I really liked the tiles that Tile City and Stone had in their TO location. When I did a search and found there was a location in Camarillo (I live in Camarillo but our contractor told us to go to TO), I was hesitant but went anyway. The ladies at this location were EXTREMELY friendly and SO helpful! I feel terrible that it's taken me 3+ months to write this review and now don't remember all of their names but Lauren and a couple of the other ladies there that helped were amazing. We were able to get the tile we wanted, excellent customer service (people who actually had time for you because they were staffed appropriately), they knew their products and were all around great! Now to only teach the people at the TO location how it's done correctly...

I haven't even had the quartzite installed yet and I'm blown away by the caring and service of Edward. He immediately went to pick up my quartzite from the location I bought it from, found a slight flaw that another fabricator had missed, got me some money back from the store due to the flaw, and brought the refund to my house!! We will hide the flaw in an appliance garage in the corner of the counter. He even took the time to check all similar slabs at the stone store, to make sure I got the best one, and called me to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Their tile selection is expansive, offering something for every style and budget, but what truly sets Buena Tile apart is their incredible team. They came alongside us throughout the entire process and helped bring the vision for our forever home to life. We worked with Jen, who took my inspiration photos, ideas, and budget and transformed them into a beautiful design that exceeded our expectations. She invested so much time and care into our project, helped me find the perfect tile (and then patiently helped me find it again when I started second-guessing myself!), and provided expert guidance every step of the way. Ed shared invaluable wisdom from his years of experience, and we learned so much from him throughout the project. Zack in the warehouse made sure our orders and deliveries arrived on time, and every interaction with the entire team was a pleasure. Remodeling can be stressful, but Buena Tile and Stone made the design and selection process enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with the finished result, and we're incredibly grateful for the knowledge, patience, and outstanding service they provided. I highly recommend Buena Tile and Stone to anyone looking for exceptional products backed by an exceptional team.

Very nice in person, Takes measurements and discusses. This was a Friday, so I understand we might not get the estimate soon. I'm told, if not this weekend, I'll get it to you by Monday eod. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.

It was a bit overwhelming when we first entered the showroom, but we received orientation as to the options and where to find each.
