The crust is real - and it wasn't nuked to reheat either! They actually toasted the thing!

Organic, protein, other needs - really specialized and a variety of coffees I hadn't seen elsewhere! Hours are a bit short (closed at 5). Great vibe too, with various tables and limited but present plugs for my starving laptop.

Stopped in for coffee today. The coffee was great. I loved that they have a "kid cappuccino" and even asked if we wanted it at a kid friendly temperature. We didn't get any food but everything looked good. Service was fast and very pleasant. Cost was a little high at just over $19 for 3 drinks but definitely worth it

Updated new space in the new Varsity Condos- very nice and spacious. It has not lost its unique character. It still has its little specialty shop, art for sale, great tea and coffee, and food. Came for brekkie and ordered Avocado Toast and Classic Belgian Waffle- maple and butter. Great food and great coffee! Will come back again.

Hubby and I came here on a breakfast date. It was fairly busy for a Saturday morning but the staff (who were all masked) were friendly and handled the queue efficiently. While we were waiting for our food to arrive, we were admiring some of the art (from local artists) that adorned the walls. I ordered the Grizzly Chai and the Rise & Shine Breakfast Bagel. The Grizzly Chai was served at just the right temperature (hot, but not scalding) and was spiced perfectly. My pan fried sesame bagel with a cheese omelette (made with free range eggs) and house made avocado smash (a tad under seasoned) was an adequately sized breakfast. Hubby ordered an Avocado Smash Sourdough Toast with tomato, feta cheese, and fried egg (which was an extra $2). The Matcha Latte is his favourite!

This place is so cute and welcoming! Everyone who works here is so friendly and warm. I tried their hot chocolate for the hot chocolate festival and it was so yummy and so creative. I also tried their turkey panini which was warm and so yummy. Comes with a small side of chips which is a nice cute touch. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely come back.

This was my first visit to Euphoria Cafe and I will definitely be back. I arrived around 9am and stayed until just after noon. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with an earthy color palette, so I felt right at home getting some work done. The selection in the display case was fantastic! Freshly baked goodies (with some gluten-free options), wraps and sandwiches, pastries, and some very fresh looking baklava...impressive. I enjoyed a couple of drinks and some delicious Umpaqua Oats oatmeal (the "R U Nutz?" variety). What was really stunning was the delicious aroma of their freshly made waffles. That's what really made it feel like working from home (there's always something good baking in my kitchen!). Mornings have a lot of coffee-to-go traffic, and they certainly have a good crowd for lunch as well. I highly recommend this place, regardless of whether you're passing through the Dalhousie area or need a place to park yourself for a few hours.

This is my favourite local coffee shop. They serve Rosso coffee and have sweet and savoury food options made here as well as supplied from local bakeries. The staff are extremely friendly! This is a good spot with outdoor seating, darker ambiance at the back of the shop, and a seating space indoor with a large window.

Yum! Creamy gelato and pumpkin spice snuggled together for fall.

Euphoria Cafe is a great little cafe where you wouldn't expect a great little cafe and that's just where I want a great little cafe to be! Kensington is excellent, Mission is great, 17th has slues of them.. but what do you do when you need a great little indie owned coffee shop outside of the inner city hoods? Euphoria Cafe, that's what. It's a cool, trendy looking space and a great place to meet with friends, business meetings, on a date, or any time in life where a quality cup of joe is in order. They do all the basics and they're not afraid to get creative with the flavour! I met with a fellow yelper and she told me all about their award winning Peanut Butter Chocolate Latte. You heard. I was blown away by her knowledge of the little local establishment and she waved me in the way of the sign on the board. Smart signage, Euphoria, you sold me. I'll get it! Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Espresso. Those are three of my favourite things ever. If you mix them together the outcome has to be exactly 3x as good as each of the individual ingredients, right? Wrong! It's BETTER. Euphoria manages to harness the synergistic qualities that peanut butter has with chocolate and that chocolate has with espresso and use it to create something special and magical. I loved how all of the flavours worked in harmony instead of dominating my mug. That is, until I got to the bottom... Holy chocolate peanut butter explosion! Simple solution... If you get this drink. Mix it. :)

Mexican Mocha. And the artistry is incredible!

Ever since we had kouign amann almost a decade ago in a French patisserie in Quito, Ecuador of all…read moreplaces, my husband has been on the hunt for the best kouign amann wherever we travel. The bad news is, there is no good kouign amann in Seattle or anywhere in the western US (so far, by our calculations). The fantastic news is that there IS stunningly delicious kouign amann in Calgary! I first balked at La Boulangerie because I had bookmarked two other bakeries to try. But I'm so glad we came here. Walking up to the storefront, I took in the quaint outdoor tables and the people enjoying a coffee and brunch. The first language I heard outside was French, which only added to the idea that we were in the right place. It wasn't busy when we walked to the counter at an off hour during the week, but I could see this place being slammed on a nice weekend. Do yourself a favor and take the time to look at all of the treats in the case. I had no idea which one to pick, but I'm so happy I went with the pear marzipan croissant - something I wouldn't easily be able to find at home. The savory breakfast crepes were tasty but could have been enhanced by a sauce on the side - the ingredients inside were a little dry. The Nutella latte was AH-MAZE-ING. Sweet, hazlenutty, but not overpowering. I immediately looked up a recipe for a future attempt to recreate it at home. The standout by far was the kouign amann, which comes in more than one flavor (insert mind blown emoji here). My husband chose a vanilla-filled one. Holy lamination. The layers, the glaze, the crunch. The vanilla cream filling was somehow both fluffy and delicately flavored yet sturdy enough to survive a day in the car. If I could fly back to Calgary every weekend just to buy a single kouign amann from this place, I would. Service was wonderful and we were surprised that that instead of calling our number, the staff walked each component of our order out to us. Highly recommend. Please visit and fulfill all your kouign amann fantasies!

Picked up a couple sweets and croissants from here. The croissants are colorful and filled, which…read moreis appreciated from both an aesthetic and taste perspective. There's some seating inside and a couple small tables outside; casual place. Most people seem to get their orders to go.
