    the menus of tim hortons

Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a chain restaurant in Canada with worse service than anything I have experienced in any country. Canadians are polite except at Tim Hortons. What language am I suppose to speak in Alberta? The staff don't understand English, Spanish, Latin, Korean or French? All I wanted was egg whites and the idiots didn't know how to make it or don't know how to type this in a computer system so that someone can read it. Maybe you can just tell the kitchen person. Or let me back there to make my own hot food. Worse part... Once the staff almost figured it out, they tried to rip my foreign ass off. With that said F YOU Tim Hortons. So I walked out looking for something else to eat. You can bet I'm going to blast this all over social media, say Fu** Tim Hortons to every cigar lounge I visit and basically when anyone ask how was your trip? My reply would be Canada is great except for this dump of a chain place called Tim Hortons. Have a nice day. Oh yeah.. and I will do you Canadians a favor. Tim Hortons has this philanthropic theme about donating money for every smiley cookie you purchase to help people. Okay. When I get back to my office, I'm going to rip your financial statements apart or whatever documents are on public record to show how much of a sham, a hustle, a piece of trash company Tim Hortons is.

Airport Timmy. If you are hungry and need something quick, then grab it here. Fast food, donuts and drinks. Overall, its ok. I don't expect much at Airport. Service can be slow. Line up can be long but this Tim Horton is located in the domestic departure zone.

Arrived at the airport this morning at 6:00 AM for our 7:00 flight to Montreal. We popped into Tim Hortons for a quick breakfast. AMAZINGLY, they didn't have any breakfast sandwiches available at 6:00 AM. Why? did they sell out from a 5:00 rush? Is it poor inventory management? Is it incompetence? Is it indifference? My party of 4 ordered a combination of donuts and bagels, and although they were OK, it still makes me wonder about the management team here. Combine that with the forelorn expressions of the two snail paced workers, and this place didn't score very high on my list. A real "Meh, I've experienced better " If there ever was one.

$.50 when you buy a coffee. Except this location tries to charge you full price.

Leaving a 1 star today because this Tim Hortons needs a major staff overhaul and evaluate how they service their customers because this location is rock bottom. It's really a joke! This Tims is located on the 2nd floor in the food court area near the kids airplane activity zone. If you want to ruin your Tim Hortons experience, try this place out. I'm surprised Tims would have staff working the counter on their own with no knowledge of the menu. To make our experience worse, they can't even speak English...no wonder they don't know the menu. Ordered a 12 grain bagel and the lady had no idea what I was asking for and had to grab another staff member to figure it out. Even better, they have a huge banner advertising $.50 cookies and they couldn't figure out that promo either and simply just charged me the full amount. Massive line ups, long waits, and still got my order wrong because no one knew how to do anything. A bagel, coffee, and cookie... Pretty simple right? I can guarantee not a single customer waiting in the long line ups will return because everyone was upset.

My first time out in Canada & Tim Horton's was on my to-do list to see what the Canadian hype was. I'm not a coffee person so I didn't attempt to order their coffee which is what they're famous for. Plus I was coming in from a midnight flight so there was no way I was trying to stay awake. I needed food so I just needed something to fuel me for the next flight. Ordered: - Chicken sandwich: Tasted like any other regular chicken sandwich. The bread was a good bruschetta style bread, but nothing above average. It was a simple sandwich that was good enough from not eating since lunch time. - Nutella pocket: Um.... just 1? For like $1 something. It's basically a Nutella mini shaped churro. I love Nutella but this was okay to me. Service: Rude. When you're told "everyone" in Canada is nice?! The service here was rushed, quick, yet the longest line compared to the other restaurants. I wanted the Nutella donut & they unfortunately didn't have any. I had 3 things to order & I kept getting disrupted by the cashier to hurry up & pay. No "do you want anything else" type of questions, she kept giving me the price when I wasn't done yet. I wanted to give this place at least 3 stars, but when this is your first Canadian interaction, haven't eaten since lunch time & it's midnight already, & get service under average? I do not recommend this Tim Horton's. Maybe I'll try another location not in the airport.

Located on the domestic terminal. good location, one of the first food joints that you hit when you walk towards the gates. Good size location, and fairly fast service. too bad they ran out of white bread, and only told me after I paid for the chicken salad...which was just average, seems they've cheaped out on the amount of chicken as per pic. by the way, avoid the whole wheat bread at all costs, tasted like rubber, never again....

Finaly got my order after being skipped over and over. Got it at 10:40. Lame.

This Tim Hortons is a nightmare. They kept jumping orders and skipping 5-6 and forgetting about mine. It gets slightly busy and they lose their cool. I get that it gets busy but I mean all out chaos. The two ladies had no clue how to pull out of the weeds after another customer took someone's order by mistake. There are 5 locations I the whole airport. C gate will not get your order done right. 3 people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes for egg and cheese on an English muffin. Sl Shame on them. Tim Hortons used to be known for its speed. Too many items on the menu has reeked havoc on their system. Boo C gate. BOOOOOOOOO

I was excited to try their Napoleon cake and grabbed the cookies and cream cupcake just for kicks. The cupcake wasn't much to write home about - as are most cupcakes. The cupcake was moist with a buttery frosting on top. The Napolean was really good; I have this love for Napolean cakes despite it's simpleton image. It was amazing, all the custard and vanilla and puff pastry just came together very nicely. There are some versions where I find the puff pastry layers to be too hard, and it feels like I'm biting a cracker in one bite and then having some custard in a followup bite, but this one just melded together. I am looking forward to returning to try more of their baked goods - with my eyes in particular on their Trianon.
