We had a vision for the cabinets, countertop and design we wanted. The team worked with us to bring it to life and made thoughtful suggestions on how to improve the flow and use of each cabinet. They worked with us to pick between countertop options to help us stay within our budget. We also used their help to buy tiles and LVP flooring for our entire home reno. This is a family owned business that cares. Thank you Yeshoda, Zabi, Omar and team!

2 stars because the girl who pointed out to me a couple remnants was very sweet, nice and polite…read more A very strange policy they have is you have to deposit $100 for them to SHOW you a slab remnant. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

We took our time, met with multiple contractors, prepared a long list of questions, and received several quotes. After evaluating five or more companies, we chose MasterWork--and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Jimmie took the time to answer every question we had and provided reassurance throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to address new questions as they came up. We were given a clear timeline of three weeks for a full kitchen remodel, including removing and replacing all cabinets and installing new countertops. Since the layout stayed the same, the process was efficient and well-organized. Before signing the quote, we were given showroom locations where we could see products in person and confidently make our selections. Communication was excellent--Jimmie checked in with us daily, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. Gave us options and guidance. The remodel photos speak for themselves, and impressively, the project was completed exactly on the three-week mark! We highly recommend MasterWork to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

I had ordered two limited edition shelves online and wanted to pick up from this store, instead of paying for shipping. I placed my order, and the two shelves arrived within two days at this store. I had received emails throughout the entire process. When it had arrived, I was given an email with instructions on how to grab my order. I came inside this store, and of course, the front is very small. It had display sinks and drawers. About four employees had desks with computers to help patrons with their orders. Someone quickly asked for my order number, and swiftly brought out my shelves. Brownie points because he also carried the shelves out to my car and put them in the trunk for me! It was very nice of him because I didn't ask for help; I could have easily carried the shelves myself because it was light enough. The process is quick and easy and this store is great if you know how to utilize it.

Then they won't give you a price without an installer. Arizona was quite different, they show you this consistent and beautiful piece of stone for a fantastic price, but the surprise comes when you agree to purchase one of the many to be seen. They said, "those are all sold at $1560 each, but I have these for $3000 each. I compared the $1560 pieces an the $3000 pieces and no one (not even the sales rep) could tell the difference. Only the price. The rep said come back in a week and we'll have 10 additional pieces of new stock. We returned the following week and I immediately noticed the many he'd said were already sold were still on display as he brought out the new stock which barely resembled the other. The rep showed me the contract to place stone on hold which clearly stated that sold stock would be removed from the showroom floor (yet it wasn't). It's clear to me they keep the beautiful rock for viewing only, so as to bait and switch buyers either into buying the ugl/inconsistent stone or doubling the price for the other. In the contract they show they only will hold stone for 30 days, so I asked the rep to tell me how long the 12 beautiful $1560 he'd claimed were on hold had been on hold. He became perplexed and frustrated claiming the company wasn't doing anything unfair (which only confirmed that's what they were being). Arizona clearly protects their biggest buyers by hoarding the finest stones, plus they keep only the finest stones to view, not to purchase by small time customers. What a racket, sad. se
