Since moving to Michigan 38 years ago, I've eaten lots of donuts from lots of bakeries. In my opinion, Morning Fresh Bakeries is in the top 3 of all I've sampled in Michigan. My favorite is a raspberry filled donut with a raspberry frosting. My buddy Ken loves the lemon filled donuts which I tried last week and have to admit was very good. Another friend Dick likes the fluff filled long John with chocolate frosting. Had one yesterday and it too was tasty. In the 20 years of getting a donut or two when I'm in Adrian, I've never had one I didn't like. That along with friendly service makes them a winner in my book.

I appreciate the half off dozens but frankly don't mind paying full price for anything as long as the quality is there.
