At no point has a factual or mathematical error in my reconciliation been identified. Instead, the balance has repeatedly been disputed without supporting documentation while significantly reduced settlement amounts were proposed despite the work having been completed and delivered. The first impression was positive with Dave scheduling an initial consultation quickly with their on site Manager Angel. Their office provided the scope of work and price in a short period of time. I was out of town for work the day they called to say they'd be there but they provided excellent photographs of the work they did. My flat roof over my carport area had leaks and an insect infestation in a few areas around the edge of the roof. They replaced these areas of wood and photographed them for my peace of mind. They subsequently photographed each sequence of the roofing application and layers. They were quick to get the job approved by city permitting, quick to get it inspected by the building department and provided the photos and permit to me promptly. It was a relatively expensive home repair for my budget but their professional service really put me at ease knowing the roof is structurally sound, no longer leaking and free of the insect infestation.
