable! read more

I'm very loyal to Tim's whenever I'm in the area, but I wasn't too impressed with my first time at this location. The initial service we received was great, with the cashier being super polite. She was very friendly when I last-minute changed my order which was much appreciated! However, the remaining employees I talked to seemed very bored and not very energetic. When I asked to confirm the location of the bathroom, the employee I spoke to seemed extremely disinterested in confirming it with me. On the positive side, the bathrooms remained very clean and the facility itself seemed clean, with two or three employees actively cleaning while I was there. The time it took to make two chicken paninis took a little longer than I thought, given that my mom and I were the only ones in the place - not a car in the drive-through line either. When I received the paninis, I was a bit disappointed in what was received. The menu stated the paninis would come with chicken, tomatoes, spinach, and onions. I was very disappointed in the chicken and cheese that was given, it was missing every topping it said it would come with and instead included a topping that was not stated on the menu. This could be dangerous to people with intolerances or allergies. The sandwich itself was fine - nothing to write home about. It also had some sort of ranch or mayo sauce on it that just didn't really work with the chicken and cheese - it was just not the right flavor combination. Timmy!!! Decided to try the infamous Canadian Donut Franchise since there was one located next to my friend's new place. Chocolate Dip Honey Cruller For the Chocolate Dip, dough was chewy and frosting was pretty sweet. For the Honey Cruller, dough was eggy and had an oily texture. It is what I was expecting. Almost always my order is given to me wrong, yesterday in the drive thru I watched the crotchety older "gentle"man throw a hissy fit because someone asked to pay with their phone. Then when I asked for a receipt for my order I got a loud scoff and an eye roll. I'm not really sure if maybe he's related to owners but he makes the morning coffee run dreadful for everyone (been told by more than one person how horrible he treats the customers). read more

I am a everyday customer order the same beverage the same way every day and they manage to get it wrong at least 3 days out of 7 days.

It was a crazy blizzard tonight so after white knuckling 90 for hours from Rochester to Fredonia I wanted a warm place to stretch my legs, use the rest room, have a treat, and calm down for my drive to Jamestown. The girls working were very friendly, the bathrooms were spotless and stocked well, the Apple juice was ice cold, and the Chocolate muffin was fresh and yummy. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because the lot wasn't plowed at all and the walk ways weren't shoveled. We got a lot of heavy snow tonight with white out conditions at times. I almost fell because i couldnt see where the edge of the sidewalk was, that's pretty important to keep up on. read more

Like most people from western New York, I like to start my morning with a nice caffeinated beverage from Tim Hortons. Since I've been to SUNY Fredonia this Tim Hortons has been my go-to because of convenience but also because of service. 8/10 times when I order tea it's fresh, which is rare in regards to most other Tim Hortons. If I ask them to make it fresh they will, they're always honest and try their best. Their donuts always look fresh and well made, and the service is never too slow. Most people that greet me are kind and professional, which goes a long way in customer service. Wanted to leave a nice review for a well staffed, well run Tim Hortons. read more

While the coffee is much cheaper than say Starbucks. Tim Hortons seems to be challenged by the simplest orders. Iced coffee is not hot coffee poured over Ice...that's lukewarm watered down coffee with a straw. "We don't have that" is a standard response to any drink. You don't have to be a barista to know that a mocha contains chocolate, a latte milk, and cappuccinos aren't rocket science either. And I'm not asking for any skinny, nonfat, no whip bs. Its pretty sad to see how people treat their job these days. I went inside the smaller tim hortons on Vineyard Dr. in Fredonia only to be greeted by screaming laughing teens making fun of what someone else said in the drive thru. After ordering 2 coffees, 1 donut and 2 snack wraps at the counter, I was given one incorrect coffee, and the incorrect donut as the employees were screaming and laughing more. After asking for the correct coffee, we gave back the wrong one, that wrong one was placed on the counter, and given back to us AS OUR SECOND WRONG COFFEE. It was a very simple order and nobody seemed to give a shit while working there. If you want what you order, please head elsewhere. If you want a mystery montage of incorrect coffees and screaming idiots, then I welcome you to this hell hole to help ruin your day. read more

Probably the best Tim Hortons in terms of customer service and speed of service. Best coffee there is. dangerous parking lot though, their drive-thru is so busy that parked vehicles have to back out in to oncoming drive-through traffic. read more
