The showroom has an overwhelming array of options, but Mark guided us to exactly what we needed. His advice on his home visit on color was invaluable. Three bedrooms, hall, steps, entire house, done in TWO DAYS. The LVP/carpet and tile crews are amazing. They were very respectful of our furniture and took great care moving it around, and restoring it. They worked with, smooth, harmonious precision. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfect installation. No surprises. These crews have been there a long time and they know what they are doing. This is the right way to run a business. The price was VERY competitive. Committing to a company for this big job was intimidating, but the professionalism from the initial showroom visit carried through the whole process. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Spencer worked with us from start to finish and made sure everything was to our liking. We have somewhat of an odd shaped kitchen and Spencer came up with a great way to utilize the space! I was really keen on purchasing my kitchen cabinets from Barwood. I'm currently in the middle of…read moreconstruction and started shopping for cabinets several months in advance. Nikki was an outstanding resource; she helped me design the cabinet layout and even sent swatches so I could see the actual colors (since I'm building from out-of-state). When we first spoke, I was given a quote. However, when it came time to place my order several months later, the delivery and installation costs had surged to over 50% of the cabinet price. I don't think Nikki had any control over this, as it seemed they contract with a third party for delivery and installation. My kitchen is small, and my order included only 6 pre-assembled base cabinets, with no upper cabinets--making it a very straightforward install. I knew the installers were overcharging me. Frustrated, I reached out to other cabinet dealers for quotes on the same brand, and the prices I received were significantly lower, aligning more closely with Nikki's initial quote. I felt bad about not purchasing my cabinets from Nikki. She certainly deserved the sale, but the quoted delivery and installation price was too high for the scope of work.

They were very slow to address some fit & finish issues & painting follow-up, after we discovered some sloppy work on trim of house where deck connected. Some replaced boards were poor quality & some type of tape used had left horrible sticky residue. Anyway, this delay trying to get those issues addressed also meant the deck sealing & staining was delayed additional weeks, leaving us to worry about unprotected wood being exposed through the rainy spring. Hopefully all is well that ends well, but identify & press any follow up issues ASAP.
