Two non gender specific washrooms. Enjoyed a coffee and a refill. They couldn't reuse the cup out of hygiene reasons-made me slightly sad for the environment. Kind of ironic their environmental messaging with their hygiene practices. Perhaps one way to reuse cup is to have a reusable washable cup to receive the coffee and transfer to the single use cup. Could also be a branding issue of not wanting photos of a full used cup on social media too.

They have 7 different topping choices such as pudding, herb jelly, lychee jelly, mini pearls, etc. The service could be slow however, I believe it is because there a very few customers in the mall so usually only one staff member working (on Sunday) but lots of orders from online for delivery. They have a stamp card to get one free after purchasing 9 BUT you only get 1 stamp per transaction not for each drink purchased. I don't feel this is fair and doesn't make sense. In this case you should pay separately for each drink!
