I went to Tilted with a group of about 12 adults. We did bowling, bumper cars, mini golf and the arcade. We started with bowling. Lanes were not cheap and are very limited because more than 75% of the lanes are being repaired. They were even working on them on a Saturday night which was a little distractive while trying to focus on getting your ball down the lane. The lanes were unique and that the pins odd strings on them and that's how the pins were reset. My least favorite thing about the bowling alley was that when the balls were returned, they came at a high speed and if your fingers were in the wrong place or you were trying to get a ball at that time, you could really injure your fingers getting them pinched between balls. I included a video of how quickly the ball sneaks up and how concerning this would be especially if a child was playing. During our game, we ordered food and non alcoholic drink drinks from the bar. This is a BYOB so you can bring whatever you want to drink and they do have some mixers that you can buy if you don't bring your own. The food didn't get great reviews. There was one bartender and unfortunately she wasn't there about 50% of the time. There were often periods of time no one was behind the bar for periods long enough that I had to return for my turn to bowl. The video games are expensive. I bought a $20 card and was shocked to see how quickly it ran through. I personally didn't opt for the glow mini mini golf but that did look fun. My favorite activity was the bumper cars. Be warned, some of them do fully invert! I feel like Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills provides a better bowling arcade interaction and has better food and bar services. This place really felt designed to cater to children rather than adults and children. I didn't have a bad time but I would probably not return to this location. read more

Bowling is premium. Service is solid. Wide variety of entertainment options. They have a phenomenal mini-shooting gallery. A $25 July card gets you a variety of game tastes tests. Ask about it. Visited a friend in PA and decided to check this place out after my friend won a GIANT grogu so I had to drag my husband there to try and win me one too. Huge parking lot so no worries about not being able to find parking and it's attached to the mall if you want to be able to do some light shopping as well. Works the same way as any other arcade you go to.. buy a card, load money, and swipe and pay per credits. There's also a bowling alley and other nooks in the arcade if you wanna play mini golf or something else. I think you just have to get super lucky with the game because we had a couple of close tries but no avail. read more

Tilted 10 is a new and very clean (in late 2023) arcade and entertainment complex. Its two floors of all the video games, VR simulators, and prize games you'd expect. It also has a nice low-lit miniature golf course with glow in the dark balls and clubs, laser tag, bowling lanes, and some small go cart type rides. There's no need to say its "pricey" as its on par with all comparable places, and they all tend to be pricey. They offer a 10% military discount on all services. You get a plastic card with which you pay for all your games as well accumulate your virtual prize tickets. They have a phone app as well which likely gives you random deals and discounts. Tilted has a taco stand but it was not open when we were there. If tacos aren't your thing, there's plenty of other options colocated a the Willow Grove mall. Overall its a nice, easy fun couple of hours for kids and adults. read more

I don't know what it is about these big arcades but it's nearly impossible to win the claw machines. We picked up a pusheen 7 times, and played more and still never won it. We did see a kid win an xl plush from the jumbo machine. We were not as lucky. Spent $50 and left empty handed and disappointed. read more

First time visiting pa...so just stop by this willow grove mall from a long way drive..it was excited to see there was a fun place to spend time in and saw those plushies in the claw machine were so cute....that's why spent some money to play...one claw machine the plushies are all stuck at the bottom ..in common sense way should know that's were no opportunity to grab one up ..so I asked a manager for help to see if she can open the door and pull out some plushies or reset smth for me to play. .but her reaction was so rude .just say "NO" cannot do this and run away...isn't you should help the customer read more

My grandson and I recently visited Tilted 10. It's been our thing to go to different arcades and indoor recreational places. The facility, although not completed, is brand new and very nice. There were no bathrooms available yet but they did have a trailer right outside the entrance for those needs. There were many arcade games and claw machines as well as mini bowling and bumper cars. Game cards were easy to purchase and refill. Some of the games were very expensive and the cards did not last long. You can purchase prizes with accumulated tickets at the prize kiosk. The facility while new was very well maintained as staff were continually wiping down machines and glass. We are looking forward to when it fully opens and will return to try regular bowling and the food menu. We still have tickets to cash in for prizes, which automatically accrue on your game card when you play. Would have been a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the cost of most amusements. Do NOT ever come to Tilted 10 Willow Grove This was the absolute worst experience and a waste of $100. Half their games/attractions didn't work. They refused to refund the points to the card for games that didn't work. They refused to give me the general managers information. This facility is very impressive. It is better than Round One, Chuck E Cheese, and Dave & Busters. However, some things could improve. There should be a wider variety of games, not just claw games and coin pushers, there should be an option of getting an unlimited play card since most of the games require a lot of points to play. Also, in terms of prizes, it would be great if they offered train sets as prizes like they do at Central Pier in Atlantic City. The fire service keyswitch for the elevator should not be on the first floor, it should be on the second floor because that is where the entrance is, plus, it would be better if the restrooms used hand dryers instead of paper towels. Why, you may ask? Hand dryers are better for the environment, more sanitary, more cost-effective, don't jam like paper towel dispensers, and prevent skin from drying up. (Paper towels can cause hands to become chapped). Also, for those who leave behind negative reviews of this place, if you had a bad experience here, it's probably your fault. read more

I wrote a review of this place that was removed for reasons that are entirely unclear to me, so I'll be shorter and more to the point this time: - This place is ludicrously expensive. It's much more expensive than Dave and Buster's, which is pretty expensive to begin with. - It's not well run. Attractions are not staffed until people show up to them. - They advertise a two-level laser tag arena, which isn't accurate. It is one level and it isn't very much fun. - Their plan to open a BYOB margarita bar makes no sense. First, you'd have to bring a bottle of tequila to the mall. Then you'd have to figure out what to do with your half bottle of tequila once you've finished your margarita. Where do you put it? Has anyone thought this through? read more

Beware!! This is my situation that had happened on July 21 around 7 pm. I have copy and pasted my review from google. We bought $200 worth of points totaling 1000 so that a group of 8 can play 3 rounds of Lazer tag. The game was set for a free for all , we ask for teams instead. We had waited 20 minutes to wait for the tech manager. While we waited we said we would play one round of free since it was taking so long. The free play wasn't even working. We waited some more to come to find out the manager we had been waiting for was talking with friends over at the bar. We were over it and wanted a refund. He was the guy who rang us up and knew where only came for the Lazer tag. It was said the Lazer tag was having problems all day. The employee will not give us his name. They wouldn't even give us the points back from the broken round of free play. It had escalated to the police coming. No refund policy is posted anywhere. We feel cheated and on top of it all the birthday girl was in tears!! We left with missing points and no refund. Corporate is in Texas and is currently closed. Updated response- We paid for Lazer tag that wasn't working and the workers knew about it at the time of purchase. When we first got to the Lazer tag area the Lazer tag attendant said we have been having problems all day. The worker radioed over for the tech manager. We waited and waited, attempted to play the free play. After that failed. The attendant radioed again at that point we went to find the tech manager ourselves! That's when we found with chatting over at the bar. He talked to us as we were the problem. He came to the Lazer area and talked down to the attendant as if he did something wrong. He didn't. The game still didn't work. My company was never asked to leave. We ask for the police to be called. Your employee said he would put points back on our cards for the bad free play round . (He never did). Your employees were never threatened! One of the other employee actually said that we can go back to the desk to see what he can do about a refund. We had a total of 3 employees involved. Floor manager, tech manager and the Lazer tag attendant. We did demanded a refund after the tech manager was being completely rude to us. One of our fathers did get loud but never threatened! Who wouldn't get up set about being out so much money and being told there is nothing you can do. No employee had a name tag on nor would they say what they were. I'm glad your done communicating about this matter but I am not. We have been robbed of out money and time. This was a traumatic experience for the birthday child. A police report was made on tilted 10. Thank you to the Abington police officers we really appreciate you guys showing up for us! We did not want to leave without documentation of this situation. This place is way too expensive. The whole thing is overpriced, and the bowling has price changes depending on when you're there. It's a trap for parents. It's clean, and there's lots of game variety, but it's not worth it. Also, bowling shoes are not included in the prices, and cost an additional five dollars. To end this ticked off rant, there were very few employees there, and they looked miserable. Edit: Also their website doesn't show any prices for any of the laser tag, bowling or mini golf! This is the most unprofessional establishment ever. My family went last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday with intentions to play laser tag and they knew their laser tag was messing up all day but still allowed us to spend $200 to play 3 rounds. We went to play only to find out the guns were not working properly. The tech manager was called over the radio numerous times only to be told he was helping a customer. After a half hour we asked the guy working in the laser tag who we need to go find, he told us the man that rang us up at the register was the Tech manager. At that point my sister and I went to find him ourselves only to find him talking at the food bar with another employee. We asked him if he is the person we have been waiting on for a half hour, he disrespectfully responded I guess that's me. Once he came over he was rude to the guy working the laser tag asking if he even started the game, which he clearly did. Nothing was working. At that point I said we would just like a refund because my daughter was upset and our whole party was completely frustrated not to mention we were running out of time to play. He said he would see what he can do. Once we got over to the counter he said I can't do anything you'll have to call corporate tomorrow. We stated we had scanned our cards and had no proof that we spent $200. He was being rude while we were talking to him even stating he was on his phone which was an ear piece and was on a personal call. My husband got frustrated and said we want our money and we aren't leaving until we get it. My husband then told him to call the police because we want documentation of this situation. The cops were called and took our complaint down. The tech manager refused to tell us his name and was being completely arrogant. Once we contacted the corporate office we received a very unprofessional response stating it was investigated and for us not to return to this establishment. Ok what about our $200 we spent and didn't receive any services for? It's easy for you to say you are done talking to us but we aren't done until we receive our refund. Your reviews on Google and Yelp speak volumes about your business. Clearly this all starts with corporate and Kevin Jordan. Lack of customer service is an understatement. We will pursue what is needed to receive our refund of $200. Thank you for ruining my daughter's birthday and not giving a crap about your customers. This is the definition of a greedy corporation that forgets that consumers like you and I are the only reason they are wealthy. I booked a reservation online not expecting that when I went to start my car the battery would be dead. As if that isn't disappointing and as if it's not stressful enough having that added expense right before Christmas they also will not return the $50 I paid booking online. This was not for a party. It was 1 bowling lane for 2 people that I booked last minute an hour prior. I called the location and was told I can get a refund if I call the corporate office and they gave me the number. I called corporate and spoke with the Vice President who answered the phone like it was his personal cell phone with a rushed hello followed by 2 mini hel-los riddled with attitude. I told him why I was calling and his reply was "yeah...and.." so I went into full details and he said "no we don't do that" I told him I was given this number and instructed to call for a refund and he told me "well I am the Vice President and it states very clearly that there's a no refund policy" So maybe if I was spoken to in a decent way by a man with a shred of dignity I wouldn't be sharing this but this company is run by a man with the attitude of a Beverly Hills housewife who does not feel he owes decency or respect to the very people that keep his pockets full.
