Everyone in the store is super friendly! I always end up buying a bunch of things here because I love their products. I'm especially happy they still carry Von Dutch and Affliction those have been my favorites since high school, and I still wear them today. Deceptive and unfriendly. Sign at front of store says 60% off for clearance. Even goes as far as having the + in front. However, they refuse to honor sale, apparently because I'm a male shopper. The discount is only for female shoppers. Lesil, the manager, was asked about the policy and signage and she refused to honor any discount on clearance, stating this was only for womens clearance section. Nothing in the signage states that and would be misleading to a consumer. False and misleading store who doesn't seem to care. I am refusing to shop here any further. read more

Probably the most unwelcoming Tillys I've ever been to. Walked in with the intent of buying some shirts. Literally walked in and was stared at by the workers and they just walked away with no greeting. No one offered to help me or ask me if I had any questions about finding anything. I thought okay whatever it's approaching the end of the day they're probably tired. Then I noticed they started greeting other people that walked in after me (all white people btw & I'm Asian) Racist much?? Shout out to the one dude with a curly haired mullet working on Monday May 2nd around 6:45 PM and other white girl who was at the shoe area that completely ignored me. We went in today to do a Christmas return on a jacket with tags on and receipt in hand. Were told by manager Tillys would not issue refund as it was 4 days past the return window. Asked nicely if they would make an exception since my son had Covid and we all had to quarantine until today so we could not leave the house. The manager refused. I asked for her name and she stated that she did not have to give that to me. Ridiculous. Goodbye! read more

Not much going on in this store. Selection is very Grimm and prices are nothing I giving considering the competition around them. I used to come here all the time for my teenagers but it looks like things have gone downhill. Covid standards followed but nothing special to bring you in. read more

Horrible customer service, will NEVER come back. Went in to pick up 3 backpacks that I had ordered online. When I walked in I stood in front of the register where an employee was (Blonde lady, the manager named Leah I believe). 2 minutes passed and she didn't even look up to acknowledge me (I was 3 feet from her). There was 3-4 employees working that I could see & not one approached me to ask if I needed help. Finally another register opened up and I was helped by another employee who seemed brand new and inexperienced. He needed assistance to do the pick up so the manager came over to help but she was annoyed because it inconvenienced her (at least that's how I felt). The place had a horrible vibe. Felt bad for the other employees that had to work there. Obviously poorly ran with incompetent leadership. read more

I found a couple of items on the clearance rack that was posted as "additional 70 percent off lowest ticketed price". I bought the items and realized after I walked out that there was an incorrect charge for one of the items. I went back to the same cashier (who did her job well - I don't blame her for the error). She called the manager over to help fix the error. The manager told me the item had originally been returned by somebody that had ordered it on line and that it wasn't eligible for the discount. No sure how that works...... I kept explaining to her that it was on the rack with a clearance tag and that it was eligible for the discount whether returned from an on-line order or not. There was absolutely nothing on the tag that showed it was anything different than a normal store item - it had the regular price tag with a red clearance price. She proceeded to tell me that if she honored the discount it was going to be $3 (her math was clearly off). I told her that it wasn't my problem that the discounted price would be low- it was a clearance item and subject to the discount. She said that I was being rude - even though I didn't elevate my voice until after she was refusing to honor the posted discount over and over and over. She finally decided that she would give me the difference overcharged. But walked away before the transaction was complete leaving the cashier to handle the refund. I felt bad for the cashier because she was doing her job and her manager was clearly NOT. What should have been a quick and easy transaction turned into an interaction with a manager who could easily have retained a customer to her location but instead lost any more of my business. read more

My son and I went to purchase from Tilly's. I understand that we are in a state where everyone is cautious with COVID. But when we were checking out, the cashier helping us seemed a bit off. I mean, the other two cashiers had customers who were Caucasian and not behind the shield. When my son approached, she said " please stay behind the glass before I help you" ok understandable, but the whole put the cash on the counter and take the shoes now since you don't want a bag attitude was a bit much. I saw that the other two cashiers handed cash to their customers and had a more customer service approach than ours. Maybe I was taking it personally, but even my son noticed that she was treating us very differently than the others in the store. I wanted to voice my concerns but didn't want to make a scene since I'm not sure if it was just her being overly cautious or was it just procedure. It just felt like we were discriminated upon. My son was the one who brought that up. I have never felt this way before and going into 2021, it's unpredictable. read more

The clothes Are cute. However, wehad to stand in line at a particular area. Then I watched sales person Marti walk up with a customer and start ringing them up after we had been waiting at least 16 minutes. When I told her that we were already in line she told me that this was just a small transaction. I told her that my transaction was small too but I've been waiting. She told me oh OK thank you in a very condescending way.I asked for her manager, who backed her up and said oh she would never act that way. Let me tell you that you can read my other reviews and I am not somebody who complains. They covered their badges when I asked for names. The manager threatened to make me leave the store if I continued. The thing is, I was completely calm and in no way a threat to anyone. Sorry Tillys, but you need a new crew and definitely a new manager. read more

Tillys you need to educate your associates about the requirement of a mask in retail it is not mandated by law it is not even mandated by the county and particularly for people with asthma check your CDC or county guidelines I'm a person with asthma I am not required to wear a mask nor can I and yet I was denied access to your store today very very poor business practice and I would suggest that you provide education for your associates. When a store says they mismarked an item, they should honor the price that THEY clearly posted. As you can see from the picture, there is no ambiguity. The store manager, Raven, was very rude and told me "sorry, it was mismarked and there is nothing we can do" and abruptly walked away. After spending 30 min with my son carefully picking out 2 items that would be included in the sale, that is ridiculously poor customer service. It was especially shocking behavior from a manager. There are plenty of Tilly's around. I recommend avoiding this one. read more

Worst retail experience I have had in a while. Possibly, ever. Walked in to buy some clothes and maybe a pair of shoes as a reward for finishing some intense school work ergo I had my backpack with me. Not sure if they thought I was stealing or what. From reading other reviews it was probably just terrible customer service. Anyway, I was looking at shoes when I turn around and an employee is literally two feet from me and said nothing until I saw him. Brandon or brendon or something? He offered to help me but when I asked for help he just seemed annoyed and told me I could order online if I wanted to find my size which they did not have. He followed me around the entire store and to the dressing room and waited for me outside. It was very unsettling, especially since he was not helping me or answering any questions I asked. Then, a female employee was standing over by where I was shopping and I asked her the same question hoping I just got a bad apple but she just told me she had no idea and also seemed very annoyed that I even asked. She then radioed to Brandon and he started to follow me again. Very strange store. I bought nothing here. Nautica and Nike were great and treated me like a human being which is who ended up with my money. Needless to say. read more

The other day I walked into Tilly's simply to just take a look around and see what this location had in store. I quickly noticed that the size of the location was very small. The selection for men's clothing was slightly limited, as I was looking at button-ups, I was approached by a sales associate by the name of Morgan. Morgan quickly informed me about the deals going on for button-ups and greeted me in a very professional and friendly manner! She also directed my attention to another table where I could find even more shirts! She introduced herself to me while offering me any more assistance, and we even shook hands, I could easily say that I have never received such great customer service before Morgan. She made sure I was well assisted, it felt almost like we were friend or family and she was doing everything she could to do to help me. I'm not sure how long she's been working for Tilly's or retail but that's exactly how you sell a product and represent a company if she isn't a manger or has been promoted she deserves a raise and/or promotion for the quality of customer service she provides is phenomenal. It wasn't just with me I overheard her helping other customers it did not seem like she's forced to help customers it felt so natural and personal. However, I never saw any other associates but her helping on the floor. A store does not sell its products for what it carries, what really sells is the experience you have while being there. This location is great! When I came in I was greeted immediately. It was a friendly vibe. The atmosphere continued to get better when I tried on clothes and the manager Lizette helped me find exactly what I wanted. She didn't rush me, she suggested other times that I liked more than what I brought to the fitting room and she gave me honest advice. I left completely satisfied. She was amazing. Such great service. She was creating a great shopping environment and you can tell all her associates enjoy their jobs because everyone seemed happy and helpful. It's a beautiful store in a great spot. It's nice to be able to get good customer service somewhere. I will definitely be returning to do more shopping!!! read more

Female manager working 5/27/17 on eves very rude and insensitive. I asked for the manager and she was actually it (shocked). She had a very short demeanor when I thought I had lost my DL and cc whereas the cashier who had rung me up was trying her best to look everywhere for it. I asked for a camera replay, if it was even remotely possible, and was short and said only the LP guy had access to videos and only audits. Fine. I work at a big organization. I get it. So I asked where cameras were and she said only the front. Strange how there was no cameras at the register as she had told me and I repeated there were no cameras in the front? Then she corrected herself and said well there are - so she lied. My fiancé eventually found it on the ground (not in the store). I thanked the cashier who was trying to look everywhere for my cc and DL and looked her in the eye and said thank YOU for all your help. The manager was worthless, could care less, and had no customer service. She did offer to take my name and number down but I felt like she was trying to rush me out of the store (which just closed). I understand that there may have not been anything she could have done other than that but a little empathy would have made a huge difference, hence a public review would not have taken place. Not sure how she ever got promoted but clearly no high satisfaction reviews for her. I can only imagine how she's treated other customers because her UNprofessionalism is clearly of an inexperienced college student. She shld definitely have this noted in her annual review and will not get very far in her leadership because of that quality she does not possess.
