Growing up in the Buffalo area and frequently visiting Canada, Tim Hortons was a significant part of my life for the greater part of my life. I moved to California for a few years and Tim Hortons was one of the many things I missed. When I traveled through Bay City and saw that they have a Tim Hortons, you can bet I was excited and made sure to stop! Unfortunately, this location is a huge letdown compared to most other Tim Hortons locations I've ever visited. They don't serve Bagel BELTs at this location, which was disappointing, but I can get over that... But then I ordered Timbits and the person at the drive thru didn't know what those were! WHAAAT?! Those little donut holes are a signature menu item! To top it off, our coffees weren't made right. I don't know if they gave us the wrong order or just didn't care to make what we ordered. Oh well. I still love Tim Hortons, but if YOU love Tim Hortons, I recommend avoiding this location. read more

Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of the employees. I ordered a "Love It" it size of Coldstone and when I finished my ice cream found the "Like It" cup inside of the "Love It" cup. If you made the wrong size then either admit it and offer a refund for the difference or remake it. When I called to talk to the manager about it she was extremely rude and didn't even listen to what I was saying. *On another note, they still aren't able to accept Coldstone gift cards we've been trying to use for the last couple years. We couldn't ask for better service from this location. During our time in town we came here three times and all of them were in-and-out of the drive-thru line in seconds. That included during morning rush hour when we ordered sandwiches and drinks and had both of them by the time we made it to the pick up window. Great training on the staff here. I wish all locations handled things this well. read more

It's okay in general but if you compare it to Midland's Tim's it's the best in the world. Very friendly staff, quick service, haven't noticed many errors, sometimes they're out of things that I feel should be better stocked but it happens. Longest line ever for drivethrough. The parking lot is not ideal for lines so it's like bumper cars to get a coffee. Waited over an hour for a coffee. Even when I decided it wasn't worth it, I couldn't get out of the line to leave. Finally got my coffee and they forgot a receipt. Had to go back inside to get it and was greeted with annoyed workers. The guy on drivethru was the only nice worker in there. He had my recipet printed while everyone else looked confused. read more

Sit at speaker for 3 minutes make order and receive a snotty response, pull up to window to learn they can't make order they aren't ready to cook anything. Why be open ? The staff are nice, but often untrained. They usually mess up orders, especially on 3rd shift. Sometimes they offer free donuts in place of a proper order, but I'd rather the order come out properly. read more

NO DONUTS?? It was 4 PM, this is a 24 hour store! I asked VERY nicely why there were almost no donuts! Answer? "We stop baking at 2 pm."
