I've always liked Tim Hortons coffee. One of my friends liked it so much they asked for it for Christmas so they could make it at home.

What is going on??? The board says $3.49 for an egg, sausage, cheese on an English muffin and I was charged $4.49. They told me that was the take out price at first. Then they changed their story and said that their boards are out of date. Not sure what to believe. I would like an answer from management. read more

They never have any donuts that they advertise. The service is so bad, poor attitude, they just don't care. Who would put six cream filled doughnuts in a paper bag and then put two sausage breakfast wraps on top of the donuts? What a mess.!! This Tim Hortons in Adrian is a zero rating! read more

Truly the worst tims i've ever been to. Every single baked good tastes really weird along with their food items- like they don't wash their baking sheets/ containers properly- leaving the food & baked goods tasting like soap. They don't even care about their quality of food either, the two times i've bought breakfast there- my hash brown was old & hard/ dried out. We went there with my husband to get a dozen of donuts. I pointed to the girl on the counter which ones we liked and she went inside to get a box to put them in. At that time the other lady (she was working at the drive-through) took one of the donuts we chose. I told her that we already ordered this one but she very rudely replied to me that it had already been paid for at the drive-through. I said Ok, I will choose another one. The girl who was serving us came back and said that they did not have large boxes and asked us if she could pack them in 2 smaller boxes. I said it's fine. She put some donuts in one of the boxes and some in the second one. My husband asked if there were 12 donuts altogether. The other lady came to the counter, grabbed the boxes slammed them in front of my husband on top of their display case, and said here are your donuts, six in one box and six in the other. My husband opened the top box and counted the donuts and they were five. He turned the box to her and asked - Do these look like six to you? She said - which one you are missing? We didn't know how to reply to that question. We just looked at each other. My husband asked what he was supposed to do with this box. At that moment instead of apologizing for the mistake, she said that she was not serving us anymore and we had to leave the store because she was going to call the police. We didn't have the slightest idea what we had done wrong and why she was threatening us with the police. We just wanted to buy a dozen of donuts. I asked her if she was the manager and she said - yes, and you never come here again. My husband tossed the box with the donuts back on the display case and pulled me out. There were other customers in the store watching this. It was embarrassing. She made us feel like criminals for pointing out that they were giving us 11 instead of 12 donuts. This happened on December 31st. She completely destroyed our day and our New Year's mood. Even if someone pays me to go back to this place, I will never go there. The lady manager there is the rudest person I have met in my life. She should not be allowed to work with customers. read more

I didn't realize what time our local (Adrian, MI) Tim Horton's closed and upon going through the drive-thru, as I was getting ready to pay, both employees made it known that I wasn't being charged because the employee felt bad that they didn't have much left since they were closing, so the employee paid for my item out of her pocket. What a sweet and very unexpected gesture. Kind of made my night. Kudos to the staff at Adrian Tim Horton's! read more

This place is always out of everything, I have came multiple times where they have had to "write my name down and we can get it for you another time when you come back". Also the lobby isn't open and it doesn't state that anywhere that it's closed. I am very unimpressed with their costumer service. read more

This place is terrible. Customer service sucks ass, they are rude as fuck! If you don't like your job, find another one. Their hot chocolate tasted like water, and when we went at 12 asking for doughnuts she rudely interrupted saying "we are out of doughnuts for today!" I was trying to be an understanding person due to the fact that we asked and they said they were understaffed, but the attitude and tone of the person who took our order really irritated me. I used to work at this location, and I was surprised on how poorly they took care of the inside of this store. I won't go into detail.. but it's pretty disgusting. Do better, or get better employees. Very nice location. The fireplace is great to enjoy on a cold day. The employees are friendly and the establishment is clean.

I like the service at this location a lot better than my local location but honestly if I'm in Adrian, I'm going to Starbucks for coffee and Morning Fresh for baked items. Never had any issues here. I like the fireplace in the winter and the flavor shots in the coffee are good. read more

This location sucks! I've been here 3x. They only have good donuts. The other 2x my mocha were good. This time, they used old coffee & too much chocolate. I ordered a chicken panini & it was bland & soggy ass old bread. My fiancé ordered the black sub. He got a small stale sandwich. I do not recommend this place. Toledo and Lambertville locations are 100% better. read more

This Tim Hortons has a Stone Cold Creamery attached!! Don't get excited. Ever since they attached cold stone the staff has never been able to effectively build ice cream. Recently the place has looked closed due to no lighting in the signage and the window shades being pulled down at night. Makes you feel like your in the ghetto. Tonight was. No exception we went through the drive through to get a an ice cream shake. We were told we would have to come in. It wasn't due to the long lines that for sure as there was only one other customer in the place. Not sure how this place stays open and unfortunately I would never visit another Tim Hortons. I'm used to seeing Tim Hortons with Wendy's and was pleasantly surprised to see a cold stones attached to it instead. It was hard to walk in there and not get one of the cold treats but I ended up just getting a small black coffee. It's definitely one of the better places for regular coffee. Starbucks coffee seems to be slightly more on the bitter side, while TH seems to be light. The staff were friendly but it was a bit alarming to see a weird fly/bug in the front donut display. Definitely made me NOT want to get a donut. They really should have a display of donuts that is covered or in an enclosed case. read more

Terrible customer service. Order a steak egg biscuit and drink it was $6.23. Got to the window and order was not in a bag, but handed me the sandwich and told me they don't put stuff in bags. Didn't offer me the combo or nothing. read more

Tim hortons has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. While my husband ordered from the drive thru, they failed to even take his order and instead gave him a box of a dozen donuts that He didn't want. They chose which donuts to give him and said "have a nice day" when he got home I called And asked to speak to a manager who refused to listen to me and yelled at me! Another time they only gave me half my order and charged me for a full order. When I got Home and opened the box I called them and they refused to do anything about it. The customer service here is horrible! They really need to train their staff better. This morning my order was messed up and the lady that was taking the orders refused to fix it and then began yelling at her employees because the drive thru was backed up. She has horrible customer service as well as a complete disrespect for her employees. Do not go to this location! There are plenty of other places in town that will treat you better!!! read more

Went through the drive thru on the morning of April 23. We had the lady repeat the order twice to us till she had it correct and she still messed it up. Had to ask for missing food. Latte was the worst I ever have tasted, breakfast sandwiches were cold, steak breakfast sandwich was soggy and had consistency of mashed potatoes, and the hash browns were cold and extra crispy. For what they charge, do yourself a favor and stay away. Go somewhere else. read more
