I almost always have something small that was available curbside but when I pick up my order, there'll be some item they were out of and say they will mail it but it's free delivery so fine. I just found 10 times they changed it to scheduled delivery and charged me $79-$83 to send it by mail. I need $4 worth of washers that MUST ARRIVE ON TUESDAY AT 4:00, that I'm willing to pay an extra $80? These were spread over my debit card. VISA, and LOWES. They also charged me a week later for $300 worth of grape gazebos that were sent by mistake. I had them picked up by UPS but a week later, Feb,2024 they charged me for them again and had them enroute fromTennessee. It's now August so they must be walking them here. Nope, they are still enroute from Tenn and they won't refund me until I return them again. Check your account if you've ordered online. I'll never shop there again.

I bought a Chain Saw and the young man was helpful in helping me decode the Stihl nomenclature. The issue was it took him probably 20-30 minutes to "prep" the saw. Which is just filling the premix gas tank and bar oil tank. My total time in the store was 52 minutes with only part of that shopping time. There were only 3 people working in the store that I could see and the person at the register didn't know how to take a personal check from the person at check out in front of me and had to call on the radio and get help for that. Then I was paying some cash for my purchase and the balance on a card and she didn't know how to do that either. So another wait as she calls again for assistance. Check out was a very long procedure but not as bad as the saw prep time. Everyone seems to be untrained or brand new.

It's not their fault you were late. They have business hours for a reason. After a register is closed you can't just reopen it. They would have then had to recline it that would have taken more time.
