After reading customer reviews and getting quotes from several highly rated roofing companies we chose Frank Seeber Roofing to do our 33 year old home's new roof. Frank Seeber himself came out fully prepared to discuss our new roof and explain the entire process. He had with him the brochures of several roofing tile companies. We wanted to change our white roof to a darker color and selected several tiles from 4 different companies. Frank said he would have samples of those tiles sent to us. The price quoted was very competitive. It included the cost of handling the permit process as well as providing the packages necessary for my two HOA's that I would then submit to the HOA for approvals. Frank also explained each phase of the roofing process, at what stage of the job city inspections would take place and the payments that would be made at various points during the installation. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. We told him if we went with him we would not want to start until after the holidays, about 2 months later. Frank said that would be no problem. He said to let him know. We were surprised 3 days later to receive large boxes of tile samples directly from the manufacturers. It was clear he had a good relationship with the manufacturers. We signed our contract in November and our work began in January. From Tear Down of our old roof to the final installation of our Eagle Capistrano Tile in Darker Sierra Madre, including all inspections and final approval, the process took 42 days. Everybody we worked with were Amazing. Jessica and Jamie in their main office were very professional, proactive and responsive. The various supervisors, John, Jose, and Fernando, in the field answered any questions, ensured the work site outside our home was clean every night when they finished and the quality of the work done was top notch. The workers clearly knew their respective jobs. They always were fully prepared for the City Inspector when he came out. The tiles passed the Engineering Roof Tile Uplift Test without any issues. Since we had our house repiped several years ago Supervisor John even went into our attic to ensure that the new pipes would not be near the roof plywood before they did any roofing work. As a note. Included with the job was several sheets of plywood and facia board. Any extra would have an additional cost. Our roof was 33 years old we expected more plywood was going to be needed then what was included. After Tear Down and review John told us he was surprised only 1 sheet of Plywood need to be change and a couple of feet of facia board. He said our original roof, though old, was done very well. No extra charge. We were impressed with their honesty. In closing, we are thrilled we chose Frank Seeber. They made the Roofing Process as easy as possible and they delivered an excellent product. Needed a new roof. Called two roofing companies that both came out and gave verbal "guesses/estimates" on what we would need and neither were reliable on their appointment times, one needing a couple reminder calls. Being uncomfortable with those, I called for a third quote. Called Frank Seeber Roofing for a quote. Frank arrived on time with a full quote package already prepared. They did their homework prior to coming out, had pics of my current roof with measurements already calculated. Their presentation was exceptional, included shingle packet, full disclosure on what they covered and what they didn't including the total price and upfront payment schedule. Once under contract, they were prompt and cleaned up everything at the end of the day, no nails or roofing material ever found in our yard. He is old school and I like that... Jessica in the office was very professional and helpful with guiding me through the paper work that was required from my mortgage company. On Feb 9 2023, John came to my house to do a walk through and explain what was gonna happen the following day.. Feb 10, 2023, they came and stripped the tile from the roof. I got several roofing quotes for a shingle reroof and not only was Frank the least expensive, but he was also the most down to earth, thorough, detailed, and honest salesperson. It was really a no brainer. Everyone at this company is on top of their game. They guide you every step of the way. When it came time for the actual work to be done, we couldn't have been more impressed. The lead guy as well as all the workers were very conscientious, hard working individuals. They barely even take a lunch break. They work quickly and thoroughly and clean up behind themselves in the same fashion. I'm impressed! Day one of roof replacement and these guys do not mess around. Beautiful cool day today and this large crew showed up around 7:00am as scheduled. Set up and full crew on roof shortly thereafter. By 9am they had the old roof stripped off. They are almost done drying in new roof and I'm watching part of the crew cleaning up. One after another, these men are going around the yard with magnets making sure nothing is left behind. During that time work on top of roof has not stopped. I am excited to see the final outcome and it is really nice to deal with Professionals.
