Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

The first impression was positive with Dave scheduling an initial consultation quickly with their on site Manager Angel. Their office provided the scope of work and price in a short period of time. I was out of town for work the day they called to say they'd be there but they provided excellent photographs of the work they did. My flat roof over my carport area had leaks and an insect infestation in a few areas around the edge of the roof. They replaced these areas of wood and photographed them for my peace of mind. They subsequently photographed each sequence of the roofing application and layers. They were quick to get the job approved by city permitting, quick to get it inspected by the building department and provided the photos and permit to me promptly. It was a relatively expensive home repair for my budget but their professional service really put me at ease knowing the roof is structurally sound, no longer leaking and free of the insect infestation. They were always on time, very competitive in pricing and cleaned up entirely when done. I even feel as if they replaced more rotted wood then was originally quoted at no additional charge.
