Got a Chai and a hot chocolate and both were nasty. Chai didn't have much spice and mostly hot water and the hot chocolate was very weak. A package of Swiss Miss would have been better. Very disappointing! Lots of money for two drinks. Go to Biggby. read more

This particular store has possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. The line was backed up to the road, again. Inside it's almost standing room only as I went inside to order. What a mistake. The people working are more interested in socializing and tic tok then actually doing anything. As I'm waiting for my drink everyone there like me waiting for service seems pretty frustrated and grumbling. Stressfull!! Then their is the drinks. Any company that decides to put more sugar in their drinks than money into their hardworking employee pockets deserves to go bankrupt. Not only was the service slow due to the employees being overworked and underpaid, but my drink was so loaded with sugar that I couldn't even drink it! I don't blame the employees for my experience since it was clear by the way they were behaving and looking that they have people in high places breathing down their necks and are monitoring their every move under a microscope. But until this place had better management and treats its employees like dignified human beings, I will NOT be returning. read more

The service that I receive from here is often not great.. every time I go, I either get the wrong drink or bad customer service! There has been several instances where my drink is literally pouring out of my cup as they are handing it to me, very much overflowing! read more

It can be pricer when compared to other coffe shops but the drinks are so delicious. My favorite are the blended drinks especially the frappucinos or the summer drinks like the refreshers. The spinach feta wrap is another favorite of mine. Its great as a treat occasionally. read more

I've been to this location numerous times and I'm disappointed time and time again! One thing Starbucks praises themselves about is the ability to customise you drinks. Even to the point that you have to pay extra for these customisations sometimes. It's ridiculous when I paying extra that the drink is still mistaken. During 2020 this place was maddening. Never know when it would be open or arbitrarily closed and they never had accurate hours posted on google, Yelp or the Starbucks app. When they were closed they didn't have a sign up at the menu in the drive thru, only on the drive thru window causing dozens of people to waste several minutes expecting to order. Nowadays they are more consistent, but they are out of SOMETHING everyday. The store is always dirty inside and out and most often has supplies stacked in the lobby. I was extraordinarily happy when Starbucks opened in Adrian. The staff here is friendly and rather efficient. The coffee creations are quite good and the prices are not unreasonable. The facility seems well within the normal design variations found for Starbucks. My only complaint is that there is not enough seating as I often times find it at capacity. I came here for two strawberry açaí refreshers and was disappointed in the preparation process I witnessed. The employee making our drinks filled it almost all the way up with strawberry açaí base (which is a concentrate), put a little bit of water in, and then ice on top. No shaker bottle was used, improper measurements were utilized, and quality of service was lacking. read more

I love a friendly Starbucks away from home. Makes me feel like I am not an out-of-towner. When I go and visit my parents, this is the Starbucks my mom and I go to religiously. The employees are kind, considerate, and always have a smile on their faces. Our is almost always correct. If it isn't, they fix without any problem or "attitude". I do think they can be a bit slower than other Starbucks I go to, but not enough to which I wouldn't go there or complain about it...hence still 5 stars. The food and drinks are classic Starbucks. Gotta give it up to them for consistency. They have a large seating area and we love to get coffee and sit in their cozy chairs. The store is clean and not over crowded. Their drive-thru is also very convenient. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

The staff are friendly, like any Starbucks. They're also always willing to remake your drink if it tastes wrong, which is good, because they get it wrong more than 50% of the time. Moved to Adrian six weeks ago. My wife and I stopped by this Starbucks at least three times a week during our first month in Adrian. They consistently forget the espresso or flavored syrup in drinks--in our case, only about 1/3 drinks have tasted right. A couple times they've made excuses that we just aren't used to the drinks we ordered. We've been ordering the same things at Starbucks locations all over the country for years. We know how they taste. This location just can't get it right. Avoid the Adrian Starbucks! It's too expensive for them to get it so wrong. read more

Wow. I'm baffled at how poorly this location is managed. The line is always RIDICULOUSLY long, and I just assumed because it's the only coffee to grab and go around here, but then I came inside the lobby to grab my coffee rather than just wait in the drive through thinking it'd be a little quicker, and it was, but DAMN. These three sloppy kids were literally lounging around making one coffee at a time, pulling out their phone to text, one kid was doing NOTHING (maybe he was training??) And it was absolutely filthy in there. The floor hadn't been swept all day and it looked like it hadn't been moped in a week. There was a manager-type who took my order but then she disappeared after the payment was taken. The line of cars was literally wrapped around the building and these employees could have cared less. They are getting better. The staff is nice most of the time. When I first got to town this was absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. They mess up your drinks 50% of the time. They are usually too busy stocking to make drinks. If they have 6 people working they will have 1 making drinks, one on break, two taking orders and 2 restocking things. Something is wrong with that picture. In the last 2 weeks, they have really changed things. They are more attentive, they try to get drinks out quickly and apologize when that doesn't happen and if they mess up your drink they fix it instead of yelling at you (happened twice). The lobby and outdoor area don't get cleaned very often but the staff is getting better and is pretty nice so we let things slide. read more

Drive-thru was extremely slow for only three cars. Appropriate drive-thru times should be under 3 minutes per car I believe. Upon ordering, we were asked if we wanted lemonade, after ordering a "black mango iced tea". We replied "No, no lemonade." The tea we received was basically sugar lemon water (obviously w/lemonade). I seem to be having similar experiences at all drive-thrus in this area. Perhaps Starbucks should try to step up theory game a little bit. Overall: would only go back out of necessity. read more

One of my favorite things to do in a drive thru is to try to be as friendly and enthusiastic as possible because it usually makes the baristas smile and feel a little happier. I ordered a coffee and was doing a little work on my laptop. I sat there for nearly two hours, and the girls working were CONSTANTLY talking crap on the customers as soon as they walked out of the door or as soon as they left the drive in. They were mostly commenting on the customers' reactions to the things THEY were out of (freeze dried strawberries, almond milk...) The things they were saying were super disrespectful and I was in awe they would say them loud enough for customers to hear them.
