Coming here to clarify an experience that I had 10/7/26. BE KIND TO STAFF, yall, it ain't that…read moreserious. I came to get some Needohs around 9am. Didn't have what I wanted but picked up a consolation prize and left. Came back an hour and a half later based on a tip. About 12 ppl in line waiting for the holiday ones. About five mins later, a gentleman in a blue shirt came out and said that there were no available holiday Needohs. He made the statement brusquely and left. About half the line shrugged and began to leave, myself included, when a woman in a green shirt and ball cap threw an absolute fit. She claimed she'd been in line for "an hour" and had her "elderly father in the car" and she tore into an employee who I found out later was on her first day. This atrocious customer raised such a fit that security had to be called over an $8 toy! I hung around to support the staff, who were pretty much helpless and unable to say things they would probably say off the clock. The poor employees were literally forced to bring out these pieces of plastic to appease this beastly woman. The store staff should be commended for the grace they showed today, particularly Molly, the new employee, her trainer (a tall lady I did not catch the name of), the manager (blue checked shirt) and literally everyone else on the register at that point. To the staff: I'm so sorry someone chose a few pieces of plastic over your dignity. You deserve so much better. To that audacious waste of air: you ought to be ashamed of yourself. I'm sorry that you feel you need to buy your kids' affection because you didn't get enough of your own. Seek help, I have some awesome therapist info for you. There was another customer with the horrible woman who told me "I feel bad for your kids". To her I say: "At least mine know how to treat people decently and can handle disappointment". Therapy for you too and shame on you.

They only have one entrance open at the moment so you'll have to enter through the main side. The shoe section had lots of different shoes to choose from. I tried on so many pairs of shoes my head was spinning. They had Sketcher's, Nike, Under Armour, Puma, Reebok, Van's, and other brands. I don't go shoe shopping often, so prices have definitely increased since the last time. After picking a pair I noticed they had shoes on clearance on the other side. Lol. Omg!! I was not going through that whole process again!! They had jewelry, kitchenwares, clothing, candy, bras, and etc. There were several different sales going on in different departments. There was also a Sephora on the inside, which had a good variety of cosmetics. If you have the Kohl's card you can earn Kohl's cash and get discounts.. Check them out!!

The store is located in The Norfolk Premium Outlets. Aeropostale is an original that opened during their grand opening last Summer. The store seems smaller than what you would find at the mall, which means selections would be limited. Upon entering the clerk was at the register. They have 50-70% off back to school sales going on now. My daughter quickly found a top that worked and we moved to the register. The male clerk was friendly and the checkout efficient. They usually play music videos on the big tv screen above the counter, which matches up with what's playing in the store. That's pretty cool. I have found many neat things here over the years, but most of the store is ladies' stuff. The quality of products vary, some of it is okay while the rest is cheap material sold at expensive prices. Sometimes, there will be a cool item and other times, not a thing! There's almost always a good deal going on any given day. I will say, that about 99% of the time, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. One of the few places where no matter who you are, you're most likely going to be treated with respect. My daughter was specifically shopping for a top to wear at a concert. She quickly found what she liked. Dressing rooms are in the rear. Considering she had been looking at the mall for over an hour and found nothing makes me think this store absolutely has something an average chain does not. Checkout was friendly and items placed in a nice bag with tissue. The pricing is higher than other stores. The return policy was explained. It's 7 days for a full refund credit back credit or cash. For such a big store with so many shoes, the options aren't great for me. It could be just me, but I fail to believe that everyone else has hour-glass shaped feet! I mean really, we're walking on the things! All they are for is for squishing between the filthy ground and our filthy feet. No shoe and I mean absolutely NO SHOE is worth more than $20 at the most!
