Love this place! All of the soup I've tried has been fabulous. And their sandwiches are delicious as well!

Usually I love this place but today not so much.. They are always very clean, kind, and quick. Today I got an Italian sandwich with my soup. Sounded great until I opened it. The sandwich has so much sauce on it that by the time my 5 minute drive home was over it was already soggy.. definitely need to use way less sauce. Ended up tossing it :( read more

Love this place! Soups are superior, but be careful if you are watching your salt intake. Also the Kickin' Crab soup really kicks if that's your thing. I can't get enough of the pretzel pub club or the prime rib sandwiches. Somebody else commented about the lack of details on the website and I agree 100%. Heaven forbid a company ever update their website to ACTUALLY SHOW THEIR REAL MENU. No photos, a bunch of food that is served at the place is missing, etc... food here and prices itself is 10/10 but the company itself gets a 3/10 for being plain lazy. We are new residents of, Michigan and this location in Bay City is definitely our go to place for takeout soup!! The chicken pot pie soup is amazing and is loaded with everything! Their smoothies are delicious too! I buy the large one and I can easily make two meals out of it if I refrigerate the leftovers overnight. No preservatives, but just all fresh ingredients makes it ideal for anybody with allergies! I'd love this place! Great comfort, food !! Applause applause . You can't go wrong eating here. read more

Food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had the prime rib sandwich and I would go back just for that! Tried the stuffed pepper soup, it was good. Food was good. Maybe overpriced for what you get. I don't like that I can't try the soup before ordering it as it's not cheap and each soup could be made many ways. Female employee was very rude while I was there. Repeatedly interjected rude comments throughout ordering process, when I wasn't even ordering from her, I was speaking with a different person. Almost walked out purely due to this. Highly suggest the business learns to hire people who are more interested in doing their job and keeping their attitude to themselves. read more

Ow, yup this is my new favorite lunch spot! All the soups are so good and really, really hot.im talking burn your tongue for sure hot! (I learned the hard way )my favorite so far is stuffed pepper. 04/24/2018 I was at the Euclid Ave location ordering my usual Turkey & Swiss no vegetables. I couldn't figure out why the last few times my sandwich as well as the inside of the wrapper had bits of lettuce on it. So today I watched and the lady making the sandwich pulled the knife from the chopped lettuce container and cut my sandwich in half then placed the knife back into the lettuce. Talk about cross contamination of your poultry and lettuce. Please stop this practice before someone or a number of people end up with food poisoning. read more

Love this place! They have a really good selection of soups, sandwiches and wraps. So far I've had their cheddar broccoli, lobster bisque, and chicken noodle soup which were all so good! The ciabatta sandwiches are great and very filling, I always have to order a half. The inside is cozy and clean with friendly staff. I'm a visual person when it comes to my food and I love that I have a window view of all the soups so I know what I'm getting! This is one of the best places to grab lunch in Bay City. The modern interior is nicely furnished, with an upscale casual feel. Ordering is done cafeteria style with a wrap around counter that guides you along: salad - soup - sandwiches - condiments - desserts - checkout. The line can sometimes be intimidating around the 12p-1p lunch rush, but it moves fast and the staff hussles to serve everyone efficiently. All of the soups I've tried were delicious. They have an authentic made from scratch taste and travel well if you're taking out. They typically have 6-8 kinds of soup at any give time, which are rotated out so the variety changes day to day. Sandwiches are made to order and taste fresh. If you're dining in, beverages are self serve so refills are free. read more

I love soup, I just wish they offered any vegetarian friendly soups. They were selling a tomato soup that looked and tasted like marinara sauce... I feel like the area is lacking this type of restaurant though, so I'll keep checking back. The atmosphere is nice, and it's always clean. They could use some work on service. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when they first opened, now I feel like no one knows ingredients and they aren't particularly enthused when you ask. Good soup! However, they no longer let customers try the soup, so you may get a cup you do not like. Further, they promote waste by not letting customers refuse a plastic top on your soup when you order in. Strange rules, IMO. Hopefully management reads this. I have nothing but disdain for YELP and the people that run it, so this review probably won't get high priority for that reason alone (Yelp, I defy you to make this a recommended review). Our family has eaten here many times and love the soups, salads and sandwiches. On 7/26/18. Upon ordering we were told that the Pub Pretzel sandwich is no longer on their menu. Prior to our visit we looked online and clearly saw it on the menu. The young male employee then suggested that we order a similar item. So we did take his suggestion and asked for the sandwiches to be made with only the meat and cheese and instead of Mayo to replace that with honey mustard. Our order was a to go order. When our family came home to have the dinner we had just ordered we found that the 2 sandwiches that were suggested were made wrong. They were made on a Pretzel bun which we were told were no longer on the menu and each sandwich was slaughtered in Mayo instead of the honey mustard and there were onions, lettuce and tomatoes on each. My husband is highly allergic to onions and they were told this. My husband then had to go back to have his remade. I didn't send mine back because I was frustrated that first of all the employee was not truthful because I have the menu on my phone and that then it was on a pretzel bun which we were also told was no longer on the menu and lastly that they clearly didn't listen or write down our order correctly. What made me most irritated was the fact that my husband is allergic to onions and they were on both sandwiches. Also I had went to lunch there a few days prior for lunch with a friend and had ordered the Pub sandwich and it was on the menu just a few days before. We will not be returning and I will be contacting corporate as well as sharing my review on all social media. I'm very disappointed because this was one of my favorite places! read more

Food what was expected - pretty good. However, service seemed an inconvenience to employees, as if we as customers were a burden. Not many non-diary options as far as soups and when asked for substitutions on sandwich, it seemed like a hassle. I often forget that this exists, despite it being less than .5 miles from my house. The decor is open and let's in nice sunlight and is casual. It's never very busy there when I go in. The menu isn't hugely extensive, and there aren't many vegetarian options (and I don't think any are vegan?). The price point is a little high for the quality, but it's better than any greasy fast food joint down the street. read more

They were going to sell me the bottom of the pan of chicken soup....all broth. I had to stop them to ask for fresh Seriously! The customer had to ask for fresh they should know better. Then I heard the staff say they would recycle the broth and add it to tomorrow's soup! That is not fresh soup! read more
