Jorge and his crew did an awesome job fixing a roof leak and gutter problem on my patio. Excellent communication, very happy with work and a very fair price. Highly recommend. read more

Jorge always does a fantastic job with very fair pricing. I hired him this time to replace large area of soffit, but while he was doing that work he found a leak around my flat roof. Offered options and fair pricing for that fix, so I hired him for that too. All of the work was completed professionally, on time, and for the price agreed. Also, he leaves the work area absolutely spotless! Highly recommend High Level Handyman--Jorge is trustworthy and thorough. Always my FIRST call for anything related to the roof, soffit or fascia. read more

Jorge is a great roofer and handyman. He has become my go to guy. We are lucky to have found him and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone. read more

I asked for an estimate to repair a rotten fascia, and Jorge found the cause was due to a portion of the roof that needed to be repaired. The estimate was very good, and the work was done professionally. Very easy to work with and transparent quoting. read more

Lost measurements on project. Disappeared after price agreement. No response to calls and texts.

Hi Level was professional from start to finish. They communicated well, came out on time and were informative. Unfortunately, they don't do any of the jobs that I need done. If I needed roof repair in the future I would definitely call them. read more

I am very happy with the service received. Jorge repaired two leaky chimneys and part of my metal roof. We both had tight schedules but he made it happen. We did not know if his repairs worked or not because of the dry season. The last few heavy rains, no leak. We didn't even know it was the chimney but his expert eye figured it out. I highly recommend this company. read more

I took a chance and called to have my parents roof fixed for a sale and inspection. Jorge the owner showed up the next day gave me the estimate. Due to the hurricane. We had to postpone the original date ..as soon as the storm Passed he showed up ..he had 2 guys working on everything..they were respectful and worked clean...they cleaned up And swept after the job and even painted what needed to be painted to match the rest of house after the repair. The work was very satisfactory and passed the 2nd inspection with flying colors. Jorge is very personable, easy to work with and professional. Thank you! read more

This is an excellent company. Jorge did a roof repair on my home. His price was very fair - he didn't ask for any money up front. He always returned my calls and texts. He was on time - called before he came out. He is very professional and did a great job on my roof. read more

Jorge does an impeccable job and is very experienced. Highly recommend. Very reliable and very good communication

Knowledgeable honest and professional. Had three or four roofing companies who didn't know how to fix my issue. I had to stop the iguanas getting in my attic from my patio roof. The patio roof is not flat! George was the one to hire. Reasonable price , fast response! read more

Jorge and his team were awesome! These guys started and finished a 2 day job on time and with quality. Jorge is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had over several other companies come to my house to give me an estimate and evaluate my roof and my neighbors roof and Jorge was the only one who took the time to go on top of the roof and explain the best and worst scenario. I would refer them and use them again for any roofing services. read more

Jorge & Enrique have dones several repairs on my 40 year old home: roof repair, fascia and soffit. Jorge worked out a plan with me to do these in steps so that I could budget them. He came early morning and worked all day, did excellent work, cleaned the work area and explained everything he was doing. The work is beautiful, I am so pleased. He and his brother are very kind, well informed, knowledgeable and very honest. I will use them from now on. Thank you High Level Handyman... read more

Great customer service and a honest business. Jorge showed up and gave me a estimate and a honest inspection of my roof. He also explained to me what were my options. I had a few broken tiles on my roof. I called 2 other roofing companies. One was so outrageously priced I nearly fainted!! The other was far more reasonable. I called and gave him the ok to do the repairs. He never showed up!! I waited and called and emailed. No response.. I checked on Yelp and found Jorge. I left him a message at 7:00 am. He called me at 7:30. He said he would go and look at the damage that afternoon!! He called from my house and said he could do the repairs RIGHT THEN!! I was floored! I said "go for it". I got home about 30 minutes later. He finished, I paid him and I'm still in disbelief that he did such a GREAT JOB so quickly!! Don't tell Jorge, he could've charged double and I would've been happy!! Thanks very much!! Good contractors are difficult to find. Jorge is an awesome contractor!! read more

Jorge and his crew replaced my roof back in March and did an excellent job. Jorge was a pleasure to deal with; no runarounds, very honest and upfront about everything. Pricing was very fair and their work quality was excellent. Will definitely look to Jorge again in the future! read more

I am extremely satisfied with High Level Handyman services. I called Jorge from California, left him a voicemail and he quickly returned my call. I explained to him that my 88 yr old mother lived in Davie, FL and needed her roof repaired. He personally went to the property and provided a free estimate. After agreeing to do the job, his team arrived within days and completed the job at a reasonable price and with a good written warranty. I highly recommend High Level Handyman to anyone looking for an honest and very professional company. read more

I highly recommend High Level Handyman for any roofing repairs to facia and more.. I hired them to repair some major wood rot to our patio flat deck roof and it was an excellent experience. The owner, Jorge Alvarez, was professional, responded quickly for an estimate, and gave a fair & competetive price. He also helped coordinate the schedule with my screen company to remove the patio screen enclosure from the wood temporarily, and then return to re-affix the frames. I used Sunshine Screen & Patio for that and they were excellent too. I must say that High Level roofing crew showed up on-time, worked diligently and respectfully, and cleaned up the area when through. They returned the next day, as promised, to finish up the painting of the new wood. Again, they were punctual and completed the work to my satisfaction. I also had them do some additional tear out of rotted wood at the front of the house, and when it was suggested that the gutters be replaced, I agreed, and they performed the gutter installation immediately and did a very good job. read more

After promising two times to come see the work to be done to give an estimate, they failed both times with no forewarning. Also ignored a text message sent. Apparently customer service and satisfaction matters very little to them. I will not call them again, ever. read more

Asked for an estimate on a fix to a minor leak with exterior wall/seam. The "estimate" I received did not specify the problem/fix and offered a very wide number range for cost---leaving things wide open for hosing the customer. The short version is that he didn't know what was wrong or how he would fix it but it would cost at least $1,000---probably more. Kinda pricey/vague for not even diagnosing the issue or knowing what would be needed to fix. Maybe he just didn't want the job and thought this would drive me away so he wouldn't have to fool with it during his busy season??? Despite this situation, I was willing to proceed just to get the issue resolved, but failed in repeated attempts to schedule anything with them---being told vaguely "lets keep in touch" when I would ask if I had been placed on the work schedule. I can appreciate that he was busy with bigger jobs he had already booked, but I was then ghosted despite trying to follow up w/ them and months later when he may have had a last-minute cancellation or was otherwise hard up for jobs at the end of rainy season, he texted out of the blue to follow up w/ song and dance. I can't speak to quality of work because I could never get him to do anything. I would never contact them again---if you do, I hope you get better follow through than I did if you need an issue resolved in a reasonable timeframe. read more

Jorge does great work at a reasonable price. I have used him twice for roof repairs. Very satisfied. Thanks Jorge.

I had a few roof leaks and contacted High Level after finding them on Yelp. Jorge and Michael arrived at my house on time and repaired my roof. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their prices were reasonable and fair. While I hope I don't get anymore roof leaks, I can rest assured that if I do, I know who to call for repairs. I highly recommend High Level for your roof repairs. Thank you!!!!! read more

Gorge answered my request for a quote right away and showed up on time. Unfortunately I need a reroof and he doesn't do that type of work. I can't rate him on work, but he was professional and prompt in responding to my request and assessing my situation. That is more than I can say about some of the people I have dealt with recently in this type of business. read more
