I paid $2,650 for the job. Less than two years later (May 2025), water started pouring from the exact same spot again. When I called him back, he came out and quoted me another $2,650, claiming it was a different leak and that his work is only covered for one year. He also pointed out an unrelated area in my garage and tried to upsell me additional repairs for over $4,000 total. When I questioned why I should pay again for a problem that clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time, he simply repeated that he only offers a one-year warranty and "this is Florida, it rains a lot." I found this experience to be very disappointing and feel it reflects poor workmanship and questionable business practices.

I did a lot of due diligence before selecting a company to work with, to help ensure not only a good job once completed but a good experience. I will share what I did so you won't have to. I spent almost 6 months researching and came across slick commission sales men wanting to charge triple the price, wanting me to pay up front for damage they have not seen, shady finance options, if you sign today the price may change tomorrow tactics, and don't fall for this one. Once we open it up... you may have to pay more based on any extra damage we find. (Insert Contractor Voice). Don't be a victim, change your middle name to Victor or Vitoria and claim a major roofing Victory/Win with Bryan and Elite Roofing.
