(She already had my details up on screen from booking my appointment) I arrived for my appointment, I was 15 minutes early but ended up waiting half an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The vet was pleasant enough but seemed to focus on selling us the Adult Healthcare direct debit, however she performed the services without trouble and with a smile on her face. We then left the vets room and the receptionist told us that it would be 41 pounds for that service, I told her that I had phoned up yesterday and asked if this services was included and that I wouldn't have come here if it wasn't as I was already unhappy with the service I received a year ago however I was tied into the direct debit.
