We recently had a water issue that required replacement of our entire wood flooring in our 2000 square foot home. Keith Bishop met with us at the store, then brought additional samples for us to see in our home, a great help to make a right selection. We are well pleased with our choice of flooring, the price and the installation. Could not have been a better experience under pressure circumstances, AND it was done within the insurance budget and on time. Installation was outstanding. Horace C. Elliott

He's…read moregot a wealth of knowledge + the patience to share and explain it without all the annoying sales tactics or pressure. He walked me through every flooring option relevant to what my husband and I were looking for to replace all the carpet with in our new home and even provided on the spot ballpark estimates and encouraged me to take flooring samples, which I did! As soon as we made our final selections he moved quickly to ensure the new flooring could be completely installed before moving any of our stuff in. The installation team, led by Alejandro, did a tremendous job that completely transformed what was already our dream home! Honestly the floors are stunning. And with 2 large and rowdy dogs and a toddler, the floors have proven near indestructible and a breeze to clean and maintain. Can't wait to work with this company again in the future! Thanks again guys!

Review #2 This is the second time we've worked with Colby…read moreand Flooring Warehouse. The process, communication, install crew and results have been FANTASTIC! I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. On top of all that, they were courteous, hard working, trustworthy, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Review #1 From the start, Colby at Flooring Warehouse was responsive, helpful, communicative, and professional. He made the experience of replacing all the old, dated flooring in our 1970s townhouse seamless and painless. The end result is a mix of tile and hardwood and looks fantastic!

Better selection than at the other, bigger, chain stores 2. Better pricing than at the other, bigger, chain stores 3. Pat's measurements were spot on - and the chain store wanted me to buy 300 sq ft more of flooring (which wasn't needed) 4. Quick quote and quicker installation Our install crew was great - very friendly, listened when I wanted something changed, and were on-time, clean, and spoke English. I HIGHLY recommend!

Review of my bathroom after living in it has taught me a few things…read more 1. I LOVE the increased storage. Esp the divider between the sinks and drawers that allows for all my items to be conveniently located while getting ready. 2. I LOVE my shower!! The walls with no door are easy maintenance and the deep divided shower niches allow for storage of shower essentials but the location makes it hidden from the immediate view. The lower niche creates a step for shaving which is perfect! 3. The shallow drawers at the bottom of the sink allow for storage and easy location of smaller items normally "lost" under a sink. 4. The colors and upkeep are gorgeous and easy to keep that way. I especially love the large tiles in the bathroom with limited grout lines. 5. Things I would change: Lighting. I did not take into consideration the level of lighting for make up application etc. it's gorgeous for relaxed spa like feel but does not allow me to see well for practical use at the mirror. I have to pull out a lighted make up mirror. Ventilation: the change in how the shower releases steam fogs up my bathroom mirrors if someone is in the shower while you're getting ready. I'm not sure how to fix this but would ask more questions. We added an additional fan but maybe needed one in the shower area? Overall, money well spent!!' 5.
