Staff is always so friendly and attentive whether they're asking to take some empty hangers out of your hands, or asking if you'd like for them to place all of your terrific finds behind the cash wrap to free up your hands to continue shopping. I always enjoy how clean and well organized the store is kept. The aisles are spacious. The clothing racks are clearly marked by size and the different sections are arranged according to styles with attention to colors. This retail team truly takes time to keep their selections appealing to their customers. This evening's event featured 90% off clearance, 20% off storewide, and 10% off designer ($250 or less). I have to admit that the additional discounts are music to my ears...and my wallet, too! Thank you, Style Encore for such a nice shopping event!

When I approached the counter to have my items scanned, the cashier looked at them and immediately said, "Those won't sell." When I politely asked why, she looked at another cashier to explain instead of giving me a direct answer herself. She then suggested that I take my items to Plato's Closet. The reason I came to Style Encore in the first place is because the website specifically says they accept high-ticket items, and my item is well over $150. If you're going to deny someone a service, you should at least be able to clearly explain why in a respectful and professional manner. The overall experience felt discouraging and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. A simple greeting and better customer service would have made a huge difference.

I found the area clean. Nice staff looked over my four items for consignment. I browsed what was mostly women's clothing and accessories. They also offer some new items. Everything was clean and no odor. Pricing was decent. Unfortunately they do not take business attire and declined my dress pants and shirts. Maybe another time I will try them. But really not enough Men's items for me to rush. 3.5 rounding up.

At that time I was informed that you are not allowed to try on white anything. You have to gather other colors to try on... why would I want to try on another color when I'm shopping for white? Whem everyone is watching me gather only white ensembles why did not one person say a word? I was not offered help to find other colors or anything. I just put it all back. . They will not get my money! I get that they are probably concerned with getting makeup and stains on their clothing, however, that's the nature of the game! Horrible service, horrible attitudes, just plain horrible experience!

Yes, a shopping center! There are several stores located on this strip. Stores from: Walmart, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Rainbow etc. Men, women and children fashion and eateries are located within walking distance as well. But this is the kicker here...They have a sign that lets customers know, you cannot try on anything white. OMG...when I saw this I immediately was turned off, but I totally get it. Some ladies can be messy and try to squeeze into this and that and therefore, due to limited sizes and the demand for all white attire, this sign is understood. But...just be careful that you select the correct size, purchase it and try it on when you get home (take off makeup and anything that can stain the garment). If the item doesn't fit - return it if it's not a final sale. Seemingly, you should check the return policy before you purchase. I'm totally a fan of this location. And items found here, can be found online at most of your popular online boutique sites. So before you think about purchasing online and paying extra (shipping and taxes), come in and look here first. After getting a few looks of their clothes..I decided to see what else they had. When I walked in the smell of their store is AMAZING! I thought it was a perfume...but its not! They use some kind of filter to make their store smell the way it does! They had some cute dresses, outfits, accessories...Decent quality. They are kinda pricey though...for example...a dress was around $86...I had asked the girl if they were gonna have any upcoming sales, because by that time I had to leave for the spa...and didn't have any additional time to look any longer. She had told me that the next weekend they were having a pretty decent sale. So I had made not of that! The following weekend...I made it a point to roll through and try to get some dresses for my vacay. I had to bring my one year old...who unfortunately HATES sitting in a stroller. So I knew once I walked in there I had to be fast. When I showed up...I wasn't wrong...my son was throwing a fit...I had just drove an hour to this store...and had no time to really check it out...but saw the dresses that I wanted from the previous week! The associates kindly took my clothes and hung them up in a fitting room and gave me the chance to try them on. I picked out the ones I loved and purchased my items.
