Overall pretty good. Service was slower than I would have expected. You order from a counter and then they give you a number and bring your meal to the table. Took about twenty minutes to receive my order. I tried the spicy chicken tikka taco and it did have a good amount of spice. I also had the masala fries and they were good but got a little soggy towards the bottom. The lemonade is organic and delicious I made mine with half lemonade and half dragon fruit strawberry. Street Style Chaat- Samosa or crispy potato fritters aka, aloo tikki, seasoned chickpeas, yogurt sauce, tamarind and mint chutney, red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro Tikka Masala- House favorite! Savory tomato-cream masala spiced up with paprika, coriander and turmeric (I asked for spicy, was spicy) Biryani Rice Bowl- Aromatic long-grain basmati rice infused with clarified butter (ghee) and delicious blend of spices. Garnished with fresh cilantro and red onions. Served with house-made raita crema and curry sauce To me, this was the best dish It came out pretty fast (which is good and filled us for sure. For someone that absolutely loves Indian food, I love this concept! Tikka Shack is like the Indian Chipotle. Fresh, made to order, and affordable. I was in Hershey for work and couldn't help by stop in for dinner. The staff was so nice! They checked on me while I was eating too. I ordered the spinach masala plate with paneer. I added a side of garlic naan and a samosa. They had traditional Indian drinks like mango lassi and desserts too. I had to save room for ice cream. I'm in Hershey, right?! The spinach masala paneer was so good! Comes with basmati rice too. All around delish! The restaurant is very clean with views of Hershey Park. Now I have to see if there are other locations! We've been fans of the Tikka Shack on the west shore, so we were excited to have one open in Hershey. It is nice to have a "quick serve" Indian restaurant to grab and go. The place is clean and welcoming. We ordered our usual: naan, tikka masala, and butter chicken, Biryani, but something was different here. The dishes did not seem as flavorful as in past visits to the west shore location. Service was prompt, but there are better options around. read more

Food tasted good (lunch special paneer tikka masala) but they do use seed oils. If you try to avoid inflammatory seed oils (canola, soybean, corn etc. oils watch out). I felt horrible after my meal and sweated it out at the gym afterwards. Everything else is fine, but if you eat clean, you should know this. read more

The person who served us was very pleasant and explained with lot of patience. Food arrived in few mins... Samosa was very oily basically dripping with oil was very difficult to eat. Limited menu geared toward folks who may not be as adventurous 3. When the package the food for takeout they place the entree AND the rice in the same container. Amazing new addition to the Hershey food scene! Came here during opening week and it was packed. Well worth the wait. One of the employees was handing out mango lassi samples while we waited in line. I got the samosas, garlic naan, and paneer tikka masala and it did not disappoint! The garlic naan tasted fresh, the samosas were nice and crispy, and the paneer tikka masala was a generous portion! Make sure to ask for it extra spicy if you like some heat. They have a small parking lot in the back which is convenient. If doing a takeout order, would recommend ordering in advance online to avoid the wait. Love the trendy interior decor and outdoor area. This place is really underrated. We took a quick overnight trip to Hershey and saw this little spot after leaving the park. We stopped in for lunch and quickly returned to take food with us on the 2 hour ride home. Everything is full of flavor! i have gone to tikka shack a couple of times in the past few months, and WOW, the quality of this establishment is beyond expectation. i want to highlight one of the staff members, delilah, as she has been an integral part of the team. from top tier service while ordering, to going above and beyond to making sure our food is excellent and our table is cleaned up afterwards, it is refreshing to see a hard working employee. if there are any questions or discussions about giving a raise or employee of the month, she's your girl to go to. delilah just made the whole environment radiate with amazing vibes and i very much look forward to coming here again many times!!! read more
