Highly Recommend Lyons Roofing!…read more From start to finish, my experience with Lyons Roofing was nothing short of excellent. They were professional, efficient, and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Alex was the one who helped me, and I truly appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain the condition of my roof in detail and walked me through the best possible solutions--without any pressure. I felt confident in the decisions I was making thanks to his transparency and expertise. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company that values honesty and quality work, Lyons Roofing is it!

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company…read more From the beginning, there was a complete lack of accountability in delivering what was clearly outlined in our contract. The work itself was unacceptable -- the stucco finishing was so poorly done that we had to hire another company to fix and complete it. We were also explicitly told that our recently installed gutter guards would be carefully removed and saved. Instead, they were thrown out, and the company refused to take any responsibility or replace them. Now, six months after the project was completed, we are dealing with water leaks caused by a faulty roof replacement. Rather than honoring their warranty and addressing the issue, the owner continues to delay by repeatedly asking for photos and proof -- despite already sending people to inspect the problem in person. Communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. The owner, Eugene, consistently relied on inaccurate information from his workers instead of listening to us directly, which led to constant disputes and unnecessary stress. It became clear he had no intention of being personally involved or resolving the issues. Overall, this experience has been costly, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing. Between the broken promises, poor workmanship, and lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Eugene refused to own up to anything in our original contract, and after poor work, turned this entire experience into a problem that costed us another 10K.

My first interaction with this company was with Roman months ago when I began looking for a roofer…read more He was perfect, he called when he was gonna be late I then asked him to come another day ( I work nights and couldn't wait) He came promptly the next day 2 months pass and I make the decision with DM again called Roman came and answered all my brother in law questions that he had to ask right before me signing After waiting 1.5months I call them asking what's what's hold up with the permits. 1 of the 2 girls said she would call the city and call me back No one called me back I call again the next day and mention how she didn't call me back and she blamed the other girl in the office that SHE was suppose to call me back.... Again she tells me some stuff on how she's gonna have someone do something so we get the permit Magically we got the permit the next day.... 1.5 months later. So after I start to complain then it's ready? So I spoke to Dennis and scheduled it the following week And it rained so then the week after That week I get a call on the Monday from 1 of the girls in the office Saying "is it OK if they come the following week because they have a big commercial job.. if I'm I'm a emergent need for the roof" Me: I been waiting about 2months and I have leaks everywhere Then she told me she's gonna talk to Dennis Guess what I got pushed to the following week then they blamed it on rain That they weren't able to finish that commercial job so they had to finish that one first, which is reasonable but your girl didn't say that she was asking for permission to push me to the next week for a bigger commerical project FINALLY THEY ARRIIVE, Dennis was nice, workers were great, they came everymorning and did what they were suppose to Then all of a sudden for 2 days no workers? Are we finished? Idk no1 tells me anything, I call Them and they tell me they r waiting on the city for inspections Ok cool.. workers showed up again and then they finished Yay new roof, I haven't had a big rain yet but hoping for no more leaks I paid about 12k for a flat roof So the after math Tar was left everywhere I'll take more pictures I'm happy but unhappy at the same time, u decide. Forgot to mention. A day or 2 into the roof they cut my internet cable that guess they ran above the roof So my wife who works from home lost 2 days of work before comcast was able to come and fix it... that's great to cut random cables and not say anything

I've been working with Denis since 2017 and I'm extremely happy with the work his company does. He's replaced two roofs for me, with permits, and performed countless other repairs. He truly makes things easy for the homeowner. Everything is explained in detail in layman's terms and he provides excellent photos and videos of the work, before, during, and after. The work is always done professionally, but on the rare occasions a leak repeats itself, he has no problem honoring any warranties provided. Everyone he has working for him is professional and polite. No one wants to deal with a roof leak, but DM Roofing makes it almost a pleasant experience!
