Disgusting food. Mediocre coffee. Terrible service as well. They put all the staff on drive thru and the people in the restaurant have to sit and wait for a very long time. The food is indescribably gross. I've had more gourmet meals from third world ultra low cost air carriers. When it comes to coffee, McDonald's coffee is smoother, hotter and they give free refills. If you really want to eat at Tim Horton's, my advice to you is to go to the back of the restaurant and go dumpster diving. Same tasting food but you'll save yourself $10 and you'll get your food quicker if you pilfer through the trash quickly. read more

The customer service is abysmal, I complain online and even their online reps have terrible customer service. They don't care if they are rude and get your order wrong, there rewards system is a joke and they try to rush you through their drive thru before you are even finished. read more

This particular location has been problematic for me. I have been here 5 times and 3 times they messed up my order. I asked the lady to correct it and she got angry and said it's my fault. There's another one further north on Clearbrook. Far better service there. read more

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons...for the most part. My fiancée and I have stopped here two times in 3 days for a couple bagels and an Iced Capp. The first timeI ordered a sesame seed bagel and got a pretzel bagel so I called to let them know. They offered a free bagel the next time we were in so I went in a couple days later to get it and also got another Iced Capp. This time the Iced Capp was messed up (way too much mix - coffee taste was overpowering) so I called again and the manager very reluctantly offered me another Iced Capp. I stopped by later the same day and brought back the Iced Capp and the manager gave me another one plus my money back for having to come back. So, overall, I'm conflicted. This location has blown two orders in a row but they've been pretty good about making it right (despite their initial reluctance to replace the Iced Capp). Just another chain I guess? Oh! They also have pretty limited bagel options. No blueberry or sesame seed...thought it was odd. read more

I don't typically write these reviews. But when you receive such mediocre service and food, it must be shared. My order was very typical, nothing special. Crispy chicken meal and a bagel belt meal, both w/ an iced coffee drink and donut. Simple right? Apparently, not for them. I waited at the drive thru window for at least 15mins (not exaggerating by any means) only to have them screw the order up. They'd periodically ask what my order was, then give me little bits of the actual order. I had to even show the receipt they gave me so that they knew what I ordered, like...come on. All in all, they lacked basic knowledge of general customer service. The sandwiches I received were cold, the donuts were squished and poorly done, and the drinks were warm.. Would give this place no stars just based on this visit. No apologies, no attempt to give good service and no knowledge of their own menu items. read more

I went into this location last week to try to buy their holiday ornaments to give to family as christmas presents. After waiting for 15 mins in a 2 person lineup, I finally got to the counter. I asked for some gift cards, and ornaments, which were on a display right behind the cashier. She looked at me puzzled, turned to the rack of ornaments i was pointing to, turned back and said to me "Ornaments?" and shrugged like she didn't know what I was talking about. I walked out. If they don't know the names of the things they sell, they shouldn't be working there. I was overcharged this morning for a coffee and breakfast sandwich; and they refused to fix the problem. I won't be going there for anything more complicated than a coffee from now on, as that seems to be the only thing they can get right (most of the time) read more

Went to Tim Hortons ordered there patatoe wedges, they were hard as a rock, didn't know they don't do there patatoe wedges st night they gave us left overs from earlier in the day how degusting, and the daytime manager has been exstremly rude to my son at the drive through if he's not quick to put his wallet away she's screaming at him to get going, she's screamed at him on many occasions who does this women think she is she needs to be fired, someone needs to teach her how to be courteous to the customers, read more

I'll go here any day rain, shine, snow, weather hardly ever stops me & my Service Dog (for my EPILEPSY) to go for his walks & my favourite coffee. That is until we started to get harassed by the staff for even walking in.... I normally am in & out in under 5mins. But there r particular days when my health is at it's best I like to bring my service dog to my parents for a dogs day in since he has such a hard job. Unfortunately those r the days I get harassed the most for my disabilities because they Can't just Kick My Service Dog & I for myself having a Companion by my side..... I'll receive anything from No Proof of my Transaction (so their throwing my seats away) to over charges, No change back ever, & they constantly argue with me & give the wrong order or will yell aaabove all else great me until I cave & leave even though I've been going to Tim Hortons for 15+ years & even did my high school work experience at their Location on Marshall. Rd. I constantly get discriminated, yelled at, over charged & hardly ever receive my receipts or correct order from this location & unfortunately these incidents will force me to walk across a very busy Highway round about with my Service Dog & force me to put our lives in danger with my epilepsy..... Great Timmy's - bad design on the parking lot. During peak hours getting inside this location can be tough. There seems to be a lot of traffic in this lot, which isn't large enough for the business here. Come patient, and you'll be fine because they serve the same great coffee/tea/pastries that every other location does once you get inside. The worse drive thru service ever at the clearbrook location. The employees are rude and ignorant.Never do these houses in Abbotsford have garbage cans. When I asked them why they don't have any the response I got was " we are not required to have any". Wow explains the massive amount of trash in the lineups and around the buildings.
