They were always on time, very competitive in pricing and cleaned up entirely when done. I even feel as if they replaced more rotted wood then was originally quoted at no additional charge. I give them a perfect 10 from the original quote to the job completion. My daughter and her mother in law plan on hiring them for their new roof replacement next year. He completely redid 2 valley's on our tile roof, and replaced and old vent that was falling apart and didn't have a screen on it to keep the creatures out. Lastly and most importantly, he put the valley's back together with tighter clearances in the tiles to keep out the Iguana's from coming back. Highly highly recommend!!!
