Hello, Anthony. I appreciate you taking the time to fully explain your position regarding the items I brought up in my other review (which I was not able to add this to .) I understand everything you clarified. We may have a difference in opinion regarding the satellite dish, though, as other than those screws being loosened/removed precisely by the gutter company you hired to do our gutters, I do not have an explanation for how that would have happened. I know you will say that there is no way I can prove this- just as when the fixture issue came up- but I believe it happened during the gutter replacement because the satellite braces would have been in the way of the gutter. They had to be removed. All I am saying is the screws should have been replaced. I reiterate how glad I am that it has not fallen on anyone, as I have a beautiful rocking chair right under it. Just making sure you understand my point. I would have welcomed the opportunity to speak with you when you say you stopped by recently, as I WFH; but I did not notice you arriving. in any case, no worries. Exceptional Company!! I needed someone to do a very minor repair on my roof. The first two estimates were between $500.-$600. Anthony with Innovative was the third he charged......$000.00. Nothing even after I insisted I should pay him something. He said it was such a small job he would stop by one day to repair for me!!! Can you believe it! I was amazed....who does that? I'm not saying he works for free but that's integrity, someone you can trust. I'm not an elderly person living on my social security I have a home east of A1A. Super Review for Innovating Roofing, Pompano Beach, Florida I am SSOOOOOO thankful that my neighbor, Carla referred me to Anthony at Innovative Roofing. (tel 954-429-8845) Wow!! They are beyond amazing and professional. For example: (1) When the process started on December 5, 2018....They repaired a leak on day #1 of calling them - immediately at no charge (even before the contract was signed); (2) Never asked for a cent until 10 weeks after the contract was signed - - I asked them to pay the 40% down once demolition occurred; (3) They painted an area to make it look cosmetically elegant; (4) Every deadline they advised me about was met, or they started the work sooner than expected; (5) Last payment was a pleasure to pay (60%) since the roof looks like a champion and easily passed final inspection; and (6) I will gladly refer them to everybody and gladly call them in 20-25 years when I need a roof in the future...assuming I am still alive. :) p.s. Before I was blessed to have a complete re-roof with Innovative Roofing...... They are suppose to be good. I sent them my address (Maybe I should have omitted that since many of these companies look for lucrative projects only) for a quote. Got a call stating they aren't doing any work right now. Then they refer me to RHI. I call them and they say they are 5 months out. lol. Its ok. I will choose from my current list. I just wanted a couple of more quotes before I decide. I called Innovative Roofing Wednesday of last week to have someone come out and give us a quote for replacing our tile roof. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, collected our information, and stated that one of their technicians should be giving me a call back to set-up an appointment. Fast forward 5 days - still no call. I called Innovative Roofing back this time yesterday to inform them that a technician still had not contacted me to set-up an appointment for a quote. The gentleman on the phone stated that my case had been assigned to Brett, who was away on vacation but should have given me a call back as soon as he returned. He was going to follow-up with Brett to contact me to schedule an appointment. 24 hours later, and I still haven't received a call. If this company is this irresponsive to schedule an appointment for a quote, I shudder to think of how difficult it would be to get them to complete any work if they were hired. read more
