One of the best roofing companies that I've come across. I did my research. I spoke with many people and went with Tiger Team based on reviews and their warranty. I found everyone to be professional and helpful. Note to self, don't ever get a new roof until hurricane season is over. Helene passed after the old roof was off. Underlayment was on but not the tile. Then came Milton. Thankfully we had mild wind and little rain with hurricane Milton. This week the tile will be delivered and finally the roof can be finished. It's been a long ordeal but I'm confident in Tiger Team. Hopefully the new roof will last for a very long time. read more

Tiger Team Roofing - This is the company that I picked for my new roof. - Roofing Near Me - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We recently had metal roofs installed on our primary home and rental property. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. First, Brian Botting, our consultant/salesman was professional, honest, and very patient with all our questions and concerns. He was so easy to speak with, explained everything in detail and showed genuine concern for our properties. The teams arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean, organized worksite. They also took the time to explain each part of the process and answered all our questions thoroughly. The installation was flawless, showing a true commitment to detail and quality workmanship. The finished roofs look incredible. A Special thanks to Ricardo and Robert who went above and beyond to resolve last-minute issues and making sure every detail was handled with care and Gigi and Stephanie (office staff) who's customer service was top-notch --friendly, responsive, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Tiger Team is truly a unicorn in Florida -- a company that combines high-quality workmanship with genuinely excellent service. We recently had a metal roof installed and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial consultation by Klint Peacock "The absolute BEST salesman" who made you feel comfortable and confident about the selection process, to the final inspection, every step was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for our home. The team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean, organized worksite. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They took the time to explain each part of the process, answered all our questions thoroughly, and offered expert recommendations tailored to our needs. The installation itself was flawless. The finished product not only looks incredible, but we can already feel the difference in insulation and noise reduction. The crew went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even addressing a few unexpected structural issues without any delay or extra cost. Customer service was top-notch--friendly, responsive, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Gigi & Stephanie. It's rare to find a company that combines such high-quality workmanship with genuinely excellent service. We highly recommend Tiger Team to anyone considering a metal roof. Tiger Team Roofing - Black metal roof! We are beyond excited and happy with the outstanding service from Tiger Team - Roofing Near Me - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

A couple of months ago, we had a few roofing companies come out to give us an estimate for a replacement roof. Previously, we had a shingle roof and wanted to have a metal roof this time. Tiger Team Roofing wasn't the least expensive nor the most expensive. We liked the information given to us from Klint as he explained to us the smallest details to details we weren't even aware of...start to finish, everything was handled professionally...Gigi from the office kept us informed every step of the way and always available with our questions. Did I mention the installation? Outstanding...even the cleanup afterwards. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing! read more

If I could give any more than 5 stars, I certainly would. From the start I dealt with Kevin who was very informative showing me everything as far as what would be installed. I took advantage of the my safe home program and that helped with the cost but even without that, they are worth every penny. It's not just a roof, it's also peace of mind knowing they did everything correctly and above and beyond the others. While walking the dog, around my neighborhood last night, I can tell none of them used tiger team! Little things like painting the water heater exhaust pipes to painting the vent stacks and adding rodent protection. Things like that you will not get taken care of anywhere else. Kevin, Gigi, Christine and Stephanie were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for everything! read more

We have used Gary Chester and his crew at Tiger Team over the past five years. We have found them to have integrity, do high-quality work, be on time and deliver what they say and promise. Approximately five years ago they replaced our roof with a high-quality replacement. It has held up extremely well. Recently they have done an inspection and replaced a few broken tiles that unfortunately were damaged by falling limbs from a old oak tree. I have referred them both to family and friends without any hesitation. I wish all service companies could abide by the standards by which Tiger team performs. When i was getting pricing to have my tile roof replaced i reached out to 2 other reputable roofing companies. My neighbor highly recommended Tiger Team Roofing, as they did his roof just one year prior. I then met Brian at my home and got pricing from TTR. I immediately got the "warm and fuzzy" after meeting Brian. Everything he said would be done, was done. Also would like to give a shout out to Gigi as well. She coordinated all the work and was very efficient, organized and professional the whole time. Also the roofing team led by Lorreno was fantastic. Even Leson whom showed up end of roof install to care for the small attentions to detail like hosing off with water my front porch and hauling away the trailer, did not go unnoticed either! I am in sales in the construction industry myself and if I had HALF of the degree of professionalism, myself, from my vendors i would be happier. Again Tiger Team I highly recommend to anyone and their name will be mentioned by myself when asked for a referral. Thanks TTR! read more

Tiger Team Roofing just finished installing my new roof and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with such a professional company. From the moment that I signed the Agreement, the experience began. What I loved from a cost standpoint, was that I was not required to give a deposit until the work began. Many companies want the money up front when no work has occurred. Not Tiger Team Roofing. They completely WOW' d me. Their communication was phenomenal. They kept me abreast of each step in the process so that we were aligned, and I knew when the tear off was taking place, the underlayment was taking place, the tiles were being delivered and the install was happening. I have never worked with such a well-organized company that performed their work like a Swiss clock. A special call out to the amazing Team that truly created a WOW experience for me. They include Mike Wasco, Gigi Calderon, Robert (Runner), Christine Tamsberg, and Galdino (The Tile Setter). I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and would be honored to be a reference for any of their potential future clients. I hit the lottery when I decided to move forward with this company. read more

We are extremely satisfied with our decision in choosing Tiger Team Roofing to install our new metal roof. Mr. Klint Peacock ,from Tiger Team came to our home to access our roofing needs. He thoroughly explained the process of getting a new metal roof installed and shortly after provided us with an estimate via email. Although we had received an estimate from another roofing company at a lower cost choosing Tiger Team was a no brainer. Klint clearly demonstrated his professional knowledge in roofing which made the decision on signing a contract with Tiger Team extremely easy. Tiger Teams method of operation from the beginning to the end of this project was exceptional. Once we signed the contract and was ready to proceed having our new metal roof installed Gigi Calderon provided us with a clear and detailed step by step plan of what to expect from beginning to end. We were thoroughly impressed with all the staff at Tiger Team and would highly recommend this company! We are extremely satisfied with our new metal roof! Awilda Moreno read more

My sister used them for her house 2 years ago. Now it's time for my Moms roof to be done. So you think since we used them before they might give us a little bit of a good deal?... NOPE! They wanted 14,000 dollars more then the roof they did 2 years ago on basically the same size house. Please don't give me the inflation crap, it does not go up that much! So, I called other very creditable roofers and guess what, about 10,000 less then big money Tiger Team. I will never recommend them again to anyone. read more

Until I received a ReRoof Proposal from Tiger Team I repeatedly received poorly written proposals with little information on the Material used, Method of Work, Protection of Pool, Driveway ,AC, etc and clean up . I was impressed that Tigers Proposal was similar to an Engineering Specification and just as detailed . Tigers Proposal used all premium grade materials , gave a large wad of Foam Adhesive to increase the holding strength of Roof Tiles. Tigers Quote clearly stated the quantities of wood, plywood , 2x6s , 1x2s, drip shield and White painted 1x8 Fascia . after I met with Tiger's Mike Wasco and asked several key questions the Price was negotiated and I signed the contract. The honest fact he conveyed to us was that TILE Delivery takes three months. Other roof contractors told us they can begin work after they receive a Permit and gave earlier (unrealistic) finish dates. Tiger team began work of Demolition by first covering our pool, AC unit, Pool Pump, and front garden. Tiger replacing 37 sheets of plywood, 240 feet of Fasica , drip edge, Copula removal and install all 30 pound felt ALL IN ONE Eight HOUR SHIFT using 2 working Supervisors and twelve Roofing Mechanics. A terrific Clean Up. The next day a Tech came to replace our 4 damaged soffit vents , more clean up and schedule a Screen repair for 3 of our torn screens . Two days later a team of 4 plus one supervisor HOT MOPPED the entire roof. They finished by 12:0 PM. After Tiles were delevered 9 Mechanics and two working Supervisors installed the entire Tile roof in one 8 Hour day . We were impressed with their great Professional work , their Protection and Clean Up and a speedy completion! Several Neighbors were very surprised and impressed as 4 houses on our block took from 2 1/2 months to over 3 months to complete . I have worked for 38 year in the Construction trades as as a Project Manager on Large Scale (Union Trained Workers) Projects . Tiger Team is one of the Best Firms I have seen in the Roofing Business . read more

Excellent experience! Our roof was in desperate need of remodeling after 20+ years and multiple hurricanes. Tiger Team was nothing but professional, they came through on their delivery and handled the process from A to Z. The hardest part for us was deciding which color scheme we wanted, after that they took care of everything. The workers were always friendly and worked fast, they literally sent out a team each time they were on site. True professionals, highly recommend if you're gonna do the investment, do it right! read more

Today is delivery day for our roofing job. The house sits at the end of a narrow dead end road and the driveway is at a right angle to the road and very narrow as well. The delivery driver from the 3rd party delivery company said he could not drop the load on the roof because he would not be able to get close enough. That's when Mike sprang into action like a superhero without a cape. He came by and got the truck backed up thru the narrow gate with less than an inch to spare on either side. Then he hopped upon the roof and helped them unload. God I hope he is here for the second load later today. If the rest of the job goes as smooth as Mike made that delivery seem, we will be over the moon with joy. YOU ROCK MIKE! read more

It's never a pleasure to put a new roof on your house. Never. However, Tiger Team came close to making that happen. They made it almost a pleasure to fork out quite a bit of cash. And for me, that says it all. Except, that on top of everything else, out of five bids, theirs was the lowest. Now I amsmiling. It would be easier and quicker to mention here what aspect(s) of their work did not rate the big * * * * *. Here I go : Got that? They promised a lot, more than the other four bidders, and kept every promise, described the process to me in complete detail, kept me informed as we progressed, did a helluva great job on my new roof ... and I saw lots of smiles among the employees. Let's hope other businesses figure out & implement how Tiger Team does what they do. Maybe, just maybe they did make it a pleasure. Thanks Mike, Gigi, job foreman (sorry I forgot your name but will keep that Flex Seal as a humorous reminder) and all of Tiger Team. read more

The tech that came to evaluate our roof was Kevin. He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. He did some research for us and found out how long our roof had been in place and diagnosed the problem with our ceiling discoloration. I would definitely use Tiger Team roofing if I needed any kind of evaluation or work completed. They were great. read more

Tiger Team Roofing is a TOP notch roofing company. The entire team made me feel like this was the only company I'd have repair my roof. From Ray who did the evaluation and estimate all the way to Chelsea who did scheduling, payments and follow up. **UPDATED re Hurricane Ian at end.** As I'm sure everyone can agree, most homeowners dread shelling out money for a new roof. In our case, we asked several neighbors, public adjusters and contractors for recommendations. Tiger Team Roofing & it's owner, Gary, was suggested several times - and they lived up to their reputation. This project turned out to be a breeze from beginning to end. It's rare to find anyone in South FL who keeps appts, shows up on time, follows-through & finishes ahead of schedule. It's shocking but Tiger Team did just that. Gary personally assessed our needs, Gigi in in the front office kept us up to date all along the way, and Jesus & Robert were incredible points of contact for the installation. The quote we received was extremely competitive. This is a very competent business with staff who genuinely care about the quality of their work. I recommend Tiger Team Roofing with ZERO reservations. PS If you have damage from Hurricane Ian, contact Tiger Team immediately- they will surely be inundated with RFQ's. read more

I watched a few companies work in my neighborhood before I chose Tiger Team roofing. I am so glad that I did. They came when they said they were going to show up and the job was finished in a very short amount of time. I saw other people in my neighborhood waiting for weeks to have their jobs completed. In a few words; Tiger Team Roofing is the best. The key to their success is communication and experience. Mike was super knowledgeable and ALWAYS answered his phone with my questions. They continually keep in touch with you by email or text and each time and day was communicated with me as to what they were going to do next in the job. I watched every step and these guys do it right. The key is they have their own teams and do NOT contract out. Every person has a Tiger Team shirt and ALL their trucks are their own and clearly marked. Jesus was their the forman of the job and he knew exactly what to do and was on site when the job was being performed. He has been with the company since the beginning. If you want a quality job, done right, this company is the one you want PERIOD. I know this sounds like an advertisement but I am so impressed by this company. read more

I would give the company a 5 star review but the modified bitumen roof they installed is a 1 star; thus the 3 star rating. Fantastic! Responsive and professional highly recommended! Priced in the middle of 4 bids for my roof

If there are any words to describe Tiger Team Roofing, they are 1) Efficiency and 2) Quality. It's easy to get nervous when you are shopping around for a contractor to install a new rook on your home, but that nervousness didn't prevail when we decided to contract with Tiger Team to build our new roof. When we called, Gary, the owner, visited us at our home to provide us with roof options that would be best-suited for otherwise messy roof situation. He took the time to answer the many questions we had concerning a particularly leaky, water-puddling area on our roof that was driving so many problems. We set a work installation date with Gigi, the office admin, and she too was extremely helpful with scheduling us and answering our many questions. The roof took about three days to install, which is shockingly fast, thanks to the large and efficient team of roofers that got to work right away (when the weather permitted). When they finished, our roof went from old and dingy to new and resilient, and even better, came with a generous warranty. One mishap that occurred was that we noticed slight cracks in our ceiling after the roof was completed. Since the barrel tile new roof is significantly heavier than our old shingle roof, the weight began to bear down on a loaded deck, which caused the cracking. We notified Tiger Team of the issue (Gigi), and was told that this issue is not uncommon with new roofs, specifically those that are heavy in weight. Gary immediately came by to take a look, and listed an engineer to perform an assessment. The engineer report came out favorable (phew!) and we were advised to simply plaster and paint over the cracks- easy. Thank you Tiger Team for making this process, which I anticipated to be long and stressful, one of the most comfortable and easy home-owning experiences. 5 stars. read more
