Came to this location early in the morning to grab some breakfast. We went down to buy at the counter, but wasted so much time waiting for somebody to help us out with our order. We understand that the drive thru is a priority, but it would be nice if somebody would at least tell us to just wait a bit more. When I asked if anybody is going to take our orders, they just looked at us weirdly, said nothing and continue to do what they were doing. People here are rude. We wasted a good 15 mins, standing in-front of the counter. We ended up just leaving and finding another Tims. read more

This Tim's location is much faster and less busy than most Locations. I'm impressed how fast they are in the morning, even with a huge line up. The best Tim's in the area....hands down! The best thing about this location is the ample parking. Unlike most locations where they have next to none. On the weekends however, it's a bit sluggish and slow at times for whatever reason... So best I stay away unless I want to wait. read more

I am usually not one to complain about a restaurant let alone a fast food place but this place was horrible. The first time I went here everything was fine but this time it was awful. Almost everything was out of stock (especially bagels, donuts, and muffins) which was unusual giving that my time of visit was around 3pm. I ordered a bagel from them and when given, the sides were completely burnt. When I asked if I could get a replacement for this bagel, the staff were rude and seemed annoyed with me. I don't understand why they seemed that replacing my bagel was such a hard task as the store wasn't busy at all. Along with my order of a bagel, I also ordered a lemonade and some Timbits. Whenever I visit TimHorton's I usually always get a lemonade. However, this time the lemonade given to me tasted off, almost a bit bitter. This wasn't that big of a deal but when I took a bite out of the Timbit I felt something hard inside of it. When I spat the Timbit out, I found a small black object inside of it. This wasn't just a burnt piece of Timbit it was hard and felt like a rock. Finally, when ordering I saw a huge black fly flying around the kitchen area (particularly near the donuts). I was beyond disgusted a left as soon as I finished my food. If you have the option to eat at another Tim Horton's location, please do so. read more

First visit to this location. Not as busy as most Timmy's in Calgary, even during the morning rush. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was quite clean with no clutter on tables. I would definetly recommend for anyone in the beddington area. read more

1 Star for you Panatella Tims! Thanks to your awful judgment that is all you deserve. Although the asshole in front of me ordered for two families worth of food and beverages, making me wait almost 15 minutes in the drive thru is un-fucking acceptable when it just started off with only us two! I didn't think I needed to bring a book to kill time! Your call to keep me waiting for my now ice cold coffee and expecting me to pay takes some balls! If there was a way out I would have jumped over the median and drove off, but this location is frequented by our boys in blue, and I didn't wanna do anything rash. Hey dumb-ass in front of me, how about having some drive thru etiquette and not order for your entire spawn filled van at 6:00pm!? And to the mental defective running the drive-thru...hows about you tell this asshat to pull up and park at the front while his insane order is filled, not making the cue of now 7 people behind him wait 15 fucking minutes for a coffee! This would never happen in the morning, those people have it down to a science, for the morning crew, you deserve 5 stars. The one morning I was waiting, which was literally less than 10 minutes, they just gave it to me, not that I expect free coffee, after all its only Tim's, its the principle! Even Rotten Ronnies makes you pull over and park if your order is going to take a few minutes...Stew on that Tims Panatellla, because of this I'll make the trip out to the country hills location 5 minutes away for my after work coffee. Pssssht, ain't nobody got time for that. Also a side note, if you don't eat pork, I have witnessed them handling bagles and bacon, ham without changing gloves, the one time I asked them to change gloves I got the weirdest looks, I'm sure there are thousands of people that have this dietary restriction, in 2015, its not a huge deal to change your gloves. read more

Pretty typical. Long line in the morning, but not super crazy as there aren't a ton of houses in the area yet and the shopping centre is a little out of the way. The line went pretty fast and only took a few minutes to get through. The guy working the drive-thru was a little odd but other than that it was a good experience. read more

As always, our group is stumped on what to eat at the odd hour of 9pm. I went through the list of usual restaurants with the group only to get turned down for ten minutes. Therefore we opted to stay close to home at the ole friendly timmies. This location is pretty typical, nothing fancy about it. I did see a bunch of people working on their laptops though, so I can't say for sure if they have wifi... Will update my review the next time I go. Wait times for dining room service is long though due to the drive thru. Only one cashier working, so we quickly saw a line build up behind us. The bf and I got a philly steak sandwich, turkey rice soup, blueberry muffin and a steeped tea all to share. After a five minute wait, our tummies rejoiced as we bit into our sandwich; that is until we realized there was a distinct lack of meat during our second bites. This... Is when we turned into crime scene investigators! We quickly dissected our sandwich to find that it was floating in an absurd amount of mushrooms and maybe a scrap of meat scattered here and there within the sandwich. I then quickly attempted to bring our findings to the cashier. To my dismay there was only the drive thru cashier in sight. I had to divert her attention away so that she could holler for someone to help me out. The cashier was super friendly, albeit a bit peeved I had a complaint. I explained the situation and he stated that a new one would be made. During my ten minute long wait I was asked numerous times by three different people on why I had brought the sandwich back... Lack of communication I guess? Anywhos... I eventually got my sandwich with a reasonable amount of meat, and the addition of cheese... The bf had already finished his share of the other items we ordered, so he was glad to finally get his sandwich as well. Other than this most recent experience, I love this location for its drive thru. I've made large orders for my staff in the mornings before and they've always been quick and accommodating. read more
