This one is located directly next to Home Depot just off Peachtree Industrial / 141 Dont get this mixed up with the other place on other-side of 141 with similar name Owner and Service Mgr are both friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. fair priced, they wont charge you for things they don't or cant do and are QUICK too. Owner is hands on , right there if you have questions or need help. A few times we came in with car warning lights that they just had to reset and didn't even charge us ( AAA and dealers didn't reset) Only one time they couldn't fix something , they sent us to volvo and volvo charged a lot but couldn't fix either SO TRUST and neighborhood ownership is very important to us, and we will keep going back read more

I got 4 new tires in Jan 2024, My car has been riding shaking ever since! ...Since Jan, I have also gotten 2 flats, and have had to purchase additional tires, I took it to a tire store by my house, they advised that the tires were never put on correctly from the beginning, The front end was rubbing the inside of the tires in the front. BEWARE: DO NOT CHOSE THIS CENTER First of all, to be aware this is not a Good Year owned center and Good Year do not have any control over these because this is a just a center to sell their product (according to the customer care of good year) Do not visit this center for your car repair especially if it a high end cars. I went to repair my car, they kept it for 3 days saying they need to replace a part which is not in stock, I gave them car for 3 days they replaced it and charged $700, after 10-15 days it started to show the same issue, I went again, they took in my car and did something again and gave it to me, again after 5 days it went bad and this happened, John the owner of this center was not ready to listen to me, went into heated conversation with me. Again, I went to their center he did not listen and told me to take my car to Car Showroom & he will not entertain me with the car anymore. He don't listen and starts to argument everytime. Being an old guy, I thought to give some respect but this guy suppose do not want to take it. It was really very bad experience. TLDR; Did an oil change but they didn't screw the metal plate back correctly so I had to make a second visit and wasn't very professional about the ordeal. Also had an extra $20 service done that I wouldn't had ask for. When there for promo for an oil change. The front desk up sale me on doing there package deal that includes an oil change and checking all the levels and inspection for about $10 more than I originally planned on spending. Which would have been fine but after the oil change there wasn't anything shared like other places I had inspection done other than "everything is fine'. Also they found a nail in my tire and went ahead and plug it for like $20 which wasn't something I was asked about beforehand and would had done it somewhere else. After work that day I notice that my undercarriage ( the metal plate that protects the underside of your car) was loose due to some missing screw. I try to call the place the next day but the person on the phone sounded annoyed and just told me to come in the following day if I had an issue with the service. The next day I was able to drop off my car and there's pretty quick to fix the issue but didn't seem very apologetic about the hassle I went through. This is the best auto center I've ever been to. These guys have always been so informative. John and David are incredible!! I've been to so many auto centers and I was ripped off by almost every single one of them. Once I found these guys I've never had any issues with feeling lied to. My temperature gauge was slightly moving up and I took my car into the dodge dealership and was told my hoses were bad and it was going to cost $800 just for the hoses, I decided to bring it to this good year cause I know they are honest. They looked at it and said my hoses were in PERFECT condition and it was just the clamps that needed to be replaced as well as a new battery. All together it cost about $270. I've been going to them for 3 years now and they call me for updates and they explain everything to me so I understand completely what is going on. If you ever feel like a auto center gives you a very high estimate I completely recommend getting a second opinion from these guys. read more

BEWARE! What a bunch of slime balls... I took my car in because there was a nail in the tire. I was advised to have new tires, of course. My goodyear tires had 40,000 miles on them, one was even new from them within the past few months. I agreed to two because I plan on driving quite a bit this summer. When I had gotten the car, of course they put two low end, non matching tires on. I told them I would bring it back the next day to get the tires. I did come back the next day, but with a corroded battery that left me stranded the evening before. Not so sure how that happened. Within two days I spent almost $1000 dollars at this store. They did not have the matching tires then so I was told to come back. I did go back, 11 days after the first purchase, 10 days after the second. They refused to honor the tires I was supposed to get and told me they could no longer help me, they honor only 10 days. Corporate Goodyear has a 30 day guarantee. Beware. I honestly do not understand the tire business. It's the most crooked business on earth. I want to give locally owned businesses my support and then I get met with rudeness and dishonesty. This is by far the best auto center I have been to. The service is amazing and the staff is accommodating and very friendly. Fast and reliable service is what I love as I am busy all day. The inside of this place is BEAUTIFUL. They have a kid friendly place if you have to wait with your kids as your car is getting fixed up and they also have a section where they have complimentary drinks and pastries. The ambience in here makes me want to sit and wait forever as other places I feel like I have to stand outside. I'm definitely coming back for all my auto needs! Good job guys! This is a really well run, ethical operation. I took my son's car here to diagnose a check engine light, inspect the brakes and diagnose a persistent air leak in a couple of his tires. Their waiting area is pristine and set up like a series of home offices - it was like working from home. The check engine light turned out to be a squirrel's handiwork chewing at some wiring, the tires were corroded rims (sanded down to solve the leak) and the brakes were fine. This is a pretty new Goodyear, on Tilly Mill, just east/south of PIB. I had a quick 'in and out' type of repair, they were willing to negotiate a bit and charged a very fair price (competitive with my usual mechanic) and had me out of there in a jiffy. Lobby area inside is nice (nice tv, coffee, some snacks, free wifi). It's also in between the Home Depot and a Waffle House, thus it would be easy to kill some time around here. Pleasant experience that is rarely had at the big-name places, which often tend to charge rip-off rates while diagnosing all kinds of bogus problems that will cause impending doom if not fixed immediately. read more

I was on the lookout for a new mechanic since mine had moved across town. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic who won't rip off women. I had had some bad experiences with other Goodyear dealers in the past where you go in for an oil change and they tell you you need to replace the transmission or something like that. Anyway, this place had good reviews and was near home so I gave it a try. The service was quick and they didn't try to upsell me. I've been coming here for my oil changes since the summer of 2014. They are a little more than others but it is worth it. Professional in their service, honest in their work. Fixed a tire with an embedded screw that TiresPlus in Norcross claimed was outside the fixable area. TP told me the tire had to be replaced. Tilly Mill Goodyear took me in immediately and fixed it, no problems. Very happy here and will come back for continued service. To be able to trust my car with an auto professional is worth more to me than a one-time good deal with bad follow up service. They offer complimentary Keurig coffee, water bottles, soda, and snacks. I've always used Discount Tire for years but stumbled across this place because my tire didn't have enough air to make it to Discount. I will always use this place from now on. Considering I was stuck there with a gouged tire they could have taken advantage of me but gave me a very fair price and had me on my way! Everyone was so friendly and I met the owner and had a nice conversation with him. He actually came out into the lobby to chat and didn't try to avoid customers like most these places do. I've been coming here to get my oil and tires changed since they have opened and they're always very helpful and courteous. Recently, they let me know I would need new tires, and instead of pressuring me to buy right that moment, they said my current tires would be okay until near the end of the year. They also informed me that I would fine with just two (which is what I did last time), but I would get a lot more millage if I went ahead and did all four. I appreciate options. They charge about $40 for everything, including a semi-synthetic oil (lasts longer and is better for older cars). My car is 13 years old, and I take really good care of it. They could have easily told me I needed this, that, and all the other done to it -- as other stations have done -- but these folks just said, "The car's in great shape." The told my girlfriend her front wheel bearing assembly needed replacing and her rear brakes and rotors. Had the work don't a few months later. The truck want driven. Brought it in to have the work done. This was in April 2021. May 2021 the truck started having the same vibration. Stopped by and David was very rude. The vehicle history was pulled up and it was found they replaced the front brakes instead of the rear like they were supposed to. Finally the agreed to replace the back brakes at their expense. After the work it was asked if the rotors were replaced also. David said no that they were fine. So which one is it? Were they even bad to begin with or werenthe just trying to charge more. Or is she driving a vehicle that still needs the rear rotors replaced. Not impressed with David being a jerk or the service. Wont be back and already did a complaint with the BBB. I go to this place for all my car needs, they even do service on my Porsche?! A synthetic oil change on a Porsche at 1/3 of the dealership cost? I'll take it! I've been here on several occasions for my flat tires and I have always told them that I'd bring all my vehicles here for service bc of their HONESTY. One time, the guy even told me to save some money and buy a used tire (and told me where to get it) so it could be balance with my other tires and when I'm ready then come back and get new tires from them. I went in for the Semi Synthetic Oil Change with tire rotation. When I received my car back, it smellled of cigerette odor. The tire rotation was not properly done as my steering wheel shakes. My car also sounds rougher than usual and not as smooth as before. Upon checking my oil, I noticed the level was low. Tilly Mill Goodyear Auto Center had barely launched their grand opening the first time I found myself stranded by a misbehaving elderly Ford S10 pickup truck near their front door. Over the years, the team has diligently tackled mechanical issues, large and small, for the host of cherished used vehicles that have carried my many teenagers through college days. The facility is, in fact, beautiful. The people that own and operate the business with kind integrity are even more so.
